Property Ratings at Eagle Run
The property has gone downhill over the past year. It is now dirty and noisy.
My AC was freezing over constantly, I put in my request to have it fixed and it was fixed almost right away. I have had nothing but good things to say about the apartment I live in and have been here for about two and a half years. Love it!
I'm happy that I tried Goldmark. They definitely get a bad rap as a whole for the misconduct of the few. Eagle Run has been nothing but a great experience for my son and I. Management and maintenance are friendly and responsive, and the buildings are beautiful and well maintained.
Very happy here. Great management staff, which is much better than when I moved in.
I haven't been here long but Eagle Run has made a huge impression already. From the quick and efficient maintenance, to the extremely friendly staff. My son has autism and on Halloween they had a wonderful thing for the kids if they wanted to come I'm and trick or treat at the office. Adorably decorated, candy, and baked goods. The best part though was their patience, kindness, and understanding with my son who got a little over zealous with the candy...and the fishtank..

My experience at Eagle Run has been great. The community is safe, quiet, and is in a great location. Development is new and growing and the interstate is close by as well.
I appreciate this apartment we have had no complaints of issues they came and fixed everything that we ever asked. Thankful to have a place to live with my child have no one to help us I'm so thankful!!
Pros: Reasonsble rent, recently updated apartments, very quiet Cons: Building often smells of smoke, carpet in hallways needs replacing, hallways are often dirty
