Worst in Denton

Apartments are filled with cock roaches and termites. Will charge you between $75 and $120 cleaning fee, even if they clean nothing. Apartments always smell like gas. Don't be fooled by the free wi-fi, as it always crashes. Absolute worst apartment I've lived in within Denton.

this place sucks

Theres coroded electrical wiring and roaches and bedbugs and nothing gets fixed you get lied to and scott brown property is a bunch of parasites.but he dont own it but his management SBR is lying cheating parasites you dont need the hood to rob you let SBR do it

Decent Apartments for price

I haven't had any problems with the management, but I also haven't dealt with them much. Everything I requested to be fixed was fixed in a timely manner. The good thing about the apartments is I haven't really had much of a problem with noise or anything. The one complaint I do have is there are roaches. When I first moved in they weren't that noticeable and now I feel like the more I kill the more there are and I keep my apartment clean and I sprayed it myself and keep bug spray handy. The apartment is nice looking and it's a pretty nice size for just one person. The apartment comes with free wifi but I could never get it to actually work, but it's already hooked up for Verizon good and the rate is lower here than most places. It's a pretty good deal for what you pay. It's only like $645-655 for a 1 bed 1 bath and all bills paid which is not too bad.
