Dishonest from the get go.
I applied a month ago and was approved for an apartment. Unfortunately, circumstances happened that prevented me from taking it at that time. I called back and explained what happened, and the agent said there was a one bedroom coming up for $480 that I could have as soon as it was cleaned. I called back a week later and she told me it was already rented to someone else she was working with. She also is trying to charge me another application fee which I already paid a month ago. She doesn't keep applications on file she said. Lies from the get go. Don't rent here. They will tell you one thing and do something else underhanded.
