Property Ratings at Eagle Rock Apartments at Nashua
I had reached out inquiring about an apartment that was listed as available. after applying they reached out stating that the apartment isn't available until many months later. Seeing as I would not be able to live there and this was within 24 hours of submitting the application I asked if there's any way to get a refund seeing as there was no need to run a credit or background check. And I've never heard back. Pretty disappointing...
Since the change in management from Stabile to Eagle Rock I have noticed our issues are addressed the same day and the property is changing for the better. Management staff are very professional, friendly, and caring. I have seen bad reviews about the property but I do not agree 100%. I recommend Eagle Rock to anyone in search of an apartment home.
If you want to deal with management and a leasing office that ignores you and doesn’t help you when you ask then this is the place. They are so rude and don’t know how to do their jobs! Can’t wait to leave this place!!!
Has attempted to contact management about issues serval times with no answer, appliances not in great condition, air conditioning not good at all, not worth the money
This apartment complex is a great place to live. The staff is very helpful and the area is well maintained providing the children with a playground, picnic tables and a swimming pool to enjoy during the summer. It is close to a shopping center and there is city bus transportation.
