I absolutely LOVE this community! It's very quiet and is actually pet friendly, meaning they have adequate placement for doggy waste disposal. There are also a lot of lovely walking paths to take your furry friend for good walks! The staff are super friendly and they get things done quickly and efficiently! 10/10 would definitely recommend living here!

I would not recommend moving to Dry Creek Apartments. While the location is convenient and the pricing is reasonable for what you get, the major issue lies with the management and staff. My experience as a resident who generally avoids unnecessary complaints has been frustrating due to their incompetence and lack of accountability. The main problem began when I decided to renew my lease for another year and started looking for a larger apartment within the complex. I was informed by the staff that there was no waiting period for current residents wanting to transfer, provided they financially qualified and the desired apartment was available. Following this, I scheduled a viewing for a 3-bedroom apartment with Latoya, the then-manager. During the tour, I confirmed with her that I met the financial qualifications and expressed my intent to reserve the apartment. Latoya assured me that she would hold the apartment in my name and requested my pay stubs, which I promptly submitted. However, when I followed up to check on the move-in date, I was shocked to learn from another staff member that the apartment had been rented to someone else. This led to several days of delayed responses and insincere apologies. I was eventually directed to Robert, the new acting manager, who seemed completely unaware of the situation. Despite explaining the entire ordeal to him, Robert stated that the apartment I had "allegedly" reserved was no longer available and dismissed my concerns, citing that he couldn’t verify previous conversations as he wasn’t present. This lack of communication and accountability among the staff is deeply concerning. Either the staff members chose to lie about our previous discussions, or Robert created an excuse to cover up the mistake. Regardless, their error and refusal to take responsibility have significant impacts on residents’ lives. I strongly advise potential renters to reconsider signing long-term contracts with this management company. If this is indicative of how Greystar operates its properties, I will not be renting from them again, and I recommend others to avoid them as well.

If you like having no A/C due to it breaking and not having it fixed for months and months then this is the place for you, my AC broke 2 weeks into moving in last august 2023 and it’s now April 2024 and still have no timeline on when this issue will be fixed. Parking is not good at all and front desk isn’t very friendly. Wouldn’t recommend moving here to anyone.

Let me preface this by saying that I have lived here for quite a long time. I've been here long enough to go through numerous property management companies. Some were good, some were terrible. The current gals in the office, Latoya, Alyssa, Jordan and all the rest have been the absolute best that I have had the pleasure to work with. I've also been through numerous neighbors, all of them were respectful, and treated the property how they should. Unfortunately this changed when my new neighbors moved in at the end of 2023. Constant loud music, screaming, yelling, banging on the walls from basically sun up to sun down, working from home, it was awful to the point where I dreaded to spend my day in my apartment. 2 weeks ago I finally went and talked to the office, as like most people, I waited to talk to them as i felt like doing so wouldn't do any good. I was as wrong as I could be. From the moment I talked to Latoya about this issue, she was invested. She took the time to go through what I have been dealing with, and had genuine empathy for the situation. She did not take any time to have a notice written up to be given to my neighbors. And when that didn't work, and went and talked to her again, she had another written up, and again, until the situation was resolved, in two weeks! There was never a time going down to talk to them that I felt like I was being dismissed and not heard about my concerns. I know the common conception with apartment management is that they are just there to collect our rent, and a lot of places that is how it goes. With Dry Creek, this is not the case. I cannot speak highly enough for them and their help, and I know if I ever have another issue (I literally wish I never will) I know that Latoya, Jordan, Alyssa and everyone else will be there for me with genuine concern, and a determination to remedy the situation. Ill also mention the maintenance crew that is here. They are efficient and friendly, and will take the time to say hello or wave as they are scooting around on their golf carts.
