Indianapolis is the thriving capital city of the state of Indiana — as well as the most populated. Nicknamed the Crossroads of America, Indianapolis is the well-known center for several major interstates that connect locals to the rest of the country. This commuter-friendly city is also home to the Indianapolis International Airport, a modern hub for national and international travelers. With an abundance of affordable apartments for rent, the city of Indianapolis has more than enough to offer both its residents and visitors alike.
Residents can enjoy a performance from the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra at Hilbert Circle Theatre, cheer on the Indianapolis Colts at Lucas Oil Stadium, and peruse the stores in Circle Centre Mall. Locals enjoy admiring the wildlife at the Indianapolis Zoo, exploring the exhibitions at the Indianapolis Museum of Art, and hiking the trails at Eagle Creek Park.

Property Ratings at Eagle Creek Court
We have lived here almost 5 years. It is a very clean, well taken care of apartment complex. It is very pretty with mature trees and ponds. Any maintenance issues were dealt with right away. We have even recommended it for several coworkers. Conveniently located to the airport, downtown Indianapolis and Speedway.
I just moved into Eagle Creek and I love it here! The staff is always so friendly! Deirdre helped me when I first went on tour. She was very friendly and knew a lot about the property! She was always very quick to respond to my calls and emails! My apartment itself is wonderful! I love the area because it is so easy to get to downtown, and it is much more affordable than I expected! They have also put in a lot of upgrades to my apartment, and I love the new faucets and lights! I did have a few minor maintenance issues, but Rob was very quick to answer my worker order and resolved all of my issues.
I have had a very long year of terrible service from this apartment complex. When I moved in, they tried to give me a smaller apartment and not tell me. I was put off for a walk through of my actual apartment until the DAY BEFORE I was to move in. I was then told that they did not have one available. Not ten minutes later, the leasing agent called me and had miraculously found one. In reality, they gave me an apartment that was not ready for anyone to move in. Then I was told I had to pay an upcharge for a renovated apartment. Yet they had to come and upgrade my countertops, my washer and dryer, and my dishwasher because they were old and not working correctly. I was told the appliances were tested before I moved in. The garbage disposal was broken, as well as the water not working. My AC was also out. I called but since it was a Friday, only the AC was an emergency and the rest had to wait for someone to come and fix. Along with MANY, MANY other issues. Paint missing around door handles, cabinets dirty and not painted, closet doors falling off constantly, my ceiling light fell from the drywall, disgusting green mold in the middle of my washer, my AC has gone out multiple times, and many more. Maintenance will come out two times sometimes for the same thing. Or put on my work order they ordered parts and then never show up to finish the job. I’ve had to have my bathtub resealed because it was leaking through the ceiling a lot to my downstairs neighbor. My neighbors leave dirty diapers out front occasionally. I called three times in five days to the office and no one came to remove them. I renewed my lease – a huge mistake. I had my floors cleaned upon my renewal-they are now separating where the different pieces meet and are sewn together. (7/11/17) I gave a list of things that needed fixed a week and a half ago to the office. (7/17/17) After a week, I called and spoke with the manager, who informed me they would be out in three days. (7/20/17) It is now that day, and no one came to fix A SINGLE THING. (7/21/17) Update after one day-I went up to the office after a week and a half of no one showing up. Spoke with manager who PROMISED me maintenance would be out first thing to take care of my list. STILL DID NOT COME OUT TO FIX A SINGLE THING IN MY APARTMENT. Also, those pictures are just a few from my MOVE-IN. I was not kidding when I said they gave me an apartment not ready for anyone to move in.
I have lived here for almost 4 years. The past year has been horrible and I want to LEAVE. They won't let me leave 2 months early after four years of consistent, early payments and being a good rule following tenant?? The city water has made my skin break out horribly, I've had to go to the doctor multiple times for this. It's impossible to get anything fixed. They say they'll, they never come. It took us half a year to get them to change the kitchen light bulb. (This took multiple online requests, at least 10 calls, and me going into the office once) Do you know how hard it is to cook or do the dishes in the dark???? They have regular inspections, where they leave everyone a note, saying you'll receive an automated call the day before so you'll know to put your pets away or whatever. Call never comes! But you'll sure get one when there's a "party" for a holiday, cause that's important....... And be careful if you have a pet, they'll pocket the deposit and then claim a year later that you never paid and they'll expect you to pay them an extra $500. Some nice added features are neighbors that smoke weed and rotting trash all over the ground by the trash compactor. :/ Please don't live here.
Lived here for about a year and it was fine compared to other places. This place is nestled back away from the road so crime isn't as prevalent in this complex compared to others. I had a first floor apartment and it was poorly sealed, black mold growing on windows and insects (especially centipedes) were almost a daily occurrence during the warm months. The big thing is that this place has bed bugs, we were forced to vacate because of it, only had 10 days to find a new place and move out as well as pay for the bed bug treatment. This complex will screw you, the bedbug addendum they have you sign is a trap so they can kick you out at first sign of bedbugs. During the 10 days we had to vacate I went to at LEAST two dozen other complexes not owned by sexton properties and none of them had bedbug addendums, which leads me to believe that this place has an ongoing infestation that they cannot get rid of. I wouldn't recommend living here because of the bedbugs.
I went to rent an apartment for a year. The management appeared courteous and the apartment looked good. However, while leaving I met a woman dragging her laundry stuff. As I was pretty sure that each apartment gets own washer and dryer, I asked her about it. She said the washer in the building is malfunctioning for a while. According to her, a neighbor told him that the washer is bad for past 4 years and his oven was broke for 3 months, and nothing has been done! Another person told me her kitchen ceiling was collapsed and they had done nothing for few weeks! After I talked around a bit, it seemed the general opinion is the maintenance people are more or less efficient. The management appeared to be in pretty bad shape. And depending on the management, the service changes. There are pretty decent options around this place. I'm clearly not going to rent an apartment at this property.
I have only lived here for a short time but it's so quiet! Connie and Andrew were super friendly and my fiancee and I wouldn't want to work with anyone else!
I have lived here a year now and thus far it has been nice. My lease is about to be up and I may or may not be moving . In my recent search I usage released that this apartment offers a lot that others don't minus a fitness center . If it had one id probably just renew my lease here!
This apartment is one of the many complexes owned by Sexton Properties that I love to call home. The buildings and grounds are well maintained, and the view from my balcony of the lakes and ponds are amazing. Its like 15 minutes away from downtown Indianapolis, were talking Pacers, Colts, dining, nightlife, and much more. Much different living here than in South Carolina, but I still feel at home.
I have lived here since September 2012 and still enjoying my stay here. One thing is the scenery, there are small ponds and one major lake around the grounds where you will see tenants fishing, wildlife gathering, its just a beautiful site. Grounds are kept to such a beautiful standard, apartments are well maintained, large swimming pool to enjoy also. Quiet area, very convenient to shops and downtown area, love calling it home.
I love these apartments! The grounds are kept clean, and it's quite. The pricing is a steal for the quality you receive. And to put the icing on the cake, the amount you pay for rent is locked in! When they told me that I was sold. Glad my rent will not keep getting higher year after year for the same size apartment. I recommended these apartments every time someone tells me they're looking
