Situated northeast of Nashville and just south of Goodlettsville, Northeast Nashville blends a small-town feel with big-city convenience. This community provides a charming contradiction, juxtaposing early 20th-century architecture with an array of modern, suburban shopping centers.
Although it is easily accessible from Nashville’s vibrant center, Northeast Nashville promises residents a quiet escape from the bustle of city life. In the general area, travelers find pastoral parks, old-world stonework, and an overall friendly atmosphere. Northeast Nashville touts a growing, diverse, and welcoming community, in addition to quick access to Interstate 65, affording many in the community short commute and travel times.

Aside from it being affordable and that it is near a park that’s really the only perks I can give it. Front office can be rude and maintenance does not communicate. I’ve had no air conditioning outside of a window unit that was installed wrong and leaked all over my floor and ruined my carpet since July (it’s October as I write this) and multiple attempts have failed to fix anything and I’m never informed of anything going on when maintenance is coming or the end results

The best and affordable apartment I have had since moving to Nashville from Montana years ago! Love having the park nearby, apartment is spaced out well with onsite laundry, and the commute is quite manageable!
I've enjoyed living here so far, it's very affordable! It's a plus that the neighbors are really nice as well! I wish there was a community event for the residents to meet eachother!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! My apartment when I first moved in seemed fine at first but after a few weeks…. Bugs started to infest my room! I have a spider problem in my apartment In which I would come home to a few spiders everyday!! I have seen little black beetles called carpet beetles on my rug, and my bed which is disgusting! Your apartment room smells like someone has been smoking pot in it when you get home at the end of the day. The A/C stinks because it’s a stick out of the wall unit in which your room does not even get any circulation. The toilet is horrible, you have to flush more than a couple times to actually get stuff down! The hot water runs out very fast in the shower. The price of rent here is SOOO not worth it for the quality of living that you get here! I wasn’t able to get my mailbox key in over a month as well! The front office staff just doesn’t seem very personable. Overall, you live right across the street from a park, you’re next to Hendersonville and Hermitage area with access to lots of stores, businesses, and restaurants which is nice, you’re within 30 minutes from downtown Nashville including traffic. But if you like living in a bugs habitat, the constant smell of smoke, and a dirty feel, DO NOT MOVE HERE! I can’t wait to move out in December! The review below me is so on par with my experience!!
They have lots of issues: 1. The apartment had roaches that I didnt notice when I moved, and as, they do not come out in day time but crawl out from the cabinets and behind the kitchen counter and stove in dark. 2. The apartments do not have centralized AC. There is an old noisy cooler in the living room, not in the bedroom, that cools down only in the living room. So we sleep in the living room! 3. When I first moved in, the toilet was dirty! and the whole bathroom cabinet had extreme bedbugs or roach poop stains! Also, the toilet doesn't flash well as they installed a smaller flash bowl inside the flash tank so that each flash takes less water! I have to flash 6-7 times every time I go to number 2. 4. Their apartment website is misleading. You can never choose which floor plan you want to rent. They would assign you. So, there is always a good chance that you get the worst apartment with the highest rent! 5. They gave me my mailbox key after a month of my moving in. I had to go to their office (their office is in another housing) almost every day to request them. And the manager just said we can't do anything, please contact the authority. 6. They renovated the kitchen cabinet in my apartment after I moved in! They installed a half-sized kitchen sink and left my whole apartment with lots of dirt and wood chunks, and didn't bother to clean them. 7. Their living room floor is sloppy. The whole room, including the fridge, shakes when we walk! 8. Most of the power outlets of this apartment do not work as they painted on top of the outlets. The bathroom exhaust fan also has plasters on it, so it just doesn't work. 9. The other renters gamble and smoke weed in the corridor or staircases. 10. There is no manager available in this housing. I have to drive to other housing of Dominion Group to meet them in person. Note: The five/four stars that other people gave did not write any comments. So, you must have understood how this apartment housing got that overall 3.5-star ratings!
I love living here. You are close to everything; shopping, gas, restaurants, grocery, parks, education, entertainment, etc. Family, younger and older people friendly apt, with exceptional customer service from on-site personnel.
