Durant at Sugarloaf Apartment Homes

Since the weather has been seasonal cold. I've been limited to enjoying outdoor activities. However, this did not stop my focus on staying fit and healthy. I decided to check out the community fitness center. It clean and I have enjoy going. The only opportunity is is very small. I'm happy to have this option.

I love it here everyone is so nice and respectful and they have fun events there’s a gym I highly recommend moving here . They have an all in one sports court

I have been here since December 2024. I haven't had too many issues. Quiet neighborhood, not too many issues. Gate card doesn't work but hopefully one day we can get this issue resolved. A few minor things that needs fixing in my place that should have been a sense of urgency but I'm patient..

Amazing ! they always answer quickly and always helpful! Sheila is amazing and so patient with me and goes through every detail when needed !

I’ve lived here for a few years and absolutely loved it. Management here in the front office are the sweetest and are always accommodating. They genuinely care about the residents here . There are also many friendly residents here. The Location is perfect not too far from places and family I need to get to. I really never had any issues here, overall it fine

The office personnel is always so nice. When you put in a worh order it usually done within a day. They will work with you to get the work done in a timely manner

I love everything about it The piranhas very friendly feel safe when I’m there. It was a lot better than where I used to stay years ago. Haven’t had any problems since I’ve been there serious problems.

The neighborhood is pleasant, and the proximity of stores and the gas station within walking distance adds convenience for various situations. However, my main critique is that promises should be upheld. While there seems to be reluctance to replace items due to cost, given the high prices in this area, it is essential that the quality of services and amenities justifies the cost.

Durant Apartment Homes does a consistent job in cleaning and trimming the grass. However, there is a great opportunity for them to clean the stairwells and door entrances walkway and stairs on each floor. It appears to be overdue for through cleaning and maintenance in this area. The administrative staff as well as the maintenance staffs are always friendly and professional in all of my interactions with them. Good job and keep it up!

I love the apartment it’s absolutely beautiful and also I like the amenities the pond the workout area they also have a all in one sports court

Convenient since it was a last minute move with the option to pay monthly installments for the security deposit. Great spacious apartment. No microwave though. When I first moved in during the summer there was a HUGE fly problem. I’ve never seen so many flies in a windowsill. If you’re on the 1st floor, you may have pipes bursting above you or a toilet overflowing. This left me with a gnat problem due to the moisture I guess. There was also lots of mold buildup in the windowsill that I have to maintain. Other than that, I pretty much stay to myself. Staff is nice. Dumpster area is always a hot mess.

I love living in this community. It’s very quiet, clean and peaceful. My neighbors are awesome. I’ve been here going in 3 years and plan on staying

Living here feels safe and welcoming, and it’s clear that everyone values the strong sense of connection we’ve built. I’m grateful to be part of such a wonderful community!

My experience at these apartments have been very excellent. They have Very friendly staff in the office and it’s a very quiet community. They have creative things to do with the kids for the holidays and breaks

It would be good if WHO ever has a dog in this building the owner needs to pick up the poop so people would not step in it and someone keeps on knocking at our door and our apartment when we moved the door was unlocked

i have always loved this place the staff from Sheila to tina are the best the apartments are lovely and if there is a problem they are fixing it and fast

So far since I’ve lived here it’s been the best experience. Everybody in the community are very nice. If you’re looking for somewhere to rent this is the place!

We have really enjoyed it here. Getting the punch list completed was kind of a struggle. The apartment was flipped very quickly and we had an issue with bugs but we are working with the pest control to get this issue handled and it seems to be working well. Everyone that we have come in contact with have been very kind and it's super quiet here.

I love my apartment! It’s quiet and I love my view. The move in process was quick and smooth with Sheila and she was able to answer any questions I had.

Neighbors are nasty and dirty. The upstairs neighbors are noisy 24 hours a day, thumping thumping thumping. Overall it would be a great place to live, the amenities are excellent and the staff is very friendly.

I appreciate the urgency and kindness the maintenance manager showed with my call for help regarding appliances. When I called the rent office for an eta update , I was already getting a call from maintenance with a time of attendance. Thank you!

I love these apartments cause the people in the office are very friendly and helpful they also have things lined up fun for kids and family. I would recommend these apartments to friends and family and hope they do the same.

Very peaceful so far, the neighbors are friendly and i love that their are many activities to do in the neighborhood. Things like the Pool party, and pizza night are great things for the kids to enjoy.

The people that I live around are you loud. The maintenance decides not to come anytime be better work orders no matter how much we ask him to there's always an excuse. It's so disgusting outside because all the trash in front of our building sometimes especially behind it too

I absolutely love living in this apartment! The space is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with plenty of natural light throughout. The management team is attentive and responsive, addressing any maintenance requests quickly and professionally. I feel very secure here, thanks to the well-lit common areas and reliable security features.

Everyone here is friendly, it's very quiet not noisy at all. A lot has changed since I moved here and that's good. The gym availability is my favorite and the office tends to do activities with all tenants and that's awesome.

My experience has been great so far. The neighbors are very polite and the everyone in the office is so helpful and friendly. It has been very easy to move in and get settle due to the perfect service they have provided.

Quiet community for the most part. I love my view from my apartment and also love seeing the geese in the neighborhood. The front office staff is very nice however I would say they need to do better with maintaining maintenance request.

Very comfortable, and elegant. Very peaceful spacious one bedroom apartments. The residents and residential staff are very welcoming and loving.

We’ve been living staying here. Everyone is so friendly and when we do need anything they’re a always great at getting. Back to us in a timely manner.

I've been here for 3 months now and so far so good. It's quiet and I definitely can't complain about that. Only thing I have a problem with is the one trash compactor and it's location. I don't have a vehicle and have some mobility issues so that long walk there and back is a bit much.

My move in was terrible gate was broke with terrible customer service from the leasing office they was very unprofessional slick talking charmers

I have been a resident for three years, I have seen some nice and pleasant residents come and go. I have seen a lot change within the community but just like the weather everything changes. Apartment living is good but could be much better if everyone did their part to make their home/community a place to wanna visit and stay. Thank you Durant at Sugarloaf and your team for being amazing.

Greg assisted me with the application process. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He was easy to communicate to and his customer service was excellent.

The staff here is very nice and welcoming. The gym and pool bathrooms are clean and so is the pool area, at all times. I would recommend others to live here.

The neighborhood is clean and beautiful. The lake with the water spout and the ducks swimming around is priceless. The tennis court and pool is my favorite.

Nice community. Neighbors are friendly. The property is being kept up consistently. Office management & matinence staff members are friendly, polite & professional. Whenever, I need assistance with anything they address my concerns in a timely manner.

I’m tired of paying other peoples bills. I live alone, barely any company I don’t have anything on unless I’m using it. I barley cook for one nor have the television/ radio running all day and I get an electric bill for 250 and management only reply was wow! After looking at my previous bills. I have 5 months remaining to turn in my notice and I’m counting down the days. It’s hard enough working just to pay bills but with an increase of everything it’s really not leaving me any breathing room to keep food in my fridge. I’m just ready to relocate

Unfortunately when I moved into my unit there were a bunch of roaches throughout the property. I was able to get the unit bombed and also had my own pest control to come in and spray the unit. Overall it’s a really nice apartment however the posts about the excess bugs is definitely true. I’m hoping to have a decent experience throughout my time living here being my lease has already been signed.

it’s a lot better and where I used to stay years ago sometimes are good sometimes things are bad but I love this place easier access to get to my apartment when you asked for something to be fixed. It happens when you need it. I hear other Apartment Complex people are talking about where they stay, I think I’m in a pretty good place
