Property Ratings at Eagle Ranch Apartments
DO NOT move here!! 1. These apartments are disgusting. The model they show you is NOTHING like what you get! When we moved into our apartment we found some needles, and when we brought it up to the office staff they did NOTHING. They simply said “throw them away”. And also, when we moved in the floors, walls, countertops, cabinets, kitchen appliances, bathroom, carpet, windows and windowsills were absolutely DISGUSTING. Like they didn’t clean anything before we moved in or didn’t even check to see if anything was even clean in the first place. 2. Maintenance is so lazy. I’ve put in a request for my stove and the guy came and took pictures of it. Never heard back. Reminded them and still never heard back. Put in another request because our baseboards are lifted off the floor and ants keep piling into my apartment and I NEVER heard back. I’ve gotta do everything myself here. 3. There’s absolutely no parking here. None. And also A LOT of hit and runs and vandalism. 4. There’s trash everywhere. 5. The water is CONSTANTLY getting shut off. and they always tell you short notice via email. 6. They suck all the money they can out of you! They say rent is this much but you should expect to be paying $200-$300 more than that for “fees”. They add on $30 just for paying online. I could keep going. This place is an absolute JOKE!
Worst place you can live. Sewer line are inside where water heat located. Sewer always backing up. Always getting flooded for 4 yrs we live over there. We had to move when fire department helped us clean up the mess. Fire department recommend we move. My husband kept getting real sick all the time. After we moved out of there, he doesn't get sick anymore. They remodel their office, but they don't fix apartments are so old. Windows don't open n lots of cold air comes in. While ladies in front office are nice n comfortable with their newly remodel office.

Wow, I was honestly nervous to go and see the Eagle Ranch apartments as all the other apartments I have seen recently were all for lack of a better word disappointing. I came into the office (after a little confusion finding it) and was greeted by their leasing Agent Hannah. She immediately had me have a seat offered me some coffee or some water and handed me their pamphlet showing the floors plans offered. I’m currently needing to move quickly and although I made Hannah aware that my budget was not very big she still happily helped me and took me to the 1 bedroom model. Great customer service! Once I get a little more settled, I am definitely going to relocate to Eagle ranch Apartments.
Recently came in to tour the eagle ranch apartment and they are by far the best apartments in Abq. I recently moved her from California, things have been a little stressful but Hannah in the office made things easy. She welcomed me with a smile and was happy to take time out of her day to help me. I’ve toured so many properties this past week and Hannah was by far the nicest leasing agent.
My wife and I are currently living on the other side of town and are exploring the option of moving to the west side of town to be closer to the rest of our family. While driving around one day we stumbled across the Eagle ranch Apartments and figured we should take a look. We stopped in, it was pretty busy in the office however, Hannah stopped what she was doing to greet us and invited us to have a seat while she finished with the phone call she was on. She gave us a pamphlet and showed us the model one bedroom, we knew right away that this is going to be our new home. She got the properties laptop out and helped us apply. Hannah made everything very easy for us and it has been such a smooth process. We can not wait to move in, in September.

Over price apartments that appliances are made year 1994. Walls are so thin that you can hear other people using the bathroom. Poor maintenance outside area, dog poop all over the place. Sometimes their garbage are over full. So call refrigerated coolers are so old it make a lot of noise and it cost a lot to leave it on. Found out, they got F rating on Better Business Bureau. Save some heartache don't move to these apartments.

The name is very misleading there is nothing luxurious about this place! Unless you consider appliances from the 70s and a dinky little weight room which you have to pay extra for luxurious. Staff is also rude and talks to you like you’re stupid

I don’t even know where to begin, all I’ve had is problems with this place and their worthless staff. First off your “rent price” in the lease is not what you can except to pay. Add an extra 200 bucks just in fees even if you pay on time. There is always people smoking crack and doing heroin in the parking lot it happens so often it’s not even worth telling police after 15 or more times. It’s just a unsafe place to live. Save your money

This isn’t the worst place to live! Roaches everywhere. Appliances don’t work and maintenance team takes months to fix.

Hi Michael, and thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately, I was unable to meet you before you were required to vacate. As the new manager here, I would have welcomed the opportunity to speak to you about any concerns you had to improve your experience. I know you are no longer living in our community however, I wanted to wish you all the best in your new home. Sincerely, Jessica C., Community Manager
The staff gets rude very easily. If there is an issue, dont rely on them to get back to you. They will tell you one thing but never actually get it done until 3, 4 calls later and at that you'll still need to go into the office a few times. They dont stick to their word at all. The work they do is always sloppy. I and the neighbors had a HUGE ant infestation & their exterminator only made it worse so I had to get it done on my own. They won't ever be on time for anything. THE PARKING SUCKS!!!!!! The matinence staff is very lazy. The only reason this review got two stars is because I love the area the apartments are located in & my neighbors were good.
I went to Eagle Ranch to look for an apartment home for my family and I. When I walked in I was instantly greeted by Crystal, she was very happy and more then willing to help with my needs of finding an apartment home that best fit my families needs. She showed me the 2x2 large it was beautiful she even helped me set up my furniture in each room so i could picture my things in the apartment home. WONDERFUL PLACE TO CALL HOME AND STAFF

I was searching for a community that I would feel comfortable and at home at. I went to Eagle Ranch Apartments and my Agent was Crystal Garcia. She was very cheerful, happy, helpful, very professional and open to answer any questions I had. The apartment home I went and looked at was beautiful also. If you are looking for a home go to Eagle Ranch and ask for Crystal Garcia the Assistant Manager.
I love my home. I love the office, its nice that I feel like they aren't just another person behind the counter rolling their eyes when I walk in. They are all extremely friendly, joke, laugh and see like a good team. The grounds are always top notch! These reviews dont give them the stars they all deserve.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. We truly appreciate your thoughtful review and will make sure to share your kind words with the entire team. Thanks again and we hope you have a wonderful rest of your week! - The Team at Eagle Ranch Apartment Homes
Been here a year and a half, no complaints and the concerns I have had have been addressed immediately or within reason. It's beautiful here and well taken care of. The apartments are well appointed and spacious. I've found it both quiet AND safe residing here! Parking is always an issue with any apartment complex......my advice? Pay the extra for an assigned covered parking space and guard it well. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and VERY understanding!!! The staff operates cohesively as a team and work hard to make everyone's life as pleasurable as possible (within reason & within their control). Until I decide to leave New Mexico, buy a house, or both, I will stay here faithfully and happy as a snug bug in a rug. Make the decision to come here.....you will NOT regret it.
Safe place , nice looking apartments but staff is horrible , many times I have put in a ticket to get something fixed and then I end up fixing it myself weeks later after repeatedly reminding them something is broken , and then these apartments are too overpriced for what they are , they tell you it's on price this day and sooner or later it's skyrockets , and so is leaving this place they try to make you bankrupt just cause your trying to leave. They hardly answer phones even when they are sitting right in front of it , no help at all . But if you like throwing and wasting money this is the place for you !
We have been residents of Eagle Ranch apartments for a year, and have found it an excellent place to live, particularly since the arrival of a new management team last spring. The front office and maintenance staffs are responsive, efficient, and friendly, and the new management team has guided a full-scale improvement in the overall condition of the complex, as well as instituted an incremental transition to establishment of a smoke-free environment, with completion of the change to come around mid-year of 1917, which will make Eagle Ranch one of the very few apartment complexes in New Mexico to attain this status (we know of only one other in the state). The management team has also worked closely with us to help us locate an apartment that more closely meets all our criteria as to location, level (we prefer second floor), and interior finishes, and we are now in the process of moving to our new location within the complex. All of this, with the added benefit of the park-like surroundings -- a variety of beautiful trees, shrubs on gently rolling grounds with winding walkways and an extensive bicycle and walking path throughout and around the property -- plus a location that cannot be beat in terms of convenience to shopping, medical care, etc. and easy access to the rest of the city via Paseo del Norte and Coors Boulevard corridors -- make this, in our opinion, the best apartment selection in its price range in all of Albuquerque. -- Dan and Susan Cobb
Eagle ranch management and maintenance crew are the worst I have ever had at an apartment complex. Management thinks it is normal for kitchen counters and floor to be stained dark yellow. Kitchen appliances are out of date. Kitchen cabinets they paint pink thinking they are covering up the wear and tear. I’ve put in multiple report that my refrigerator does not stay cold and they have not fixed it. This Apartment complex is going downhill and show no effort to improve. They show that they are just trying to milk money out of the occupants and not doing anything to keep up to standards. You would think that in this day in time they would know that it is better to stay ahead just being just ok and raise the bar.
Untrustworthy security, High volume theft due to minimal parking and incompetent staff. Attempts to get ANYONE from management takes serious effort.
I'm pretty happy living here, it's in a good location and the schools are great. I love the two bedroom layout and the staff are super nice. Great place to live at a reasonable price.
I moved here about a month ago and so far I love it. Very quite. I never hear my neighbors. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. The parking is a little rough but walking never killed anyone. I would defiantly recommend this apartment complex to my family and friends
