Property Ratings at DuPree Apartments
Like the title says, you get what you pay for. Lived here for a year, and probably the worst place i’ve ever lived in. Incredibly rundown. The buildings are infested with spiders. The maintence team is sketchy. There was black mold growing in the bathroom that they never took seriously. No central heating or air and considering that it is such an old building, the winter time is literally ridiculously freezing inside unless you wanna run up your power bill. Honestly, save your money and look for better options
