Property Ratings at Dry Creek Apartments
- NO VISITOR PARKING except on the street outside the gate. For such a large apartment complex this is unacceptable for the apartments further in. - Office staff is difficult to work with because the office is inaccessible to anyone looking to talk to someone (always locked and have to knock on the window to get someone's attention). They also close the office early or fully on days they otherwise have posted hours to be open. - maintenance does not respond to tickets so you have no clue if something has been fixed or not. - no keypad on the gate so if you have a takeout delivery later than 5pm or at all on Sundays, you will need to meet them at the street or hope they follow someone in - gate is NOT a security feature since people routinely block the gate so you have to let them in first. - theft is common. I had a bike stolen from next to my front door and a neighbor a few apartments down from me recently had a break in. There are some cameras but they are pointed in strange directions and are likely there to catch the people running over the peacocks - the peacocks are all over the back area of the complex. They are very loud early in the morning and poop EVERYWHERE. - apartments are older and possibly not in the best condition or outdated. Lots of carpet - a few garbage areas are lit but a fair number of them are not making it really unsafe to take garbage out in the evening Knowing all of what I know now, I would not have moved in.
Property Manager at Dry Creek Apartments, Responded To This Review
I wanted to touch base regarding the parking arrangements for guests within our community. If you're expecting visitors, please contact the leasing office to inquire about available temporary parking options. We strive to accommodate our residents and their guests to the best of our abilities. Additionally, I understand that sometimes it may be challenging to reach us during office hours. In the event that we are not in the office or have closed for the day, leaving a voicemail or sending an email is a reliable way to ensure we address your concerns promptly. Rest assured; we are committed to responding to all inquiries in a timely manner. Regarding maintenance requests, we make it a priority to notify residents via email or phone call once their issue has been resolved. Your feedback is important to us, so please do not hesitate to let us know if any problems persist or if new ones arise. Lastly, we are dedicated to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for everyone. If you notice any areas that require attention, especially those with waste, kindly inform the office. Our team is ready to take quick action to ensure our common areas are pristine, including daily power washing. Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us keep our community a great place to live.
I have lived here for almost 8 years now and this PLACE IS AWESOME!!! The property is well maintained, management team is very friendly and helpful, maintenance gets requests done in a timely manner, and I can say my family feels safe here. I love that we have a regional park right next to our property where you can go hiking or biking, also that there are shopping centers and restaurants are nearby. I would always recommend this place to family and friends that are looking into apartments in this area.
Dry Creek Apartments is definitely one of a kind. I absolutely love the quiet and peaceful community that they have created. I enjoy nature and hiking so having direct axcess tovthe trails located right behind the property is a bonus for me. Management is not only helpful and friendly makes sure that things get done in a timely matter. I am constantly referring my family and friends to Dry Creek Apartments because everyone deserves to love where they live as much as I do.
If you love to sleep, don't get this apartment, there is so much unnecessary construction every morning. Its torture! Also, I left shoes outside for 2 hours and someone stole them. I have missing packages as well, so I don't ship anything to my apartment.
This is a beautiful apartment but its torture with all the construction that happens every week. If it's not construction, it's very loud maintenance work. All the trees are amazing but I can't come inside without having bugs following. I am a clean person but the apartment is full of spider, tiny bugs and 3x I have had grasshoppers jump inside. I just killed a bunch of baby spiders, they are so good at hiding.
My family and i love our apartment. It’s more like a small townhouse. It has basic upgrades but it has a warm homey feel to it. When we first moved in management was so friendly and responsive and I felt like they actually cared, but a few months down the road .... I can barely reach anyone when I call the office. If you put in a request for maintenance don’t expect to hear anything back. At first I was so sure that I wanted to renew my lease but now not so much.
The apartment is situated in an unbelievable place, where you have lush green and a trail for trekking, cycling and walking. More to this there are few good number of peacocks and peahens available which are maintained by the apartment authorities. Community is neatly maintained, with some small renovation undertaking. A Gated community. Also the apartment is maintained like a garden. Will live in the same apartment until I move out of Union City.
