Worst place you could possibly choose to live, rethink your decision. Office staff is awful, your car will be broken into or stolen. Gates are always broken.

I really made the right decision moving here. It has been quiet and very welcoming and accommodating especially since giving birth. The staff has been amazing and very courteous to me. I absolutely love everything about this complex. The staff is so friendly and very helpful. The building is SO clean and well maintained. The pool, fitness center and clubhouse entertainment area is perfect. Easy access to the mall and hospital. And the apartments have everything. For one they are pretty new, Washer dryer, balconies, new kitchen appliances, etc. And if you love dogs, this is the place! So many friendly animals!!

The staff are very nice and helpful. It’s a big community 2 fitness centers and 2 pools, all appliances are included on the the unit even the washer and dryer. Highly recommend them.

Office staff and maintenance, including the front door techs, all work as a team to do a great job. Apartments look nice, pool looks awesome! Overall, Cortland is an awesome company!

I love living here. The atmosphere is incredible and the office staff ensures we have a healthy and positive environment to live at. Whenever I need assistance, I go to Elizabeth - she is simply the best! Everything is nice and upgraded and it gives my apartment a "clean look" - I cannot imagine living elsewhere!

I've got to share this hidden gem! I absolutely love Cortland... The location is just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the Mall and everything else you need. The beautiful grounds area with lakeview to enjoy a scenic walk with duckies. Plus, as a young lady, I appreciate it's gated and a safe community. I had the most pleasant experience with the office personnel. Jerry was extremely helpful and professional... the way she answered the millions of questions I had and even followed up to make sure I was settled into my new home, I really appreciate everything. Thank you Jerry! :)

The place was pretty both inside and out. My bf and I were helped by Briana in the front office. She was very kind and knowledgeable about everything. She was quick to grab new keys when we decided we wanted to see the bigger apartments after seeing the smaller ones. She always had a smile and made us feel welcomed. The grounds were well kept and nice and the apartments were kept cool and clean. My bf and I are definitely thinking about moving here soon.

Pools are disgusting and not being maintained daily. Management is too cheap to hire professional pool cleaners. Dumpsters are not emptied often enough so trash accumulates beyond capacity very often

Living here has been a positive experience since day one. The maintenance workers are the most efficient and professional I have ever seen. The area is quiet, but still close to anything you could possibly need. Terrific restaurants in the area too.

If you’re looking for a luxury home fill experience, Cortland West Champions is the place to come. It is not only just convenient with stores, restaurants, and other locations. I love my apartments. There are so many Floorplan to pick from. I picked the Champions 1 bedroom extra large closet. The leasing staff is so cool they make you feel welcome like you're joining a family.
