Mesa Del Oso/Promenade is a small community a few miles northeast of Downtown Albuquerque. Although small, Mesa Del Oso Promenade is a densely populated urban community dotted with shops and businesses. A variety of apartments ranging from affordable to moderately priced are available. The southern corner of the neighborhood holds modern necessities such as shopping plazas featuring a variety of restaurants and stores. Well it’s overall good, except for the fact that I’ve been here for almost a MONTH and still have not gotten ANY response about my amenity key and have YET TO BE ABLE TO DO LAUNDRY OR GO TO THE GYM. It’s infuriating. When I last spoke to anyone at the leasing office they told me to give them a week. That was on 11/6/2024. I’ve sent two emails to the “Management Email” and have yet to receive any response. It just sucks that I am completely unable to do my laundry and have to go to an outside facility and continue to pay to do my laundry.

The leasing team at Eagle Point understood the urgency of our situation. We moved across the country with an apartment at a different community secured-- only to arrive and find that it was completely inaccessible to my partner who is a wheelchair user. The same day, we were able to tour and apply to an ADA unit at Eagle Point, and we signed our lease and moved in the very next day. Monique and Tre in the leasing office were kind and helpful. We are so grateful for their help.

Super well kept, staff at all times are friendly and quick to help whenever I do something stupid. Couldn't be more happy here. The apartment is very good at delivering urgent notifications via both email and physical signage, the the goings on always feel pretty transparent.

Well kept secret within the Northeast Heights! Although the apartments and grounds are older, they have been very well maintained. The units are very nice and spacious, as well as quiet with a good number of upgrades in the kitchen and bath. Fantastic location. Reasonable rent prices for the area. The pool is nice and they are building a new gazebo in the main courtyard. The maintenance and landscaping staff are present daily doing lawn work and performing repairs. The staff in the office is very friendly and receptive. I was very impressed with the quality of service provided by Veronica, Monique, and Tre in the office as well as Noe and Miguel on the maintenance staff.

Everyone worked very hard to get me into this apt in a timely manner. There were some clerical errors but it still worked. I've only been here 5 days so far so I cant testify as to the QOL of this complex. I will say there are some nice people here though. Great location...there is a park ez walking distance just north of here that's good for your morning dog walk. Access to stores on Montgomery is nice while being this far east getting on Montgomery is not difficult.

I've lived at Eagle Point Apartments for almost five years and I've been very happy here! There's always going to be a few hiccups because no place is perfection, but the issues I've had have been SO minor compared to all the stories I've heard from friends and family in the ABQ area. I feel super lucky to have the apartment I have, to have no bugs and no major problems, to have working appliances and good maintenance, and I appreciate management always being kind and friendly every time I visit with a question or concern. I would definitely recommend (in fact, I have, multiple times)!

The apartments needs to take more care, and possibly hiring a dog waste removal company or enforce the dog waste policy on the property more often. They need to do something a better job at getting rid of the roach problem in the apartments.

Decent price, reasonably close to stores, feels pretty safe compared to other parts of the city, and great commute if working at Sandia. Biggest concern: if you have misophonia, do NOT get bottom/middle floor units, as the ceilings are extremely creaky. Was #1 source of stress and sleep loss for me.

Lots of trees and a friendly, serene area to live in. Neighbors are quiet, too. The apartment layout fulfills what we sought, and the rooms are big. The front desk personnel is excellent. We especially appreciate Monique, who, on our moving day, gave us a bag full of snacks, which saved us from dropping dead for having forgotten to pack any food. Overall, Eagle Point is a good place to live, and we're happy here.

Rent continues to go up but management refuses to upgrade appliances or do anything to make the increase worth it. Good neighborhood though, walkable to the local high school.

I am very happy with Eagle Point Apartments and want to give others an honest review in their search. Monique in the front office is wonderful! Her kindness and warmth are palpable and I appreciate all her help in leading us to choose this apartment as a home. I was able to walk through the actual apartment and I appreciated that as other complexes would state that we would not be able to see the actual apartment before paying the app & deposit fees. That's a big deal when you are putting up a lot of money not to see the place you're going to live in for the next year! Any questions I had or phone calls were answered quickly. The move-in process was very easy. The apartment was clean and move-in ready. While it is still early in living here, the grounds are clean, has been quiet and very happy with the decision to live here.

We’ve lived here for almost 3 years now and I’m appalled by the conditions. We always try our best to be patient with staff and repairs, but this is absolutely ridiculous. From them taking 2 months to fix our kitchen sink, to having a gaping hole (at least a foot in size) in our bathroom ceiling for months. We’ve called numerous times to try to get an ETA and they’ve always said it’ll be tomorrow, which it obviously hasn’t been. I’ve always requested to be notified before they entered to secure my senior dog, and never have been. We were told since we put in a work request they can enter at anytime without notice, when our lease states entering without notice for a repair is only if repair is being completed within 7 days of the request, which it definitely has been way longer. Our dishwasher has been leaking and smelling foul since January, and I’ve called and spoken to them at least 10 times since December, with absolutely no progress. I warn everyone not to move here, and have even known people to break their lease early because of the living conditions. I’ve even notified the staff that I need my ceiling fixed because I have a lung infection and asthma, and still nothing. There is absolutely no care or regards for the tenants safety or providing livable conditions. We recently found out they lost their copy of our key and they weren’t going to tell us or replace our lock, I had to call and request it be replaced and explain how this was a huge safety concern.

Hated living there. Noisy, dirty, run down. Ultra thin walls and squeaky floors. Had to sleep with ear plugs as the upstairs neighbors were excessively loud. Wanted to change units to try and address noise but policy would not let me even request a move for 6 months. I broke the lease and left that nightmare.

The communication with the Management Staff and the maintenance staff isn’t there. They don’t communicate to residents or each other. I have had issue with maintenance being in my apartment to complete inspections even after receiving email notification from management that the maintenance has already been completed. Which makes me feel unsafe and it put maintenance staff in dangerous situations by walking in unannounced.

I have been living here for a short time. The place is good, close to many stores. But, unfortunately the kids and neighbors do not keep the community clean.

Dont live here. They wont maintenance your place before you move in, and they might not even get it cleaned before you move in. (My bedroom carpet was filthy on move in day. And then the cleaner came and tried to lie to my face about it having been cleaned. When I showed him the full (brand new) vacuum canister full of dirt, animal hair, and debris, he told me these new vacuums are so much more powerful than what hes working with. So hes either a liar, or doesnt use adequate tools to get the job done. The carpet had not been cleaned.) They wont notify you before they shut off the water. The pipes break regularly. And after a year of being here, theyll hike up your rent $300. To match the market prices. Which is a crock. Because their first year of move in, stays at the original price. The office ladies are sweet as honey, but cant seem to get anything done. Dont live here.

The complex is pretty. Nice to walk around. The neighbors are friendly and the staff is professional and friendly. Nice neighborhood and well kept grounds.

The Eagle Point Apartments are a nice place to live. The office people are kind and eager to make residents feel at home. The layout of the apartments lend themselves to a community structure. Every neighbor Ive met has been friendly.

Amazing place to live in. This is my first time moving in to an apartment and I 0 recommend moving in here. The area is nice, everyone is friendly, and they also work with you quickly with any questions and concerns you may have.
