Property Ratings at Ducks Village
I've lived in Duck's Village for more than 4 years and honestly it's a great place if you're a student or worker that seeks someplace quiet, away from downtown, and great scenery. Duck's Village has a great maintenance team, great professional staff, great amenities, and outstanding customer service. The best part is, you feel at home no matter how long you live there. I'm thankful for my time in Duck's Village and I hope for many more years.
Welp, at the end of the day, this is a good place to live. I just wish they can deep clean the house before we move in
It was really easy signing my lease and moving into Ducks Village. They provide parking which is a big plus and have really helpful staff
It’s an okay appartment, it’s location is nice close to the university and right next to autzen stadium.
My experience has been good, the move in process was easy, however our apartment was awful. It reeked, had damaged furniture and was very dirty
The staff are quite helpful, and it was very easy to move in.
Staff look at you when you walk into the office like you are a nuisance to them. Maintenance requests can take a long time and often times they don't even fix the problem. We have made the same request 3 separate times without them doing anything or even communicating when they will do something about it.
Great place to stay, informative friendly and professional staff are there to answer your question /concerns. Property is kept in good condition, the amenities are impressive and the community is friendly.
It’s a great place to live! Great location, people, and feels safe!
Overall I love living here, and if I had another year on campus, I would stay again! The outdoor spaces are gorgeous as are the ammenities.
Ducks Village is a great place to stay, it's cozy and welcoming. There are lots of opportunities to make friends as well as it's a great place to be if you participate in game day!
Rent is too expensive given for what you get in the facilities. The maintenance guys are awesome but it's clear that management tells them to fix problems in the cheapest way possible. Also the mold is crazy due to there not being any airflow in the bathrooms. Overall though, the people are nice up front and get to know their residents.
Ducks is a great place to live if you prefer to be surrounded by young people who are in school or in your school & play sports! They offer amenities which includes a pool & a hot tub, lounge area, workout room, & free wifi that runs smoothly! The apartments are put together nicely and are a perfect size based on your room needs. Ducks is very welcoming & fun. I can see myself coming back & living here another year.
