Property Ratings at Drexel Apartments
Been here 2 years now and its one of the best places ive lived. The property manager Timm is the best guy. Everything is well maintained in a timely manger, very professional, communication is good. People in the apartments are chill, and parking is never horrible. The only con is YES the trash is loud and picks up a lot (which is standard for downtown) but it fills up quickly, the one day they dont come it because crazy full. You get use to hearing the trash and its nice to know that the whole place is clean and doesn't smell like old garbage.
The garbage trucks are scheduled to come way too early and often and wake up the entire apartment complex four days a week at 6 am. Hard to get good sleep due to this.
The worst part about living here is that for some reason the private trash pickup is scheduled to come 4 days a week in the middle of the complex and wakes the entire apartment block up at 6 AM with very loud noises. Otherwise it's nice.
Great management- cheap finishes but well maintained
I love living here. The rent is affordable, and the amenities are a huge bonus. Gas and water included. When I moved in my apartment it had new carpet and a brand new refrigerator. Every unit has a unique design and feel to it. The location is awesome too, a 4 minute walk to all downtown has to offer. I plan on being here for a long time.
I can not express how Thankful I am of Drexel apartments. Because I have over 15 years of customer service this is where I would like to focus. The office manager Tim, is a one of a kind guy! He's super helpful, ALWAYS available, ALWAYS in a great mood and has an AWESOME attitude! I was at my wits end looking for my apartment. Tim welcomed me and my sister in, showed me the 1st studio apartment. Didn't like that one at all. Tim suggested another apartment, let me know upfront it was slightly out of my price range which is why he didn't mention it, and OMG! When I saw it, and the view that It had, I had to have it!!! Put my deposit down right away and glad I did! I absolutely LOVE my new apartment! Thanks Drexel Apartments! You Guys ROCK!
Great apartments. Wonderful brick building located just out of the heart of downtown Minneapolis. The apartments are newly refinished and include pleanty of features such as exposed brick and lovely balconies. They are also very quiet and i never hear any noise from my neighbors. The buildings are secure and there is plenty of space to lock up your bike around the complex. Management is nice to work with and rent is affordable. Everything but electricity is included in the monthly rent. There are laundry facilities on site and my only complaint about this place is that the dryers are not the most efficient.
