Property Ratings at Eagle Point Village
These apartments are awful. The trash compactor is always broken and trash just piles up right in front of it. Dogs poop everywhere, goose poop everywhere. In the summer, there are roaches and RATS around the garbage. Dont bother if you have kids who like to go outside either, with the poop, fire ant hills, broken sidewalk, broken playground and broken GLASS around the playground, it is VERY unsafe to take your kids there. We lived here for almost a year, and half the time all the amenities were broken or very run down. Amenities include: pool (it was almost always green), gate (always open, now theyre taking it down), park (unsafe), dog park (gate is broken, cant be shut), theatre (works but only open until 6 pm), and gym (this one does work actually). The management team doesn't care and maintenance requests are ignored.

BUG PROBLEM!!!! Worst experience with this apartment complex. My wife and I moved in in April of 2020 and the apartments were okay but that took a turn for the worst. Aside from all the other issues we have had with this apartment this is the worst. They have an infestation issue, about a week before Christmas we were having LOTS of bugs crawling out from where the wall and the floor SHOULD meet but doesn’t. We called to get the apartment sprayed since it had only been sprayed 1 time in living there for a year and half. They informed us it would happen the next day and we called back after they hadn’t come by and said they would spray the following week. We went out of town for Christmas and came back to a sea of dead bugs. Absolutely disgusting. About a week later they came back in our apartment with less then 24 hours notice and pulled the fridge out to spray for bugs and the it was absolutely awful. I have emailed management and have not gotten a response and they expect us to pay for part of January after the fact. We moved out IMMEDIATELY and were lucky our lease was almost up. These places are a disaster I would avoid at all costs. I wish I could attach the video of what it looked like when we walked in. The pile was the same size as a shoe after swept up.

Look anywhere but here!!! Moved in after deployment and this was the only place available due to COVID. Wish I would’ve just slept at work or in the barracks. I saved the apartment company $1500 by having one of my soldiers squeeze under the garage door to unhook it when their half assed job of putting the cable up WITH A ZIP TIE didn’t work. (Shocking). I was also warned by the staff the garage leaks cool got it just raised my equipment off the floor no harm no foul what they didn’t tell me is that the apartment also can flood. I now get charged $800 to redo the carpet because “75%” is damaged. (Waiting to see pictures) Also they boast that it’s a gated community fun fact the gate never works it stays wide open for anyone and everyone coming off cliffdale. Moving out I got charged for trash by the compactor which 9/10 times is over flowing with trash & with a mattress or dresser laying next to it half the time. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone it’s incredibly cheap and not worth the money. The poor maintenance guys are so understaffed but they do try unfortunately my “security system” went a year without ever being set up so I can’t even comment on if that works or not.

In a time crunch. This community was able to assist me with my apartment needs. First floor and close to the parking area. The manager (Teresa) is very nice and responsive! The maintenance crew is genuine and goes above and beyond. I've enjoyed my short stay in this complex.

Moved in with the impression that they had no roaches. Well, that was a lie. Between assuring me they have none and letting me believe that the apartment was clean, I have to say that this apartment complex is unsanitary. I have added pictures of the water from me cleaning the carpets in the apartment and it is still not clear or atleast less dirt in the water. I open my cabinet and boom a roach, I open my closet door and boom another roach, I have even been just sitting on my floor and boom a roach. No its not water bugs. I can't sleep just thinking something may creep on me. Do not move in here. Appearance is not what is seems.

Lived here for 3 years. The security gate was one of the main reasons I moved here. When I first moved in, the gate was broken more than it worked. When it is fixed cars just line up and hurry on in once the gate opens. How secure is that. Upon move out I was overcharged.I tried calling several times to get this resolved only to be constantly put off. I have NEVER lived in an apartment that charges you a cleaning fee for the house and the carpet if you leave it in good condition. I have NEVER lived in an apartment that adds a charge for lightbulbs. If that's how they operate, I have no choice or problem paying that.... But to charge me a late fee on the rent after I made every effort to contact these people to see how much I needed to pay since it would be pro-rated is ridiculous. My next call is corporate. Im tired of being told "I'll call you back". I'm tired of going back and forth with these people and if you decide to move here, be ready and beware of the unprofessionalism upon moveout!!!

We are saving money by living at Eagle Point, but there are better places to live than this complex, so you’ll have to decide if the price is worth it to you or not. Positive points: The pool area is nice and well-maintained in the Summer. The staff has been nice overall. If you are a good, reliable resident who takes care of your property and aren't disruptive, then you really just keep to yourself for the most part. The exterior is nice-looking as a whole. The interior is somewhat updated. Car washing station is helpful; there was only one time that I went that the vacuum wasn't working properly. The location of the complex itself is good because you're about 15 minutes from Ft. Bragg & also far enough away from Skibo that you don't hear the traffic, but close enough to it that you can go run errands easily. Negative points: Staff was changing constantly, which makes me think that they either hired bad employees regularly OR new employees hated the experience enough to leave quickly (either way, doesn't speak well about the apartment complex). Gate was broken regularly. Loud neighbors - couldn't hear them through the walls very often (which I like) but people yell/fight outside on a weekly basis it seems. Bills aren't itemized well so if you see a change in what your rent SHOULD be, you can't understand why without having to go talk to the staff (which I don't mind doing a couple times, but the bill was inconsistent/wrong more than that). The community itself was always fine during the daytime, kids played on the playground often, but it did feel sketchy at night sometimes. The gym is pretty awful - not much equipment & many of the weights have been stolen (so you may have one 10lb weight but not two...not much point in that). A couple of different times when we had a maintenance issue, the staff would come to fix it semi-promptly but it would break again within a week (i.e. the disposal in the sink, the A/C unit would freeze over after only turning it to around 70 degrees, etc). To be truthful, if you are a great resident & can handle some annoyances & frustrations sometimes, I would recommend this apartment complex because it's hard to beat the price. But if you want somewhere better to live in Fayetteville, know that that it is very possible, but you're going to have to pay more money (but hey, that may be worth it). We wanted to save money so we didn't move, but if we had more money to spend, we would've chosen to live somewhere else.
I love it and the reason why is the interior. The space is nice and I love that we can have pets.
I moved into this apartment on October 2014 due to security concerns because fayetteville is not a place for anyone to be less security alert. My apartment has nice and noble people from all culture and ages. I love the pool but it's not too deep for me to swim because it's only 4ft deep; on the other hand, i like it because it's very safe for the children to swim. It gives me joy to know that if i leave my car unlocked, no one will break in. And it gives me joy that my apartment is gated and protected for my protection.
Figure out the gate, enforce the dog cleanup rules. The club house/ pool area was pretty nice
I would do a better job of taking care of customers when they depart. I feel I was over charged when I left without a valid explanation, but only had one discrepancy when my walk-through was conducted. Likes and suggestions: I like the location, price and staff. I dislike the security gate, gym, carpet, light fixtures, and loud neighbors and excessive cigarette butts in the walkway.
My likes and dislikes about this community are: I don't like it, I LOVE IT! I feel safe and the office staff make it a great place to live! If there is a issue (rarely) It will be resolved! Pool, Gym, mini theater, Laundry room always clean! GREAT PLACE TO BE!!!!!!
My likes and dislikes about this community are: I love everything about this community. I think that the amenities are great which includes, free coffee bar, gym, pool, washer and dryer facility, mini movie theater, free cookies. The staff is always friendly and quick to respond if you need anything. The location is also great if you are military it's located only like 8 minutes away from base. Parking is never an issue and I always get a parking spot only like ten feet from my apartment.
My likes and dislikes about this community are: Great location, nice apartment and overall I feel safe living here.
My likes and dislikes about this community are: I really love the location. It is very accessible to Fort Bragg, downtown Fayettville, etc. Overall the apartment is nice, the staff is very helpful and the price affordable.
My likes and dislikes about this community are: I like the theater room, and the front office, I like the car wash area. The trash could be more convenient, the maintenance in the apartments could be better.
