Eagle Point

Great experience while living there but when we moved out they added $700 of damage fees on top of the $500 security fee we paid at move in. Charged us for things that were never in the apartment and were never used. After trying to fight and showing picture proof they said it didn’t prove anything since they weren’t within 48 hours but also haven’t provided any photos of the damage. Don’t live here!! They just want to take advantage of college kids.

My brother received a 10 day notice to vacate or comply notice due to the team noticing a dog during dryer vent cleaning. HE HAS NO PETS. Not only is he allergic to dogs, he's afraid of them. (He has autism.) The office is aware that he has issues with communication due to his autism, and I am his "agent" (POA). There are documents on file of this from when he moved in over a year ago. They didn't call me, or try to get in contact with me whatsoever. Shoved this into his door. Furthermore, he has a living room camera and a doorbell camera and has clips that go back over a year. This proves there has never been a pet anywhere in his unit. Up until now, I've had only good things to say about Eagle Point and have recommended this complex to dozens - not anymore. STAY AWAY. Families and individuals shouldn't have to deal with someone else's mistake, especially during EASTER WEEKEND. A manager should be reaching out to Monday but apparently are "aware of the issue". If Eagle Point decides to make this right on Monday, I will edit my review.

It’s been really good around here the only problem I had staying here is I had a couple packages stolen.

Apartments are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The community is quiet, safe, and pretty. Maintenance is quick to respond and very helpful.

Eagle Point did a great job on fixing my refrigerator and my toilet service was prompt and everything was left nice and clean and I would recommend Eagle Point to anyone looking for an apartment

Love it here. Great size apartments. Can't hear your neighbors. Staff is friendly and helpful. The best priced apartment for size in town, But the dog messes are an issue.

Overall Eagle Point is a quiet, nice place to live and it’s close to my school which gives it bonus points. It is on the more expensive side which can make things difficult. Communication with my leasing agent to sign off my lease was not very good, they barely contacted me and I had to call the office multiple times just to see what was going on with my living situation. But other than that I have no other critiques.

My husband and I moved from Western Washington. We are so impressed by the team here. They are helpful, friendly and very efficient. The grounds are kept in a park-like state and when we had a minor maintenance repair. It was addressed and fixed immediately. We truly feel we've found a home.

I love their marketing and how they present the community, and overall it is a clean and safe place.

Eaglepoint is delightful apartment complex. Surrounded by beautiful rolling hills in the wonderful small town of Cheney. There are great places to get food like the Mason Jar as well as your Safeway, Taco Bell, McDonald's and the like that are no more than a mile away. The apartments look just as nice as they do online if not nicer in person and look more roomier in person as well. Everything from the appliances, rugs, walls, electrical outlets, you name it is clean new or like new and functions very well. The rent prices are very reasonable. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and answered our many questions even after we called them incessantly. When trying to manage when and if our mattress and other shipments would arrive before we got there, there were very accomidating in handling these challenges and went out of there way to help in any way they could. They have great amenities, a nice roomy work out room, movie room, pool, quiet room for study/work and free coffee. I don't think there's a better apartment in Cheney I would highly recommend them. If you don't believe me take a tour and prepare to be blow away.

I would highly recommend Eagle Point, the staff is very polite, professional, and fun. Everyone loves to laugh and I believe all around from maintenance to inside it’s a great dynamic, all the staff members always be sure to try an help out if possible.

My family has been here since November and we have had no issues the maintenance if needed is always speedy and on point and the receptionist are always kind the pool is fun along with the playground and very kid friendly highly recommend living here thanks eagle point

Eagle Point is a beautiful friendly apartment complex with a lovely pool and a nice white room. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and the residents are also friendly. This is a dog friendly place where there’s lots of children playing and it’s a nice place to come home to.

Wonderful: not only is the management very kind and professional, but so are all the other workers and the community in general. The living situation is very comfortable here, and the amenities are very nice :)

Eagle point is a very nice apartment complex. The community is kept clean and maintained by a great staff. It is in a great location in Cheney, close to EWU which is perfect for college students, and down the road from Safeway which makes for easy shopping access. The rooms are all great sizes, with high ceilings that provide an open concept feel. I love living here!

Eagle point apartment is a quite, clean and well maintained place. they have excellent customer care, courteous when serving clients, and efficient in their work.

The staff here is amazing , reviews state otherwise due to old management . But let this review turn that around . Been here 6 months . I love the view , I love the staff they’ve been on their social media , on their marketing and events ! The spirit is there , everyday we have tons of snow they’re out there between 8-13 blowing off the side walks . Only thing is The roads are iced over since the plows don’t go in complexes , which sucks but that’s ok , beautiful grass and flowers in spring and summer . Enough parking for everybody. My neighbors are great besides occasional parties and car alarms . No complaints !

Eaglepoint is the cleaniest apartment complex I have ever lived in. The administrative staff are great and the amenities are amazing. I recommend Eaglepoint to anyone.

The Eagle Point community have been extremely kind and respectful by taking care of their residents me included, I will stay here in cheney because of them.

Eagle Point has made moving in so easy! The amenities are excellent and my apartment is beautiful! Also, I submitted a request for a repair, and it was completed same day. Ive never had that at any other complex Ive been at!

Eagle point seems great at first but will charge you for “damages” after moving out. The damages we were charged for were ones we did not cause and had video proof along with a date and time stamp showing the apartments condition and they still charged us. They said regardless of the proof they are going off of what the maintenance team sent. So having proof is useless. Save your money and do a different apartment complex.

Love eagle points, staff is friendly & helpful, maintenance guys are the best & get stuff done quick! cant forget about those times I locked myself out my apartment & the office staff were very helpful!

My one bedroom apartment is very roomy. Like, ROOMY. Love the balcony here as well.

I was apprehensive to move to Eagle Point because it is farther away from all of the activities I do outside of work. However, its affordable rates, quality apartments, and wonderful leasing staff won me over.

The staff has been connected and engaging through the entire process, from our prospecting to lease signing. Especially would like to recognize Lauren and Jordyn for all their support, not with just us during the process, but in helping me to secure a home for my deaf-blind friends, Steve and Jodi. "You ladies rock! Having the extra assurance from both of you for their piece of mind while transitioning from Montana to Washington is huge! Thank You!!"

After living at eagle point for 1.5 years I can say I recommend them to anyone without hesitation. The staff is professional and courteous. The layout is designed with plenty of parking and the grounds are maintained daily. The apartments are spacious and feel private.

Ive lived at eagle point for two years now and have loved area. Of course like any other place there are a few flaws but has been the place with the least amount. Its in the perfect spot as everything is close by. So many amenities offered at eagle point that make it an amazing place to live at!

Eagle point is as nice on the inside as it is on the outside. The residents make the community a friendly place to be, I highly recommend living here.

This has honestly been the best rental experience we've ever had! Maintenance is quick and efficient, management is courteous and does everything they can to address a problem, and the units are great!

Eagle point appointments is the best place in Cheney. Apartments are very neat and clean. Lawns are mowed regularly. Employees are very friendly and cooperative and meet you always with smiling face. All the equipment like Refrigerator, Washing machine,Drayer and Dishwasher are in excellent condition. Every thing is available in these apartments that one love to have. It is very quiet and calm place to live in. Middle school is adjacent to apartments. Our neighbors are very friendly and nice people . If someone wants to live in Cheney, i recommend them that it is the best place to live in Cheney. My family love this place very much. .

The community is probably one of my favorite reasons to continue living at Eagle Point. It is very lively throughout the year. The area around the apartments are well maintained. And the town we live near is perfect for small families such as mine. We also love the location compared to our commute to work.

Overall, my experience at Eagle Point has been very good. They offer numerous services and amenities along with an available staff to assist you. With that said, it is not a perfect community and has its shortcomings such as with their painting services prior to when you move in. Nevertheless, I will continue to live at Eagle Point during my time in college.

Eagle Point Apartments are in a very nice location, grounds and buildings are maintained and clean. I am very happy with my new home.

We love Eagle Point. The maintenance team rocks and are always great to work with. The management team is warm and inviting every time we visit the club house and jump to help us whenever they can. We would recommend Eagle Point to anyone looking for housing in the area.
