Yes, these are apartments, but they are so beautifully appointed. I would highly advise considering this complex if you're looking for a great place to live. I was very pleased during my recent visit.
3 months in, so take this review with a grain of salt, but everything has been great so far. Spacious, well laid-out apartments. Friendly and extremely attentive concierge service (Shout out to Samantha and Dan), every nitpicking issue we had addressed within hours. Great neighbors who seem to respect each other. The location is excellent with very easy access to nearby highways, stores, SBUX, etc... We did our due diligence and looked at many other local rental options prior, and the value here was obvious.

I would have enjoyed my tenancy much more if the staff in the leasing office were competent. Once you sign the lease they are done with you. Moving in was so much more stressful than it needed to be. It took five trips to the leasing office to get my gate access fob to work. I was never given a mailbox key and that was three more trips to the office. I was told I was assigned a specific number parking space only to find out a few days later, I was misinformed and was actually assigned a different space number. Emails go unanswered, phone messages are also ignored which always requires you to stop into the office, during their limited work hours, the lack of customer service is so frustrating. On a positive note the maintenance staff is excellent.

I was disappointed in this complex. They pass off fully depreciated appliances and surfaces with a "cheaper" rent, but the appliances run but do not work well. The surfaces wear out easily (carpets) and the rent is not much cheaper than you can get elsewhere with upgraded appliances and surfaces. They blame any problem on you when leaving after you have left and they take your security deposit. This is probably done industry-wide, but these really are not luxury the way they advertise. The brown accent wall is an unfortunate decision due to the way the units are designed with low natural light and no overhead lighting in the living room. Garbage is expensive because people are allowed to dump without question. The units are not well maintained. Our a/c filter hadn't been changed before we moved in and was the reason the unit broke on the hottest weekend of the summer. Maybe try and get them to commit in writing to getting security back before you have to be out and fix the problems yourself. They will just replace and charge you.
Apartment community is not worth. Prove only one parking spot,no matter you have one bedroom, 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom. It’s hassle finding free parking everyday. People don’t clean community regularly, animal litter all over placed. Also please make sure when you give keys back when you vacate, they give you letter for damage declaration. They lies and then will send you charges after many weeks later to take away your deposit. I would not recommend anyone.

Just moved in to a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment. Finding it very drafty despite my temperature set at 68-70 degrees. Ive gotten a taste of the amenities of this remodeled place is... a washer and dryer that's fairly new but with the technology used in my grandmothers old washer and dryer. Kitchen and bathroom cabinets that are nice to look at but so worn from use that when I complained I was told there is nothing wrong with them. I've since re stained them and now look to be what they should've been when I moved in. Now to the guest bathroom toilet.. it has such wear at the bottom of the bowl that it looks as though it hasn't been properly cleaned. How's that to greet your guest. And speaking of guest, the parking situation here is god awful. My assigned spot is about a block away from apartment. And here you get a second parking sticker as a guest spot to use, but by the time I get here from work I'm parking about 3-4 blocks away. The staff do not tell you these little things regarding parking and from talking to other tenants this has been ongoing for long long time. But, hey you can always get a car port or garage if your willing to pay more! Good luck, where in conjunction to your apartment, how far you will be! I'm still waiting on my first bill in regards to all the amenities I will be paying for ie... heat, water and garbage to name a couple. I knew I would be paying for these things but the parking and what I've seen in regards to maintenance is horrible. And as drafty as this place is I'm sure the heating is going to be substantial. And as I said, I keep temp at 68-70. Stay tune. For all the things I'm paying for I should have just stayed or have moved into a house or condo At least there I could've written some off in tax deductions!! Lived here for 6 months now and cannot wait for the lease to be over. The building themselves are poorly constructed. Everywhere you look form the layout, flooring and molding looks like the work of the most junior carpenter. They boast on their website about secure community but the gate access which they still offer key fobs for entry hasn't worked in the last 2 years. Each building also has a door which you are provided another key but the door doesn't actually lock, all you need is to pull up on the handle and it will open. I highly recommend getting an apartment on the second floor. I get the pleasure of hearing every single step that my upstairs neighbor not to mention every single noise they make. Sometimes it sounds like a circus upstairs. The staff at the clubhouse/maintenance are rude and not helpful at all. We had made multiple complaints about the water leaking behind the fridge causing wood damage and mold to grow and all the technician does is pull out the fridge and wipe up the standing water. When we signed the lease on move in day, one of the leasing specialist was watching a movie on his Ipad while we asked him questions as to what we were signing. The gym is mediocre at best. We are a military family and have lived in many apartment complexes and I waited 6 months to write this review to give them the benefit of the doubt. When you ask them to see one of the units they show you a model apartment with stainless steel appliances and a brand new carpet but when you move in you dont get that.

We always try our best to provide you with great customer service. I would love to speak with you and discuss how we can improve your experience or the experience of our future residents and guests. I would also like to reach out to you to fix any problems that you are currently having. Until the end of January, we did not have any units that had stainless steel appliances, so we could not have shown you a unit with stainless steel at the time that you were looking for an apartment. The stainless steel appliances may have been offered at a different property that you were looking at during that time. Although the carpet is always in good condition at the time of move-in, we cannot ever promise that an apartment will have new carpet if it is rented prior to the previous tenant moving out. The carpets are always evaluated to see if a replacement is needed, and if a replacement is not needed it is professionally steam cleaned. Occasionally we will have vacant apartments with new carpeting, and if there is an apartment available with new carpeting, we will always offer the apartment to anyone that is looking specifically for said new carpeting. We are also now offering layouts with a wood vinyl plank flooring for anyone that is not looking for carpeting. If you would like to discuss possibly transferring to a unit with new carpeting or to rectify some of the issues you are having in your current apartment, please reach out to me any time Monday – Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. I would love to meet with you so that we could work on resolving some of the problems you are currently experiencing. its a very nice one bedroom. Big living room, kitchen, bathroom. Very big tub. Little expensive but does have pool,gym,tennis and basketball. The only negative is hot water only works at certain times. If you can afford it I would definitely recommend it. Also one more negative is parking can be very far at times. Best part is location. Literally close to anything withing a few miles that you need, anything at all!

My husband and I stopped in looking for a three bedroom. Although there were not available the staff was so helpful. They have us lots of options, even gave us other suggestions for apartments in the area to look at. These apartments are close enough to Fishkill and all it's shopping but feel like they're located in the country.
Like living here. Friendly staff, great neighbors and awesome location. Mountain views are breathtaking in fall.
Inquire about just how much trash/sewer is. It can be quite expensive. And don't expect your security deposit back.
