I was without AC for 2 full weeks in 100 degree weather. When I finally got ahold of them, they said "We gave you a window unit," and they had, but that meant the bedroom was freezing while the rest of the apartment was sweltering. My smoke alarm wouldn't stop going off, so I cut the power cord because they had hardwired alarms rather than battery operated which is extremely dangerous (what if the power goes out?). It took about 6 weeks for them to send someone to replace it even though I reported it immediately. I had to live without a smoke detector for that time. Somehow, the ceiling leaked every single time it rained even though I am on the ground floor with a unit above me. The worst time was when the bedroom ceiling literally collapsed and flooded my bed. They replaced the carpet, but the guy did a horrible job and the seams tore up almost immediately. I fully expect to be charged for that when I move out because I have heard several horror stories where residents were charged THOUSANDS after moving out. They NEVER answer the phone. You will end up having to go to the office to talk to anyone. Somehow, they find time to post constant notices about what's on your porch and threaten to charge you fees. If you have a dog, you'll have to bring their poop inside your home because there are hardly any waste stations on the property, and they refuse to allow a small trash can on your porch. Every time I put in a maintenance request, I begged them to call and let me know when the repair person was coming, but they wouldn't, so I just had to guess. If you're not home when they come, they'll never come back. They post notices about mandatory pest control on a Friday and expect you to be ready on Tuesday. If you're out of town or don't have time to remove everything from your kitchen and bathroom cabinets, you will be charged a hefty fee and they will not come back. There are other issues that are too many to list here, but you get the gist. I can't wait to move out and live in a place where they don't overcharge and then screw you over. Good riddance! Seriously, DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Overall, a very good experience. Moved here from another state, staff was very helpful with the application & move-in process; maintenance followed up in a timely manner, and I really appreciated their knowledge of the area & where to locate resources to ease our transition.

I have not had too many issues, I have been charged $100 for them spraying for insects and I did not receive a paper notice on my door like my neighbors. I did receive a notice in the application but I don't check it unless rent is due my fault.

The manager Ashley in the office is amazing! She is always super helpful when I have questions about my lease. I really love all the activities Jessica puts on for us here and I am super excited the pool is open! Eagle Point is a really nice, pretty and safe, not to mention affordable, complex right up against Saint Francis that I've been at for a little over 2 years now and I can honestly say it really is home for a serious renter. Lexi, Irena and Ashley always knock it out of the park with customer service and have a great sense of humor too! Love it here

Maintenance is a joke around here. I wish I can show the pictures of my apartment. The ceiling was destroyed from the upstairs apartment. It had water coming in my apartment for 2 days. Ceiling was messed up it was stinking in here because of all the water in the carpet. I had to call District Manager because I had wood rats in apartment. I could go on and on about the time I've been here. Then they are charging me extra $22 a month saying that if the pipes burst I have to pay for this.

Im happy i decided to move here to eagle point. I looked at the other apartments nearby but they werent as nice or friendly. I actually see the maintenance guys here pick up trash and dog poop! I like that the community does not allow smoking! Its clean here and in the location that I wanted.

Started off rocky having lots of maintenance issues. They are being fixed just taking more time than I expected. Other than that the community is quiet and seems to be friendly. I have only been here a little over.a month and so far seems to be good.

The place is in a prime location and is easily one of the best in Tulsa. Alexia in the front office, was super helpful with the application and the move-in process. She was the best part about the move-in process.

Moved out in January and still being charged. Have been charged for new carpet and new paint when the apartment needed to be painted when we moved in. Repairs not made. Water damage trough out. Recommendation- Do your walk through, write it down, get it signed by office staff and keep a copy. Current management won't talk to us now that we are no longer tenants. They have been turned in for billing fraud by a handful of tenants. PLEASE Do your research, look on Better Business Bureau. We are good people; we were not bad tenets, and we are being treated poorly.

I love it here! This complex is by far the BEST apartment complex I've ever stayed in! Maintenance always responds to issues quickly and treat tenants with respect; they are knowledgeable about how to fix problems. The ladies in the office are friendly and helpful, especially Ashley. They respond to requests and make sure renters are taken care of.

I have been here for a month and my kitchen has flooded twice my laundry as well, the ceiling in the “master bath” has leaked. I had to practically beg them to come fix things that should have been done before move in (they still haven’t fixed everything). Yes I’ve told them everything that’s wrong three times twice on paper. I work all night to get woke up by inconsiderate maintenance men banging, stomping, hammering etc. I called the office no response. I go to the office for them to say “i was supposed to give a courtesy call but didn’t get to it” no apology was administered, I am sooo disgusted with this living situation no tenant should endure this much mistreatment only to stay ahead on rent, to have a credit because we over pay! This is unacceptable!

I like Eagle Point is in a great location in town the only bad thing which is a negative is the updates the upgrades my electricity bill in the summer is overwhelming because I have an outdated very outdated system my AC system is over 15 years old

The last year I have been here started off good and has slowly gone downhill. They cut too many corners on maintenance and I have had to put in double work orders to get the same issue fixed or I just fix it myself with money out of my pocket. Bolts and screws are rusted beyond repair, the water damage spots in the ceiling are bad, the paneling outside my window feel off months ago and never fixed, ac units are not checked routinely, and the management makes excuses for the mistakes or lack of care but just expect you to take it cause you paid to live here.

Moved me into a apartment that needed atleast 7 repairs shortly after moving in. We also had a fire from the old bathroom ceiling fan in my daughters room. Also, they provide NO fire extinguisher as well. The parking is HORRENDOUS!! Good luck finding a parking spot after 7 to 8 and they don't offer reserved parking either. Toilets broken atleast 3 times, hot water heater was bad when we moved in as well. We've only been here since December of 2021, so not even a year. Just recently the sink was leaking and we needed a new garbage disposal. We may have to renew the lease unfortunately but I'm ready to leave. This place is like a 3 outta 10 for me. I've lived in much better apartments honestly. The office is nice but it doesn't reflect what the apartments look like so beware. The apartment was also dirty when we moved in. I'm over it and the crappy parking. ?? As of 07/18 my bathroom cabinet is now leaking WATER, still no repair. I do not recommend moving here!!!!!! Beware!!!!!

Since the new management team took over, I have not been impressed by the office staff or the maintenance reps. Period. I am made to feel like I'm bothering them with any issues I have, like I should be apologizing for taking up their time with issues they obviously see as petty.

This has been the worst living situation, here I am 19 trying to supply and care for my grandma and all of these promises were made and nothing given. These apartments are the nastiest homes with the rudest neighbors and most definitely the rudest staff in the office. I absolutely should’ve listened when my manager told me that these apartments were no good.

I moved recently. The personnel in sales are beneficial. However, after I set my moving date and had days off and a crew ready to help me move, the management changed the date. They gave me a different apartment in a more excellent place, but I asked for a non-carpet one, and they gave me one with carpet without previous notice. I didn't have the opportunity to see it before I moved, so I got the surprise. I moved a weekend, so all the problems I found needed to wait until the following Monday to report and some time after to get some issues fixed. The faucets and drainage were partially solved after one week of the move. I was expecting a dog station which does not exist. Some of the other issues I solved by myself, but the one with the flicking of the lamps is still unsolved. The best is how peaceful it is.

Eagle Point has been a great community for a new comer to Tulsa. The units are spacious and the rent is affordable. My dogs have loved walks around the green spaces. We feel safe in this community, and we are close to so much!

Eagle Point provides a top notch living experience at an extremely reasonable price point. As a remote worker for a company in Texas I appreciate the calm, quiet environment and the location can't be beat. Everything I need is a short 5 minute drive away. The management team and the maintainance crew are very efficient and responsive. Overall I'm pleased with the community.

It feels safe where I live. No rowdy neighbors and a clean property. Well lit at night. Maintenance issues are answered and fixed within hours or request. Front Office Staff are really helpful and are quick to react when emailed or messaged.

When I moved in, I will not lie, there were a lot of issues. But I brought them up to maintenance and the front desk and they were able to fix everything on time and did a good job doing it. They are very professional here. The girls at the front desk are very nice and are always helpful. I live by the dog park and it seems to always be clean and never smells bad. I have enjoyed my stay here so far.
