Property Ratings at Dutch Village Apartments
Renting here for a while and I love the apartment! Great management and amazing area to live. I deffiniatly Recommend.
To be honest, I genuinely appreciate living here. Everything that is essential for daily life is conveniently located in one place. Since I work remotely, I find it extremely comfortable to combine living and working in the same space. In particular, the maintenance services provided are of the highest standard, which is truly remarkable. I would like to express my sincere gratitude for everything!
I don’t live here but I was in the area to view a few 1B for later this year to keep my options open. I really loved all the modern apartments… the real reason I am writing the review is for management because many other properties did not give me the time and day since I am looking so early. Management gave me proper point of contact and told me to reach out whenever I need— I am seriously considering choosing them in a few months.
I am a student and this apartment works perfectly well for me. I had a minor problem in the kitchen that needed fixing and staff was super attentive and fixed it the next day. I can’t complain, my apartment is also relatively new and modern
I have lived here for a few years and management recently changed, it’s the best thing the property could have done… John is amazing in the office
Amazing beatiful unit. Have a washer dryer and the staff is great
This apartment is lovely. It is spacious and clean.
Hey, so I am a college student and living here was really convenient for going to and from school. The rent was okay for me to handle, and for a modern apartment it was worth it. There’s a gym that everybody can use as long as you don’t lose your key and I’m pretty sure if you lose it they’ll replace it. The staff is cool, I’ve personally haven’t had a bad experience with them yet. Only thing is there aren’t any microwaves in the apartments which is fine because I have an air fryer. Yeah that’s it.
When i first moved here they said everything was fine and up to date, not long after i moved which was in june the a/c stopped working. In july and i called to report to maintenance and it took them 3-4 days to come the first time said they fixed it and they DID NOT, after calling numerous of times and still nobody came, the second time they told me my a/c was leaking into the home below me thats all they said to me and left. At this point i brought fans myself, however after i kept calling over 5 times to get an actual answer and not the same thing they finally told me that they had to get me a new unit which they didnt know when that would be. A couple weeks later they then decided to give me an indoor ac unit. Farther down the line half of my home had no outlets because of a faulty circuit breaker i had only 3 outlets out of a whole home to use in one area. Not to long after that my stove stopped working and the outlets beside it ive called and called and still have yet to get a new stove or even have it looked at. So no not worth the price , headache or confusion. And lets not talk about the stink bugg infestation they have here.
This apartment complex’s information online about what is ACTUALLY offered is a LIE. There is NO in unit washer/dryers, no dishwashers, no microwaves (at least in the apartments). There is no Gym on site, and the gates are always ran into and knocked down by vehicles. The office staff are also VERY rude and uneducated about what they are doing. I went to leave my keys on move-out day, and THEY had no idea I was moving and tried to charge me MORE rent. Positive Note: Very convenient location for college students….
