Nestled along Lake Superior, Downtown Duluth is a vibrant waterfront district. Along with housing about 90 blocks of shops and restaurants, Downtown Duluth is a popular tourist destination, featuring attractions like the Great Lakes Aquarium and the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center. Year-round events like the Downtown Farmers Market, Sidewalk Days Festival, and Movies in the Park help keep the heart of the city lively as well. For some unwinding, residents flock to greenspaces like Bayfront Festival Park and the Duluth Lakewalk, which has some of the best views of the lake. Similar to many urban centers, Downtown Duluth has high-rise apartments and studios available for rent.

Property Ratings at Duluth Board of Trade - Lofts
The apartment was cold in the winter, I just moved out before this winter because of it
I lived here while it was still under construction so I can't speak to the public areas, but I can say I always felt very comfortable here. The staff was very kind and helpful, they did the best they could with what they had. I had a broken window from the day I moved in until I left which did seem a bit odd to me but it didn't bother me too much. The appliances were great! I was in a studio and every appliance was almost a shrunken version of a normal-sized one and that was perfect for me as I was living on my own. The walls are also nice in the sense that I'd rarely hear anything from outside my place, only the neighbor's puppy who had some choice words for people passing outside occasionally but that was never a bother to me. My bathroom was quite large too which was a surprise. I was very happy living here. I just dropped a star because I think there were a few misleading things throughout the construction process.
