Property Ratings at Durham Park
False advertising by this property. This property is not properly maintained by Pegasus and the owners Holly Springs Crossings. They do not maintain the exterior units. There is mold all over most of buildings. They haven’t pressure washed in years. Dead landscaping at multiple buildings. No pool for a second year in a row. Broken gym equipment for over a year. They are aware of all these issues and do nothing to improve this community. It is very sad as it used to be gorgeous community. Too bad I can’t post pictures here. You would see different than what they are advertising!! Drive through and just see how awful it is maintained.

Better check your fact checker this pool has been out of commission since October 2023 and manager knows major repairs to pool are required. Pool is drained with no notice to current residents of pool situation or even when it will be operational. I would get it in writing as it’s managed by Pegasus Residential which I encourage you to research them NO ONE can say anything good.

It is so peaceful and the staff are the best. They are really helpful and understanding. It’s located in a very convenient location. The townhouses are very nice and updated!

The staff makes you feel welcomed. They even know me by name and my apartment number without me having to tell them.. It's a very warm and loving atmosphere here. The staff tries really hard to keep the residents happy. I try to do fun things that are kid friendly and that means a lot. The location is very convenient to everything which makes it great.

My fiance and I have lived here for 4 years and LOVE IT. They have been managed by several companies over the years, but Pegasus (current mgmt) is the best yet. Our gate always works now, they create fun neighborhood activities, and have even recently improved the clubhouse and pool to include bocce and cornhole. The apartments are new enough that I've never had a mechanical issue. The best part about this place is how PET FRIENDLY it is. I safely walk my dogs on all the sidewalks with waste disposal baskets along the way or take our pups to the gated dog park. Some people complain about traffic in Pooler, but it's not bad where these apartments are located. You can practically throw a stone and hit publix and the tanger outlets with plenty of great places to eat. We love it here :-)
We love Durham Park Townhomes. The staff is fabulous. The homes are nice and comfy. Our neighbors are wonderful. I love living in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. I never knew I could be so happy in a townhome. I love calling Durham Park home.
We have been here for about a year and we love it! They’re constantly trying to improve any way they can. They’re also very good at getting your service requests completed. The area is well kept and taken care of. The gates are up and running so it is a gated community now as stated... the office has been renovated as well as the gym. The pool has gotten new furniture & a new amenity has been added which is their game area near the leasing office. This is all within the year that we’ve been here! I feel that it is a safe neighborhood for children as well as I have 5 of my own. When my children play outside I have no worries aside from the more obvious worries like them running out into the street etc. We love being residents of Durham Park Townhomes. We have lived her for 6 months, and so far it is great! Office staff is always helpful and any work orders that we put in are taken care of in a timely fashion! Thank you Brent and Staff!
