The "overflow lot," which has two spots, is occupied by the tenants' cars. Consequently, there is no available parking for guests. During the first year, we were assured of shoveling and snow removal services. They were excellent, shoveling and plowing with efficiency. However, the second year saw the new owners opting for a cheaper snow removal service, which led to unsatisfactory results. If you don't mind missing work due to poor plowing, this place may be suitable for you, despite the fact that many residents travel out of state for work. The security deposit was reportedly dispatched, but it has not been received yet.
