Maintenance left a giant mess in our bathroom and didn't pick up after themselves at all. There's a lot of package theft here and property management refuses to install any cameras in the mail room. And they also don't salt any of the parking lot, only the sidewalk.

Everything seemed to happen pretty quickly. Compared with other companies, it was the best experience by far. When I first went into the office, without an appointment, Denise, even though busy, stopped and took time for me My first impression of any place is the staff. I always remember being treated with kindness and respect.

Don't move here! Filthy, no security, Mail and packages stolen. Noisy and police and management won't do anything about it! No place for visitor parking.

Awful! Building filthy, noisy neighbors! Not safe! Packages and mail stolen constantly, and management hasn't done anything about it!

I love dynasty one except for some of the rude people that live here. And visitors propping doors open so they can get back into the building after they smoke and leave ciggarette butts all over the ground. The grounds bother me because I like to take my granddaughter, for walks around building and she likes to pick up everything, she is only 2 years old. And we have to be very careful because of broken glass and cigarette butts all over the place.

Poor parking, very WARM all the time, poor insulation, walls are very thin, neighbors are loud and smoke- very frustrating not being able to open your windows.

Dynasty 1 is a very nice, quiet community with secure doors. garage, fireplace, laundry in each apartment. Very nice place to live at a resonable rate.

Love my apartment. Love my view off the balcony. The leasing office is friendly and ready to please whether I stop in or call.

Dynasty 1 is a nice place to live, its quiet and the entrances are set back from the busy street to provide a bit of privacy. The parking is terrible. If there is more than two people living here one better walk, and inviting anyone over is a joke.

Excellent living for a reasonable price, management is responsive to issues.

I thoroughly enjoy living here and have for the last seven years. I have had very few, if any complaints, and if I have, maintenance has always been prompt and very courteous.

The fireplace is lovely, and if you get a apartment, without the street view, back of building is lovely with evergreen trees and green grass.

I would not rent from the Danbury office or live in Dynasty apartments. There is not enough parking for residents let alone guests, parking situation should be better relayed to potential residents. Building constantly smells like marijuana, staff are never reliable when it comes to getting back to you, and the answers given dont feel trustworthy. They will also overlook paperwork, not mark no parking zones, then tow you without warning or contact of any kind. The apartment was not move in ready, repairs had to be made and garage had to be cleaned and graffiti removed and garage repaired after moving in. Also garage leaked heavily and soaked things a foot from the wall.

The management staff is wonderful, they always respond in a timely manner to any complaint or need. The apartment is wonderful as well, I have zero complaints so far!

It was overall a very friendly, welcoming, simple, and rapidly successful process that I have had the opportunity to enjoy.

The Goldmark staff was nice, the building seemed nice, but Ive had to call a ridiculous amount of times within my first month of living here. I will not renew my lease.

No hassle team, I contacted them through messenger about an apartment and was immediately responded too, two weeks later and I am still waiting on response from others. Amanda was great and made the whole process go smooth.

If you are looking to not positively interact with neighbors,slip on ice in the winter, your garage flooded in the spring, and your doors not lock or be so locked where you can't leave easily...Then this is the place for you!
