Oklahoma City is a thriving city right at the heart of Oklahoma. The city’s thriving economy is complemented by its exciting nightlife and entertainment options. Downtown is home to the Myriad Botanical Gardens and the Oklahoma City Zoo, two extremely popular family-friendly attractions. The Myriad Gardens also include the Oklahoma Shakespeare in the Park production at the Water Stage.
The Oklahoma City Thunder has built a dedicated fan base, and things always get pretty wild around the Chesapeake Arena on game days. The arts community is quite active with galleries, museums, theater productions, and a music scene incorporating everything from underground alternative bands to the Oklahoma City Philharmonic.
The city has been expanding in recent years, and Oklahoma City proper is much easier to get around with public transportation than most other cities in the region, including rail service.

Property Ratings at Eagle Crest Apartments
My girlfriend and I moved here a couple months ago and it has been such a wonderful experience! Lori has been nothing but attentive and generous helping us fix problems we’ve had in a quick but noninvasive fashion! She makes this complex so comfortable and invites us to pool hang outs all the time! The apartment is cozy and a perfect size for the two of us and anyone who wants to come over and hang out! Highly recommend!
Eaglecrest, as a whole, has a great staff. Maintenace always fixes your issues quickly and efficiently. The apartments are extremely spacious for the price, I'd say one of the best values in OKC while also being located in a great, quiet area right off of NW Expressway. Lori is an exceptional property manager. If you come to her with an issue, it will be taken care of in a timely manner. She is friendly and truly cares about the property and her residents. Overall Eaglecrest is a great place to live. I stayed there for almost 2 years and only moved because I relocated out of state for my job. In short, highly recommended!
I have lived at Eagle Crest for three years now. It’s a pretty community with good people living here. Awhile back they brought a new manager in. Her name is Lori. Not only has she become a friend to me, but is one of the hardest working manager’s I’ve ever seen here. She is out walking our property seeing things that either need improvement, she keeps up on everything going on out here, so not only is she in office and showing properties, she really keeps an eye on what is going on around the apartment units.
I've lived here for a year and a half and the last 2 managers were making me consider not renewing my lease, but once Lori came in, it was a breath of fresh air! She has made this the best experience I've had renting and has been incredibly involved and helpful at any moment I've needed her. She's been on top of maintenance request and just generally checking in to make sure we're on the same page and that everything is going well. It's been amazing having her and I am so grateful that we get to have her here as well as the others on the team! Everyone has been wonderful and so friendly. This is honestly a great experience in renting!
Lori has been super accomodating, asking and listening to tenants. She has been super involved and working hard in making this place a community rather than just a complex. Although, I never dealt with the two last managements last year besides the maintence men (on several occasions), I never could contact them, they were never in the office and it was like talking to a brick wall and so stressful. Now that office is open from 8-5 and I haven't an issue reaching or out - even if I needed to. Im very happy with the change of management. Due to personal circumstances, I was close to dealing with a lot of burden, but Lori was not going to let that happen and she fixed everything IMMEDIATELY. She handles everything with grace and swiftness and she is there for the community. Much better expectations, and this is the first time I have ever moved within a same complex, and I will definitely won't be considering moving next year if I dont have to !
I have lived at Eagle Crest for over 2 years and this by far has been the most enjoyable experience ... Lori is absolutely the best... I see her in the early mornings and evenings walking and talking to people in our little community... The Children absolutely adore her.... What a wonderful place to Live... Lets not forget the new management., They are making improvements everyday for the better of this community... I do not see myself giving a notice now... and as of a couple months ago... I was looking.... So Thank You!!!!
The new management company is excellent. I have been here 4 years and had a fair share of companies managing the property. Our office manager is very personable, great spirit, and professional.
First of all the pictures online do not do justice to the poor condition of these 40 year old units. I had to leave and come back another day to process the shock of how different mine looked. Just before and right after I moved in the Property manager was helpful and friendly. After I started noticing issues with the things went downhill quickly with regards to attitude and professionalism. Thankfully the maintenance guy works hard to please. There have been safety and health concerns for me as a senior citizen and with my little dog living here. But excuses surmount and we are now being ignored. There are a lot of things that are not the best, like the carpet wasn’t shampooed prior to move in, small closet with no light, Tiny parking spaces, the dirty grounds and vehicles in lot that never move. But I like the layout of mine and wanted to stay a long time. My apt has so many air leaks I cannot keep it warm even tho I’m paying more for electricity than a similar one I rented in the area a little over a year ago. And after more than two months and now in touch with the broker, I’m still being ignored. One response I was given was, maintenance crew doesn’t know what to do! I’ve stayed home almost three full days now, waiting for someone to address a request submitted Friday morning, (6 days ago). Seriously consider whether you want to take on a headache like this. I’m only 4 months into my lease; warning… go elsewhere to rent if you possibly can.
I have a one bedroom 635ft. The living room is oddly shaped and very small. The bathroom is large but has the most useless bathtub I've ever seen. Round and deep; looks like a dunk tank and you practically need a stepladder to get in and out of it. There is no big mail box for packages, no laundry room, no gym, or amenities of any kind. There are w/d hookups, but they are stackable. Even the guy who delivered mine warned me that they are worthless. He was right. I had to run the dryer multiple times to dry a load and ended up with a $200 electric bill. The water heater in my apartment is crapping out and they said I'd be getting a new one. That was a month ago. My lease ends early next year and I can't wait to move!
The manager is really nice when I have to go pay my rent or when i need something fix. She always greet people with a friendly smile and a hello.

Thank you for your review! We do appreciate it very much! - Vanessa Sumner, Community Director.
We have only lived here about a year. After moving in we regretted it No maintenance at all. But A new manager took over. We were told hold on we have a New maintenance person is coming soon, And OMG He cares. He took care of all of our needs. We asked for a long time to correct an Electrical problem that no one could figure out, and he was fast and friendly. He took the time to correct the problem and explained what happen. I think his name is Mike or Mark something like that. But his name doesn't matter he made use feel important. And we had a pool this year after hearing from our neighbors talk about not having a clean pool for a few yrs. Enough about the good and ugly. We love this place and would recommend living here to all of our friends....
