Nestled between downtown Fort Worth and nearby Arlington, the East Fort Worth area combines the best of both areas. The residential areas are a welcome escape from the "big city" feel of neighborhoods closer to the downtown area. However, East Forth Worth residents find that they have plenty to do and see and plenty of convenient amenities available to them, right in the neighborhood. The East Fort Worth area is more diverse than other neighborhoods within the city, in large part because it stretches out through the mid-cities, almost to the Irving and Grapevine areas. From the outer east portion of the city, residents have access to Lake Arlington, numerous major roadways and a wide stretch of the Trinity River. Additionally, residents can access the downtown area of the city in under 20 minutes from most locations within the outer East Fort Worth neighborhood.

Property Ratings at Dylan Apartments
If I could give y’all 0 stars I would! Worst complex ever!!!!!! Second lease with them we’ve had 5 different managers in the time I’ve been here. Maintenance never gets done, I’ve personally put it in work orders for my not finished unit that I moved into in November, they have yet to come and fix anything and even step foot in my unit. They will be quick to add charges but can’t do what they’re supposed to! They charge $25 for “valet trash” that barely gets done. The inventory that I did on my unit got canceled on my resident portal very unprofessional!!
When i moved in 10 months ago it was a 3 now less than 1. We've had 3 different managers since. Joanne by far the worse. She is very rude and text foolishness instead of calling to conduct business. As i was speaking to her she hung up in my face as I asked for corporates number. The apartments have an infestation of flies swarming from trash that dont get taken away fast enough. Maintenance is lazy! Move in if you have to but don't stay long.
I moves in this year and so far have not had any major problems and when I let management kniw about thing that need to be worked on it was dobe the next day the office staff if friendly
They always said don't let the bed bugs bite!! Check check check
On moving day the apartment not only didn't have the refrigerator readily available inside as expected but it also had a host of dead bugs lying around everywhere. Just disgusting. Not to mention, the apartment smelled inside! I have a 3 year old daughter who loves to play & dig into thing as well as currently 7 months pregnant.. I would have sincerely hoped that cleanliness would have been a top priority if Ravenwood cared about the livelihoods of their residents. The manager Taylor had apologized for not being on top of his game with having the apartment cleaned up prior to move in & not having the fridge already set in place... he said that he runs 2 properties & he basically forgot from having his hands full. I'm sorry, I'm all for showing grace & mercy toward those that make mistakes... but if you're a MANAGER - that's not an excuse as it is your JOB to be on top of your A Game no matter how many properties you're running. It's just unacceptable. He had the nerve to say that "it's not what you expect, it's what you inspect" -- I still don't know what the crap that means & what I should EXPECT is cleanliness no matter what it is that I inspect. Ridiculous. With all that nastiness I ran into the moment I moved in, he tried to make up for for mistakes by hiring a cleaning lady to fix up my apartment. But guess what? The cleaning lady wasn't going to come until 2 days AFTER we've already moved in! What a complete fail! As it is common sense to know that if I am now living somewhere after just moving in, you really think I'm going to WAIT 2 whole days in a dirty, bug infested apartment to have it clean?! Of course I'ma just end up cleaning it, which is a shame that I had too smh. Also, I have high paranoia & anxiety from all the constant roaches I'm seeing EVERY SINGLE DAY when I clean this apartment top to bottom!!! I'm so tired of it!!! Pest control came & hardly did crap. I don't know whether if I live in an apartment or a MOTEL 6!!!! At this rate, I CANNOT wait until this one year lease is up!!! When you decide to show more concern for your residents, their health, and livelihood then maybe I'll change my mind about this place. But for now, after what I've experienced, I think it's fair to not recommend anyone here. Sadly, the only good thing I have to say about this place is how quiet the neighborhood is. But I surely don't feel comfortable in my own home that I am paying hard earned money to rent at..... Please get it together, thank you!
I moved into Ravenwood with my daughters about a month ago and I'm so happy, their school is down the street. The property is really quiet due to it being hidden in the middle of a neighborhood. Taylor and Amanda were helpful with everything, from the application process to moving day. I really can't thank them enough. The staff is always friendly and super nice to my kids. This is a hidden gem when it comes to apts.
very nice helpful people. Taylor the manager is very nice. Management is very good as well as maintenance.
I love where I live my kids are in walking distance to school. The apartments offers after school help with homework and they feed them. Summer time they have a lunch and snack program for the kids. They have a large play area for the kids to play. Over all I love the area.
