Property Ratings at Eagle Rock Apartments at Bel Air North
Apartments are out of date and maintenance is lacking. Emergency line decided to keep their phone off the hook while I had a leak in my bathroom over the weekend. Don’t count on maintenance to do their job in a timely manner, especially with the amount of issues all these apartments have.
I love living at Harford Village North Aparments. I have been here since 2019 and it has been wonderful. The Apartments are big and lots of storage. The pool is a added bonus. It is quite and the grounds are kept very nice. The staff is amazing, they are so kind, efficient and will go above and beyond to help you. Sarah the property manager,is an amazing person and so easy to talk to. She genuinely cares and wants to help. Thank you for everything you do. Best Apartments Ever!!!

Thank you so much for your kind words! We count ourselves lucky for residents like you. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us—and we agree, Sarah is truly a gem to have on our team! We are so happy that you are enjoying your home and our community and will continue to provide you with a positive living experience!
I live in Harford Village North for the last three years. Over the weekend our washing machine started overflowing all over the kitchen floor. At this time we contacted the emergency maintenance office and left a message. When Monday afternoon came I contacted the leasing office to inquire the status of our work order. She got indignant with me and said she was unable give me any information and yelling at her wouldn’t help. I advised her I wasn’t yelling and requested a supervisor for which she told me I wouldn’t get anywhere with her either and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and I will not let this attitude go unnoticed.
I want to thank Harford Village North office staff (Sarah) and the Maintenance crew (Roger) for a great experience of living here. Not many concerns have ever came up in 5 years here but the few have been fixed within that day or a day or Two in a timely manner, thanks you again for everything, this is most Definitely a great place to live

Thank you so much for your review! We strive to have all residents feel comfortable, welcome and right at home! We agree - our leasing and maintenance team are the best! Thank you again!
This is a wonderful place to live! The staff is very helpful (especially Megan who lead us through the “move-in” phase) - the maintenance staff is friendly and very good about “fix-n” things and timely - the ground crew is efficient and on top of things (they already have groomed the area around the apartments and it’s March!) My pillow in the living room says it all - “THIS IS MY HAPPY PLACE.”

First I want you to know that this apartment is lovely, and I do like it a lot, except for being on a 1st floor where my feet are cold in the winter time. I feel like I can't get warm. I hope to be here a long long time. Suzanne and the maintenance personnel are excellent and get the job done. They are very kind to this elderly lady.

Thank you so much for taking the time to give us your great feedback! Thank you for being our resident!
I can not say enough about My Complex here at Harford Village North. From worknig with Megan in the office for availability completing all my paperwork and lease, She was a true Gem. Then off to the leasing Office to another life saver Suzanne help make this transition so very easy. Everything was explained in a wonderful manner so that I was made to feel at home immediately!! It helped with the stress of moving. I was given a check list for my move in if anything needed to be fix. I needed a couple of things done and handed in my list to Suzanne, and she was wonderful. She put my work order in immediately and with in days the Maintenance Team arrived and repaired everything in a couple of hours Wonderful Maintenance Team. The neighborhood is wonderful and everything I need is right around me. At night we sit out on our patio and you see deer and the calmness is so beautiful. I am so happy we made this move here and thankful for all the kindness we have received from the wonderful Staff here at Harford Village North. Bravo Joanne Ryan
I'm impressed with the surroundings. I've met a few of the neighbors who are very nice. No problem with parking. Maintenance is very good. I like having a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath. I'm enjoying my stay here. These apartments are in good shape for their age.
I’ve just moved in to my apartment and am already impressed With this beautiful area, my very spacious apartment, and the incredible view of the pond. it’s very peaceful and quiet. I signed a two-year lease, and I am confident the next two years are going to be quite enjoyable in my new home here. Suzanne is very kind and has already been very helpful!
I am a tenant at Harford Village North Apartments for 4 years and I just renewed my lease for another year. I will highly recommend these apartments to others as well. This is a very quiet neighborhood as well. Maintenance also does a very good job with the repairs.
I have lived in my apartment here at Harford North for 4 years and have been very satisfied with the office crew, maintenance and the way the grounds are kept. Every problem has been taken care of immediately. All the personnel is pleasant, friendly and willing to go out of their way to aid you with a problem. It has been several years since I have lived in an apartment and I feel I made the right choice by selecting Harford North.
Harford VIllage North is a great place to live. The maintenance staff were very helpful, polite, & prompt. The complex manager, Suzanne, was a pleasure to work with. We had a few unusual circumstances, and she was extremely helpful. If we ever need an apartment in Forest Hill in the future, we would rent here again without hesitation.
I want to say how Harford Village helped me find my perfect place! I was renting an apartment which was nice and very spacious, but not what I wanted. The people at Harford Village found me a condo that I love!!!! They let me transfer with no trouble and always very helpful and kind. A great place to live!
I have been a resident at Harford Village North for about 22 Years. It has been a nice experience. The community is friendly and quiet. The grounds are well kept and very clean. It is very convenient to many stores. I wish I didn't have to leave.
I have been a resident of Harford Village North for 17 years. My mother lived her also for 25 years. I love my apartment and all the people who work for the complex. Suzanne has also been a great help to me whenever I needed assistance. The complex is wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone.
I wish I could stay in this location, but I need something closer to Towson. Thank you for making our stay here enjoyable. The office staff has always been helpful, maintenance men are efficient, and the people that live here are so friendly.
There are many reasons that make living here pleasant. One of the important ones is the excellent maintenance personnel and their quick response to any problem that occur. Two men in particular come to my mind, Drew and Roger. They always do the job right the first time, and they are always courteous.
Just want everyone to know what a wonderful job the maintenance crew did here during the snow storms. A BIG THANK YOU to the crew! I have lived here in my "tree" apartment for 10 years and absolutely love it here. I have not had any problems with any of the staff. Love them! I needed a toilet seat replaced, called maintenance, no emergency, someone was here within the hour. I have thought of a newer apartment, but WHY, I know everything here is perfect. Also, the grounds crew are wonderful. They do a great job here on our outside. Beautiful. If you need a place to live, consider Harford Village North Apartments. You won't be sorry. Bobbie
From my very first contact with the staff at Harford Village North, I could tell right away this was going to be an easy experience moving in. During my 18 months, everything was always taken car of, clearly the entire team behind the scenes takes great pride in keeping the buildings and landscaping extremely clean and organized at all times. All of my interactions with Suzanne at the rental office were always highly professional as she is an absolute pro at what she does for the residents. During my time at Harford Village North, it didn't feel like I was just renting an apartment, but a part of a community: to me that's the special part!! I highly recommend Harford Village North Apartments to anyone out there!
I moved in 2 weeks ago and even though the apartments are older, it's still nice and warm and cozy and a quiet and safe community. The Leasing Office Manager, Suzanne is the BEST! Maintenance is quick and friendly as well!
I am very happy in my apartment. It is very quiet, easy to find parking, and close to my doctors and shops I use frequently. The outside of the buildings and lawn on our court are always neat as well as the steps and inside foyer. I have a beautiful sunset each evening. I truly feel at home.
My mom has lived at Harford Village for 12 years and considers it home. It was a transition for her to move after her husband died. Both Suzanne and Michelle helped her find the right unit and have gone above and beyond to make her feel safe and comfortable. The maintenance staff is stellar- quick to respond and always friendly. She likes her spacious rooms and the grounds are well kept. I would highly recommend!
I had to move back to Maryland and needed a short term lease apartment. I chose Harford Village north in Forest Hill. Suzanne and Sarah couldn't have been more accommodating. I had a couple of small issues. The maintenance men were here the next day and all were resolved.
We are in our 5th year living at Harford Village North and we can't be happier! Harford Village North is so peaceful and quiet and we have our coffee on the patio every morning. Harford Village North maintains their buildings and grounds very well. Everything you need is very close and the mall is only 10 minutes away. I can't express enough words of gratitude and happiness with the job done by the Imark grounds crew. Thank you Harford Village North!
Upon touring this apartment complex, we were impressed with the beautiful layout and amenities. Like many complexes, you do not see what you actually get until you move in. We walked into a nightmare on moving day. The apartment was clearly not cleaned and there were mismatched and missing tiles in the bathroom. We had to call maintenance 4 times within the first month to fix many issues with the apartment. Often we had to call maintenance with a reminder call because they never responded. After living here for 6 months, I can not wait to move. The apartment buildings are dirty and the walls are paper thin. We have found mold in the bathroom and along the window seals. Do not move here!!
Harford Village Apartments have been serving my family for over 15 years. In 1984, my grandmother moved from Baltimore to Harford County wanting to be closer to her family. We lived in Harford Estates at that time and Harford Village Apartments was a great choice. She lived there happily until her health forced her to move out. Now some years later, my mother wanted to scale down so Harford Village Apartments were ther for us once again! The staff is friendly and helpful and the apartments are a clean and safe environment. My family and I feel that this is a perfect fit for our Mom. Mom is happy and feels comfortable in her new apartment.
I love living at Harford Village North. The neighborhood is calm and relaxing. The property manager is very patient and understanding, the maintenance staff are fast and efficient. I also love the size of the apartment and how everything opens up. Great for a small family and other tenants are so nice! Love it!
While my husband was in rehab I was searching for an apartment. Luck would have it there were apartments across the street. After my visit with my husband, I headed to the rental office. Not sure how moving from a house to an apartment would work out. The lovely young blonde introduced herself and explained the rental process. She showed me several locations because we weren’t exactly sure when we were going to move. I now have a 2 bedroom one and ½ bath. I love the lay out, perfect downsize from the house yet still have a washer & dryer like home. We have settled in and I’m very happy here. The location is perfect, even for my husband who can’t get out much. He can sit out on the balcony as I did all summer. The landscaping is beautiful and of course nature provided the squirrels, the funny 2 local cats, deer, and geese. It’s so lovely and being a senior it’s nice being right across from the drug store, having Giant a few blocks away, Royal Farm, carwash, and Patient First. Everything is just a walk away. The pool was great to sit and lounge around while watching everyone have fun.
Our apartment was very clean and move in condition. We are enjoying the view of the pond and wildlife that it attracts. Leasing and maintenance staff are friendly and have resolved minor issues quickly.
I have lived in this community over eight years. Very spacious and having the cross ventilation is great. Office management staff are very professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with whenever I had questions or concerns. Maintenance has always responded timely and have always been courteous and willing to complete the job. Outside areas have always been kept clean. Landscaping is very nice and cozy. This is a wonderful community to live in. Close to grocery, banks, and restaurants. Safe neighborhood. Definitely four stars.
I lived on a small farmet in Jarrettsville for many years. I met now my current wife and she lived in Harford Village North a one bedroom apt for about 4 years. We decided that since her place was so beautiful that we wanted to move into a two bedroom. The signature suite was available!!!! I have to say it is the most beautiful apartment that I have ever lived in. The management is fantastic! The grounds are beautifully kept, the pool is so relaxing and guards are fabulous. From living In the country I missed grilling, so we started a grill night on Fridays with our neighbors which turned out to the best time. We also had movie night in October which was a huge success. Over 35 people came out, we had popcorn, smores, bondfire that was provided by our manager. It was a great time and we currently are making plans to have tail gate parties in the future. The summers are great we had multiple pool parties with the help of our wonderful manager's support and the entire community of the Harford's came out and participated. I can only say if you are lucky enough to get an apartment in this community, you will love it. We are planning to renew for another 2 years at least!!!!
I've been living at Harford Village Apartments for almost 15 years. My apartment has wall to wall carpet, central heating and air, and washer/dryer. It also has a dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. I have a balcony with a storage room. We have good maintenance, they plow the parking lot when it snows and most important to me is it's very quiet here. I'm very happy living here.
I have lived here over six years. The apartments are large with nice big rooms. In April, I moved to an apartment overlooking the pond with a fountain. It is fantastic! I’m so happy here! I have peace and quiet. The complex is extremely quiet and my neighbors are nice and look out for one another. In the Spring, Summer and Fall, I sit on my balcony all morning enjoying the pond and wildlife! In the Spring and Summer there are baby geese. They are so adorable! There are also deer, ducks, squirrels and birds. We even have a Blue Heron and Hummingbirds! Easy access to everything you'll need. It's amazing how quiet it is being so close to Route 24.
I've been living at Harford Village North for less than 6 months. Moving from New Jersey, I didn't know how I would adjust to more country than city life, but I did with no problem. My apartment is very airy, sunny, and spacious. I'm very comfortable living here. Everyone that works here is kind. Leasing office and maintenance do a great job. The pool is an added bonus!
I have lived at Harford Village North for 5 years and just signed for another 18 months. I really love living in my home. It is spacious and light with windows in both the front and the back of my apartment. The grounds are well kept, and the maintenance service is good. It is located close to Bel Air and within driving distance to many churches and doctors etc. It is a quiet and safe place to live for families or single people alike. I would recommend Harford Village North to anyone looking for a nice place to live.
I am in the process of moving from Maryland to the Philadelphia suburbs for employment purposes and have made numerous trips to PA to search for housing. I can only tell you that I wish that a copy of Harford Village North was located in the western suburbs of Philadelphia. I would lease that apartment in a heart beat. Also, commuting to Baltimore from Harford County is far easier than commuting the same distance in the Philadelphia suburbs. When I transferred to Maryland from Connecticut in 2005, the Bel Air/Forest Hill area was described as being safe, quiet and having all of the services and stores that you need and, over my nine-year stay, I was never disappointed. Compared to what I am seeing in PA with very high rents and fewer amenities, when I chose and leased my apartment at Harford Village, it was clean, updated, had a large washer-dryer and parking right outside the home in a safe area. As I work on finding decent housing in the Philadelphia area, I am note that it is a great challenge to duplicate the quality of life and level of safety that I had in Forest Hill, regardless of price. I also ended up saving quite a bit of money by living at Harford Village for about 9 years because the rent was reasonable. When I came to that town from Connecticut, I knew no one in this state and I especially recall Arlene and Suzanne as being wonderful individuals who helped me acclimate to the area. They were always there for me and in retrospect, it was like having family close by. I hope that I can find a similar situation when I make the final move soon to PA.
This community is the best, it's very clean. The apartments are huge, the bedrooms are a very nice size. There is alot of closet space and storage. The property is kept very nice it is so pretty. The staff is so nice and very helpful. The rent is not to bad for the size of the apartments and the area. The pool is a added bonus. And there are stores so close by, you do not have to go far for what you need.
I have lived in these apartments for several years and they are fantastic. The property manager, Suzanne, is very friendly, helpful, and will go above and beyond to assist you with anything you may need. Maintenance is great and always shows up when needed. Even if they can't fix it immediately, they will supply an alternative until the next day. The buildings are always clean. The neighborhood is quiet and kid friendly. The pool is great; my child and I are at the pool almost every weekend in the summer. The apartments are large and affordable and conveniently located. In my opinion, Harford Village North is a great place to live!
I just want to say that Suzanne is the best! I moved here from Delaware. This whole process went great, smooth! She is very kind, caring, and great at her job. I love my apartment. I'm just waiting for the pool to open.
We moved here in April because we were looking for a change of pace and scenery. That's exactly what Harford Village north has brought us. Our Patio is right in front of the pond and there is a lot of peaceful beauty to experience everyday. We just love all the wild life. There are geese, ducks, many different types of birds, frogs, and squirrels. We love taking walks around the neighborhood as well. Our apartment is very spacious and we have plenty of room for our family of 3. My daughter has never been so happy to call this place home. Suzanne in the rental office is always extremely helpful and willing to fix any issue promptly. We are truly happy with our decision to move here!
A very quiet and clean place to live. Offers a front and center seat to nature with many geese, ducks, squirrels, birds, frogs and deer all around a nicely sized pond. Easy access to everything you'll need. It's a nice little sanctuary nestled in the center of a bustling, consumer-oriented area. The apartments are very spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend living in this great community! The leasing agent (Suzanne Yingling) and the maintenance staff are both excellent.
I've been here for 10 years. I'm a senior citizen. I feel very secure. It's nice to know that when something goes wrong in the apartment, I don't have to worry-it's always taken care of. Harford Village North is convenient to shopping. I feel that the room sizes are the largest in the area. Everyone here is very friendly.
The Property Manager and the Maintenance Staff are very friendly and efficient. The Maintenance Staff have done jobs in my apartment and I've been pleased with their timeliness and efficiency. My pet has never been spooked when I get home. The few times I have called about any maintenance work, the job is done within 24 hours of my calling. The people in the apartment complex are very friendly. When I am getting in or out of my car or apartment and I see anyone and say hi, they always respond and are very friendly. The location of the apartment cannot be beat. It is close to downtown Bel Air, and Forest Hill. It is close to the grocery stores (more than one) and close to retailers, such as Kohl's. There have been a few times since I moved in that it has snowed and the sidewalks and parking lot are clear by the time I have to leave for work. They put notices up that even though they have salted the sidewalk, to be cautious because it could still be slippery. The building and the grounds are kept up and the balcony in all the apartments is a very nice size, as is the storage unit. I'm not a pool person but the pool looks very nice. I see my neighbors going to the pool to relax. I'm glad I moved to Harford Village North.
I have lived at Harford Village North since 2012. I came here to be close to my daughter after my husband passed. I can't tell you how nice the people in my building are. We all look out for each other. I feel so safe. We all love our apartments. We call it our nest. It's local to everything. If anything goes wrong, we have maintenance come out and take care of it.
I have lived here less than a month. I work nights, there is NO PARKING anywhere near my apartment. Also, I’m a middle floor apartment and my upstairs neighbors get up at 5am religiously and the floors squeak so bad it sounds like they’re coming through my roof every single morning. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. I am already counting down the days until I can move out.
My mother and I moved into Harford Village North in July 2017. The transition of moving as well as the cooperation and efficient communication between us and Suzanne in the office was great!. She was wonderful when it came to explaining the details of the apartment, deposit, rent, etc. She is also good at responding to the residents when approached through phone or email. My Mom and I love the area because it is very quiet and the people are very friendly. Not to mention, there's a beautiful pond behind the apartment complex with a spring. Furthermore, the maintenance is very prompt and always does a good job when fixing things within the apartment. We'd definitely recommend the Harford Village North Apartments to family or friends looking for an apartment.
Nice, cozy and affordable. Love the area and the staff are pleasant and attentive.
We are very happy in our new home on Denise Drive, APT B. Moved from PA to MD and we love this community, the property is clean, well cared for, manicured with beautiful flowers. Our apartment was clean and attractive upon move in, any concerns have been rectified in a very quick turn around time and we are so happy to have met Suzanne, she is definitely part of the reason we decided to rent here! She and her staff have made us feel very welcome! We are looking forward to a long stay and happy home life in Harford Village North!
I moved in November 2017 when my daughter found me a place in her building. I just love this apartment, it felt like home as soon as I stepped in. I was living in a retirement community which was beautiful but never felt like home. When I came here, it was amazing, clean, quite, quick customer service, excellent care and consideration of my age. Although, I cannot do steps very well, so many people are so accommodating to help me out if they see me they always ask is there anything they can do for me. I just love this home and will stay here for all the rest of my days!! Cannot wait to sit under the umbrella by the pool and take in the nature. K.Fuld
I recently had the pleasure of meeting with Suzanne, one of the property manages for Harford Villages. We toured several properties. Suzanne was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions completely. Each property had its own special features that made them each appealingly. All properties appeared to be well cared for, peaceful settings, and priced well. I also had the pleasure of meeting Cathy at the Harford Village South property (one of my favorite properties!) and she was super nice, as was this property!
