PLEASE READ BEFORE LIVING HERE. My fiance and have lived here since October of 2023, shortly after moving in we submitted a laundry list of maintenance requests and in addition to the maintenance requests we were also given resurfaced countertops about a month after moving in. These countertops really helped the overall aesthetic of the unit. However, the job was not finished because they left cracked paint above all of our counters in all bathrooms and the kitchen. We reached out about a week after the counters were resurfaced to see when the paint would be fixed, it has now been 200 days since we first reached out and the cracked paint is still there. The maintenance request has never been completed and we go to the office all of the time to report maintenance issues. When we moved in we had an issue with our door having a cracked frame, we felt that this was a very big issue because it made the apartment less safe. This issue was not swiftly resolved by the leasing company, so we had to call the city code office. Once the maintenance was completed it was done so poorly that the temperature reading underneath our door was 29° inside. Please don't waste your money on living here. It has been such a headache.

Their big headline is new renovations across their entire property, however they said there would be fenced-in patios by December. It is not February and the only ones with fencing are right next to the leasing office. The "renovations" they promise could have been done better by a 10 year old with a Youtube tutorial.. I currently live here and when I first moved in I didn't have AC or heat for an entire month. When someone finally wanted to look at the work order they sent a way too inexperienced person to "try" and fix it. The first guy they sent told me when he was leaving that it should cut on in the next few minutes and still left.. he knew it wasn't going to work and just left. While it might sound nice to have water and cable/internet included in the rent but it is just a money scheme so they can make more money. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this horribly run apartments.

This place is terrible to live in. The manager is incompetent, and the maintenance team is even worse. They have no idea what they're doing, they came to my unit to fix bathroom fixture and they make it even worst. and it's been 3 months without any action in my unit. It's infuriating for the tenants.

I lived here for 2 years and they’ve gone through 3 different managers and owners. The ceiling in the kitchen has leaked and the floor was rotted from water damage the whole time I lived here. Maintenance kept quitting. I had over 8-10 different active requests when I moved out a few weeks ago. They also make you pay $120 for spectrum AND cable whether you want it or not. Just save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. I had to contact the city a few times.

Hello- Thank you for sharing your feedback about Dublin Park. We understand your frustration with the management transitions and maintenance issues you encountered. We want you to know that we are actively addressing work orders by working closely with contractors to ensure that all necessary repairs are completed promptly. Regarding the cable and internet services, we do have an exclusive contract with our provider for the benefit of our residents. However, we understand that it might not suit everyone's preferences, and we've recently negotiated lower prices to offer our residents more value, providing both services for $80 per month. Your feedback is essential to us, and we are continually working to improve our community. If you have any additional concerns or questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our management team directly. Best regards, The Dublin Park Team
Been renting a little over a year and had a awful experience. Being steamrolled in the conversation about payment, problems with the AC, painted over vents, Gap in trash pickup are some of the issues that are glanced over.

Please take my advice and do not move here. I ignored the reviews at first but after living there I learned very quickly to listen to reviews. Management is horrible and will not listen. I was in the process of moving out and needed additional documents filled out. I called multiple times asking if those were filled out and after being told “we did not receive it”, I finally walked down to the office and asked to be filled out immediately after magically being received. Go figure. The units are insanely outdated and walls are so thin. Nothing luxury about this place. Take your hard earned cash elsewhere.
Avoid renting with Dublin park if you love your peace of mind and sanity. The management are unprofessional and wicked. They will never refund your deposit and even charge you extra.
You can read the reviews that talk about how dated the interiors are, how poorly-maintained everything is, how the trash overflows, and how the management constantly jacks up rent and adds more and more costs to the monthly non-rent fees. What I'll talk about is the deceptive customer relations practices by the management. I submitted multiple maintenance requests and followed-up regularly. The woman I gave my requests to said she was a temp. Then when my requests turned to complaints, she said she was the property manager. When my complaints turned into notice that I was moving out, suddenly she's just a salesperson and there is a different property manager. It took me a month of calling and a certified letter to get any response from the territory manager in Dayton, and he hid behind the different property manager. To this day, 3 months after moving out due to their failure to address basic maintenance issues, I haven't gotten my security deposit back. Long story short, this property used to be good (if dated), but the Connor Group is squeezing every penny out of residents and completely ignoring the needs of residents and the not-so-gradual decline of the property.
Absolutely terrible leasing office and maintenance service, I have not been able to use my master bathroom since moving in because it causes flooding in the ceiling and downstairs kitchen. I’ve turned in numerous service requests and contacted the office multiple times about the issue (among many others). I have not been able to use it for over 30 days and the leasing office continues to tell us maintenance will service it next day. Absolutely terrible would not recommend anyone lease here.
There is NOTHING luxury about living here. Overpriced for the quality of living provided. Trash is everywhere. You are charged for MANDATORY cable. Units are not upgraded (they are 35-40 years old and it shows). Do yourself a favor: DO NOT RENT FROM THE CONNOR GROUP. Spend your hard earned money with a landlord that cares about their residents and their properties.
This property is great! if you are looking for an apartment in this community look for Kenzie at the office, she is awesome and will help you with the process of getting an apartment, she is a professional and pleasant lady.
After living here nearly a year I can verify the reviews that say it is not worth the billing. You pay rent plus an additional $250 a month for cable, trash, and water essentially. Since moving in they did take away the individual trash bins and everyone is required to take trash to a compactor that is always overflowing because the emergency shutdown has been activated. If you leave your car unlocked you’ll know because the resident thief will have tossed all your car and put everything in your seats to steal change. The dog waste bins have been removed so dog poo is everywhere and the office never wants to do any maintenance without harassment (we had to request over 8 times to have a door replaced that was promised when we moved in... took 5 months) The location is amazing and the apartments themselves are spacious but many have water leaks and hidden issues like power outlets that arent anchored and fall in the wall when you plug things in. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place... it’s not worth the amount they charge for all the issues.
I have been living in these townhomes for six years and recently signed another year's lease. I really liked hearing the customer service views of improvement. It was the same as I view them, but it was short lived and no follow through. I only gave a couple requests for repair (could of gave more to do) and also asked about a fence. Still nothing has happen. Note to all, give a list of repairs to be done before you renew lease.
If you are considering moving here, please take a drive around the property first!!!! They recently took our trash pick up away so there are several trash dumps around now and they are overflowing and disgusting ALL THE TIME. There is now a rat/ raccoon problem in the area because of this. At the corner of West Case and Abbey Church Rds there is compactor that is always a mess. You can't even get the compactors to put your trash in b/c of all the garbage surrounding it! Kids play in the middle of the road all summer long. I almost hit one that ran out in the street! Also, the interior is straight out of 1970. The walls are paper thin! I can hear my neighbor on the toilet every morning! I can smell cigarette smoke through the walls as well. Every Friday evening my neighbor fries fish...that's a treat! Work order requests are not followed up on timely. They tried to jack my rent up over $250 monthly at the start of my 2nd lease! Utilities are another story..... I pay Spectrum, Columbia Gas and AEP directly monthly. In addition to that, I have to pay Resident billing service for these utilities too. I'm required to pay for a cable plan that we do not need or want b/c it's their agreement w/ Spectrum. We are planning to move when our lease it up...just like so many others around us. People are leaving left and right and the apartments are not getting filled. This place is not worth more than $500 per month!
Fantastic im so spoiled i can walk out of the back of my home and thru the woods and go fly my model planes in a big beautiful park__ the layout of my home is sweet and the staff great!!
I had viewed one of their units. Apart from the fact the i was straight up ignored for 30 minutes, the person that showed me the unit straight up lied to my face. Told me that all the appliances are new, with recently redone interior. As an architect i could clearly see that was a lie, and that the unit has several structural defects that including a sagging roof, and moisture damage at he fenestration that could have the possibility of mold in the unit. After talking to several other residents I have been told that they the there is no grace period for rent and the fee for paying after 5 pm on the first could be close to $1000. They also told me that maintenance will not come out unless legally obligated. I've also been told that they will deduct from your deposit damages that are clearly not there. Also note that a lot of the positive 5 and 4 star reviews are being done by the leasing office.
This place IS NOT Luxury, these people are liars. It is an old but average place that is way over priced. We are paying $135-$145 mo for water, sewer & trash and there are just the 2 of us who work 9-10 hr days 5 days a week & travel on holidays & weekends. Management office staff are rude, arrogant & cold.
Rent is too high for the quality of product not to mention the potential rent hike, which is unwarranted. There’s no grace period, every respectable business has grace period. Maintenance is lazy and doesn’t finish jobs or do them correctly. My banister has never been correctly attached to the wall nor fixed my garage door correctly. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place unless you want to waste your money.
Spacious apartment, the garage is invaluable and close to stores.
Location is close to a lot of amenities. Great to have my dogs with me and I have a garage now!
This place is so good. My pet enjoys running around and the lawns outside is a good one. The apartment is big and the amenities nice. It's in my school zone and I enjoy living here.
A big beautiful home with a 2.5 bath and a garage and a clean environment. I love living here. Highly recommended...
It’s cheap for what you are getting. Gym, pool, and good service.
It is excellent because they have a pool, a nice gym (going to be remodeled soon), and a good spacious 2 bedroom home perfect for 4 people. Also, their costumer service is amazing. Also, the pool and gym are isolated for residents only and that is for safety. I HIGHLY recommend Dublin Park
it’s a great place to live, with very nice people, they have a very nice gym and pool great for summer
Love living here, good staff and large apartments.
Amazingly large apartments that I'm blown away by. The attached garage is like the Swiss flag, a very big plus.
Beautiful, clean and well kept townhomes! The pool is clean and a great atmosphere for families. Great location. Also maintenance is quick and friendly.
Awesome place, clean quiet and comfortable. Pool is a great place to hang out and the apartments are very spacious. Maintenance doesn’t take long at all very prompt service. i Recommend this place every time asked!
Very spacious and clean apartment. Close to shops and grocery stores. It’s great to have a garage to use in the wintertime.
Love the location and the attached garage. Our dogs also enjoy the area.
Great location. Hailey is the best. Lots of space.
House is big with attached garage. Management is supportive. So far so good...
Love it here. Hayley is so sweet and you can tell she cares. Work orders completed in a timely manner. Huge apartments with attached garage.
