Downtown Indianapolis is a true marvel of American urban design, and is rightly recognized as one of the stylistic gems of the Midwest. The grand architecture of the various government buildings and museums ranges from neoclassical to ultra-modern, creating a timeless and visually stunning environment. Huge monuments and war memorials punctuate the landscape as well – in fact, Indianapolis has more such public tributes than any city in America apart from Washington, DC.
Downtown features a thriving nightlife scene, mainly along Meridian Street and Massachusetts Avenue and incorporating an immense selection of bars, clubs, and live music venues for every taste. The dining is unbeatable, with world-class restaurants of every description within a short walk from anywhere and the popular Food Truck Fridays delivering more eclectic fare during the summer months.

Property Ratings at Dunbar Court
The apartment is infested with roaches and bed bugs and too expensive for a building like this I would not recommend nobody to move here
The building is infested with bed bugs, roaches and mice. if you are sensitive to smoking so don't rent from here. I had neighbors that smoked in their apartments on both sides so I always smelled it. Im a very clean person and my cabinets were crawling with roaches. My cat caught 2 mice while i lived there. the bed bug problem is horrible!!! They are in the laundry room. Management refused to do anything about it. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!
I only lived in this aren’t for a few months. At first it was fine, as a student trying to get in as little more debt as possible, the cheap price and close distance to campus was great. There were always homeless people on the corner. I would get cat called by them and the employees of the shops behind the building. I didn’t leave after dusk because I was too scared. The apartment building is old and kinda grimy, but for that price a little grime is expected. But I hit my breaking point. I woke up one morning COVERED IN BITES. I didn’t know what they were but after it happened again I washed my sheets (in their gross washer dryers) and sprayed some stuff. The next morning I had more bites but I different type. Instead of being small and itchy these bites swelled up into giant red splotches. That night I found a cockroach. I immediately let management know about this and they said they would send someone. I waited all day so I would know that they came through and no one did. Then it was the weekend so I got absolutely no response. This getting bit every night went on for like 2 weeks until I emailed the guy and said I’m moving out. I will say they didn’t charge me anything to break the lease but that was literally the least they could do. I washed literally everything I owned before I took it out of there and my new mattress ended up by the dumpster WITH LIKE 3 OTHERS. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE you’re much better off either increasing your budget or looking further from the city. (Also it’s non smoking but my apartment smelt like Cigarettes every night)
I lived here and found the management to be slow to non existent, bugs found in the apartment in the summer. Also, get responses from the sales guy in writing and check up.
