I like the location of the property. But the management here is not good. The maintenance request takes forever. They charged me for late utility pay fee. The reason for that is that they forgot to credit my rent lease signing bonus to my rent account. Just got my car tolled for over three hundred dollars. There was only one paper notice saying that if you do not have a parking permit, please go to get a new parking permit. I had the old parking permit of the property, thought it should also work. The lease office did not do a good job to facility the transition to a new parking policy. The poor management here made it an unpleasant living experience.

I've made dozens of reports to maintenance. Nothing is ever fixed. However, my security cameras have caught maintenance coming into my home multiple times without reason or cause. Whenever I ask RPM about this, they have no explanation and have done nothing about invading our privacy and possible theft. This is on top of the horrendous living conditions that have left both me and my wife ill. Thankfully we're moving and have contacted legal representation.

Staff never answers phone calls, they are only worried about fixing vacant apartments for new tenants. They dont want to fix any old apartments. We have leaks, mold, and roaches. Pest control never comes when they say they do. Maintenance is incompetent.

We lived there for 2 1/2 years, it was great before management changed. I will not look back at this place. They don't fix anything and when you ask about it, it's excuse after excuse. Not to mention, the management won't do anything if other tenants are smoking illegal things in unit. We had 2 holes in our ceiling and never was fixed and it had created mold. In December, we were without hot water for 2-`1/2 weeks. The pools are always green. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I don't recommend this place at all.
Absolutely the worst place to rent. Spiders under the carpet, rat droppings in cabinets. Smells like a dump. Manager has no clue about her job.
this is the worst place i have rented from! they try to charge me extra money even when my bills are paid on time! it has happened multiple times! they don't fix maintenance issues in timely manner or at all. i have had nothing but problems from the new management. Horrible apartments, dont waste your time
Hello my name is Lydia, I just wanted to say that I have been living here less then a year and I have to say that besides the lil downfalls that any apartment may have this place make sure to absolute do their best to make sure everything is fixed in a timely manner and with superb service from our maintenance team. Jeremy and Adam are absolutely courteous and respectful of your home and your belongings. The new manager Vanessa is ontop of her stuff and making sure that your felt like family. Thank you Cedar Ridge Apartments!!!!!! I definitely would absolutely recommend this place for your family or your college student. GO AGGIES.....
From the beginning, Janna the manager was excellent in so many ways. She put this stressed momma at ease quickly. She is professional and genuinely cares about her residents. My college kids never had any problems at Cedar Ridge and we are truly sad that their journey has come to an end in College Station and we must leave Jana and Cedar Ridge. SO parents if you are looking for a safe and easy place to house your college student, consider Cedar Ridge, you wont be disappointed. Jennifer Lewis
The few times I had a maintenance issue, the maintenance guys were there as soon as possible- the same day most of the time. They always took care of the issue and problem was resolved. This is one of the best apartment experiences in my life. It is a great value for the price.- which is low. The manager of the place is not some inexperience kid with a suit like some other apartment places. Rather, it is Jana an experienced woman who knows her stuff, gets things done, and takes care of her residents. She told me when I moved in that "we treat residents better after they sign the lease - not just to try to get them the lease." And they delivered on that statement. This is not a high end white collar apartment complex. There are a lot of international students and regular folk. This is good because this makes the price very fair. The management is very fair and flexible. I asked for a 9 month lease, but when I found a home 7.5 months into the lease, they let me move out without paying for that last month- because they worked with me and found another tenant to take the apartment. I highly recommend Cedar Ridge if you want a safe, no frills, good price, great maintenance, and friendly staff.
My mom, grandfather and I just moved here about a week ago from the time of writing, but I already am in love with this place! Out of the half dozen apartments I contacted, Cedar Ridge was the only one to call me back personally. Others had emailed, but Jana, the manager, took the time to personally call me and answer my questions. Within 2 weeks of contact, we were moved in. My family had honestly made the choice after she reached out, as no one else had. I really recommend moving here if you're a young single professional or student, or, if you're like me, have a family. There's so much right around our house, so it's a great location. Close to A&M, close to everything. Highly recommended!!!
