Property Ratings at Drexel Court
Lived here last year and I instantly regretted it. Terrible mouse problem and it made living here am ordeal. The building provided exterminators came and claimed to deal with the problem but all they did was lay traps. The mice are in the walls of the building so there is little that can be done. Be prepared in the winter time for long nights of scurrying and chewing.
Buildings have a horrible mouse problem. They are in the walls so there is nothing that can be done to stop them. Would strongly recommend not living here. You can hear them at night, it is really gross.
Beware, apartments are definitely small, it felt like I was living in a dorm, not worth the price at all. What’s even worse is the place has huge cockroaches. Several times I was shocked to find a cockroach in my place. Management said that they would send out exterminators, but the problem stuck around after each time they apparently sent then out. The management in general is rude and unhelpful. You can get a much better bang for your buck at other places, please avoid if you can!

Not sure how your unit shrunk. Contrary to your statement, we have been voted "best value" on repeated occasions. Updated rooms, We pay heat, we pay gas, and every tenant has hardwired FREE internet delivered right to their unit!!!
