Property Ratings at Drexel Flats
Literally lied about an apartment being ready. The office staff don’t communicate with each other clearly. They won’t refund me my money for the security deposit after they lied and were the ones to make mistakes.

Hi there. We're sincerely sorry to hear we missed the mark with you during the leasing process. It is never our intention to mislead, so please reach out to us again when you can. We would like to help address your concerns and get this resolved as soon as possible. Thank you.
I’ve been living here for over 6 years. Ownerships change often. My apartment have issues and management is not fixing my issues. They don’t even answer the phone. Maintenance request have to be done online. Some residents are older and not computer competent.
Have had a work order in for 3 months everytime I call to check on it they say they don't know. It is for AC it is 85 degrees in my apartment. The tub has leaked since I moved in and there are a lot of hidden fees. Terrible location my car has been broken in twice. Thankfully I'm moving out.
Ive had a Lease here from 2020. My move in day was a mess, they said I can start moving in at 3pm but when I showed up to pick up my keys they changed the time and said not until 4pm when they finally let me move In I walked in and the place was a mess, it was NOT ready for me to move in, and it was super dirty. Luckily the management was changed and everything was better from there on so I decided to renew my lease but 6 months into my second year and my boyfriend license plate was stolen and all four of my wheel of my car was stolen a few months after. The apartment complex is okay but the area is not.
We pay extra for an upgraded apartment, which is supposed to be laminate flooring… yet we have carpet. And every time.. I ask the staff what an upgraded apartment would look and no one would give me a straight answer. Also there are several issues with the apartment that need a long term solution.. the maintenance keep doing short term fixes. They care WAY to much about the lawn care and NOT enough about the inside the homes!! I truly recommend not living here! They are good about dealing with domestic violence.
I have been there 2 week, my dishwasher leaked, my air conditioner has been out for 5 days (still not working) , the toilet seat broke and there are many other things. My apartment LOOKS nothing like the pictures online. The only thing that makes it not a ONE STAR review is the location. So far not a good experience. I will update if it improves!!
I don’t know who made these reviews but they are completely wrong. There are bugs in my apartment. They haven’t fixed my AC in four month if I wasn’t so close to the amazon I’m working at I would of left. Worst apartments ever do not rent
cabinet has spots for knobs but none painting job was terrible took a couple weeks for them to fix the a/c Filters were not changed on the a/c nothing was plugged in garbage disposal didnt work WHEN I TURNED IT A HORDE OF BUGS CAME CRAWLING OUT fan and light above stove didmt work fixed the light but not fan after a few weeks late once on rent then they charge every month for a late fee when I'm on time staff lied to me when they showed my the apartments saying they were getting washers in all of the upgrades ones etc
Communication is lackluster in every way. The management and staff will apologize and promise the world to get you out of their office and then get snarky and make excuses if you come back to complain about the same issue. I've been here through 3 management companies and little has changed. Good luck on the pool being opened when its supposed to be. When the pool is locked during supposed hours of operation, they wont send out emails. When you ask staff why the pool is closed, they dont know why its locked and won't open it. Usually saying it's a chemical issue or blame it on rain. Maintenance is hit or miss. They will either come into your unit and fix something and not tell you or they will say something's been fixed when it wasn't. They installed dog clean up stations but dont refill the bags. There is a grill behind my unit that has had a rusted out bottom since I moved in. Security is dismal. Numerous break ins in the last 3 years involving the storage closet and cars. Many residents have had their clothes stolen from the laundry facilities, so make sure you sit with your laundry while it's being washed. They are currently renovating the office when there was nothing wrong with it and could put that money into countless other important issues. Depending on which building you are in, you may have to park two buildings away due to lack of parking space. The photos shown online are nothing like the units. They boast about the laminate wood flooring but if the unit you happen to get has carpet that is reusable they wont put in the laminate. All of the cabinates are pressed wood so they buckle easily and the bathroom cabinets start to crumble from the moisture. I would have left years ago but this is the cheapest apartment in Moore school district and I dont have the funds to move. I would not recommend this complex to anyone.
The condition of the model apartment shown to potential new residents is FAR from the conditions of the actual apartments! I moved in the summer of 2017 and was assured that the multiple issues that I had observed and documented were going to be taken care of by the time I moved in. Some these issues are, but not limited to: Kitchen cabinets stripping was falling off, Kitchen cabinets shelving had interior walls falling off, un-level stove, dozens of holes located on the walls throughout the entire apartment, shower temperature knob poorly calibrated, bathroom plumbing leaking a Considerable amount, living room window POORLY aligned to the point that the locks would not slide into locking positions, Living room windows were MISSING locks!, several people's mailboxes do NOT lock properly!, and other issues. I have had maintenance work on my apartment many times because they simply put temporary solutions to the residents' concerns! I AM MOVING OUT AS SOON AS MY LEASE IS OVER!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
I Would never live here again roaches and rats plus the office ppl are rude and never answer the phone maintenance ppl never fix anything horrible place to live
If you're ok with your apartment being 89 degrees and your A/C broken with no one caring at all, then sure this place is for you. If you're ok with dealing with a self centered staff that work harder on making excuses than anything else, then sure move here. If you look forward to management entering your apartment every month while you're not home and not fixing anything you've reported, then yes this is your dream home. If you're ok with walking into your apartment on day one of your lease to find that almost nothing works and it wasn't cleaned at all, then feel free. All the 5 star ratings are fake. Do not move here if you can help it.

In my time here, it's completely not worth it, you can find better for the same price or a bit more. When I first toured the property, it looked amazing - I was shown the upgraded model and was told that I would get virtually the same thing just with carpet...that's not what I got at all. Upon move in my a/c did not work, which they came to fix but it only lasted two days until it went out again and this time it took them almost two weeks to fix...in July, I also had a cat in my apartment and the people all around me had pets as well but our a/c not working was deemed "not of high importance," my walls had multiple holes and dents in them from what I assume was the previous tenet hitting them? The cabinets in the kitchen were chewed up by mice, which I saw regularly for my first month there. The counters had knife cuts all along them, my stove did not work for the first week even after multiple work order requests they forgot to put in. Multiple spots in the unit have very unstable floor boards that I'm sure if hit just right you could break. It took them the first three months for them to fix the stair railing that came unattached from the wall & there is always dog poop around the property because nobody picks up after them and many dogs are unleashed so you can expect to get a greeting from them - even if you don't want too. Their "amazing gym" is all broken down equipment, a treadmill that squeals whenever it's turned on and the other just stops randomly during your workout and there's no way to stop it, oh! and the a/c in there didn't work! So at least you could count on sweating w/o even working that hard for it. The office staff, friendly but NEVER answer the phone. I can't tell you how many times I've walked in there's not a customer in sight and I've seen them not answer the phone. And finally to top it all off, I spent THREE months trying to get them to re-wire my apartment so I could have cable or at the very least wifi. It wasn't only my unit either, the tenants below me said theirs needed to be rewired because they were too short but had the same problem I did with getting someone in the office to actually listen to them. Currently I am still wifi-less & my a/c has been out for a week (July, yet again), even with me nagging at them, but hey "it's a/c season" so I shouldn't worry about it according to staff. I move out in two days and have never been more excited to leave a complex.

Hello, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service, so we are disappointed to hear that your visit with us was anything less than satisfactory. Please contact us at (405) 682-9087 so we can work with you to make this right.
My boyfriend and I moved in, in August 2015, and during our tour of the property everything looked great. The apartments where getting renovated, the gym was "almost" done being painted and with new equipment, and everyone seemed nice in the office. The Day we moved in we go up to our brand new apartment and it was LITERALLY falling apart. the floor in the kitchen was sunk in and the cabinet was falling off the hinge. We where told we would have wood flooring and we were given carpet. it was not good. Many things happened that just boiled my blood during the year that we were here, but the most annoying thing was that in the middle of summer our AC went out and it took over two weeks of daily phone calls and office visits for them to come out and spend 15 minutes on our ac unit. Our apartment never got below 85 degrees, even at night. I have a heart problem and those two week where brutal. The people below us smoked Marijuana in the bathroom everyday and it leaked into our apartment and management didn't do anything about it. I don't care that they smoke i just don't want to go to work smelling like it and raising eyebrows... They gym was never completed while we where there. the pools where disgusting, and the office staff did not care one bit about my experience. Not even worth $50 Rent. and I paid over $700

We regret that you had a negative experience with us, but are glad you brought this to our attention. Our manager would really like to help turn your experience around. If you would be willing to give us another chance, please contact our manager at (405) 682-9087 to discuss what we can do to help.
Only two good reasons why you choose this property is followings; First, You can experience Oklahoma hot summer fully, because office does not care our broken A/C for two week. Second, you can develop to arguing skills with unkind officers, who does not listen what the resident complains, so you have to have very good skills to make them make an action. Plus, you can support this property, because the deposit is not refundable. Please choose this property, if you want to be upset all time due to poor services.

Thank you very much for sharing these comments. If you'd like, please contact us to make your experience a positive one. Cambridge Landing Apartments, (405) 682-9087
I moved in, and spent the entire day cleaning out dead bug shells, dead bugs, spraying down everything and lining the cabinets with liners. The cabinets are warped and the floors are creaky in some places. It is an older apartment complex however. Though they did recently spray, there were some roaches that were still on the run for their lives. It was to the point that I am not sure I want to even know what the condition of the apartment was in before I ever set floor into it. It also stinks because the person before me smoked (there are three cigarette burn holes in the carpet). I was not informed of this in any way. The first night I seriously considered paying that extra $65.00 for a different apartment complex, that I moved out of to find a more affordable rent rate. However, the neighborhood is quiet, and that is a good sign.

Cambridge Landing is very close to OCCC campus and I-240 where there are awesome restaurants and fast food places! It is a very local to everything in South OKC! Cambridge Landing has a nice fitness room, two large pools, and wonderful laundry facilities. These things are so easy to get to from anywhere on site and are very will maintained. The staff at Cambridge Landing are so helpful and kind, when I need anything they are always on the ball. The community is somewhat quiet and all of the neighbors are friendly as well! I love living here and you will too!
Cambridge Landing is a very special place to live. They make sure it is safe for all the people living there, its a very quick drive to downtown Oklahoma City, close to OCCC, I-240, I-44, and I-40. They are around a lot of places to eat fast food and great restaurants. Unlike other apartments that I have been in before it has spacious rooms and it is updated to perfection. I love this apartment because it's mostly quiet and the staff is very helpful on any request. I feel okay being by myself at the pool or outside. It's like home away from home for me seeing as I am a single college student.
It's quiet, a nice little neighborhood. One thing I didn't like was that our rent went up out of no where. Smh other then that it's a pretty chill place to stay.
