Named for a tavern that used to be located in the area, White Horse Road -- and the larger White Horse neighborhood -- is a historic reminder of Greenville's long history, which began with a trading post around 1754. Today, White Horse is a family-friendly neighborhood with a unique claim to fame -- it is home to the area's largest flea market, the White Horse Flea Market.
Located about three miles southwest of Downtown Greenville, White Horse is a terrific community with easy access to all of Greenville's attractions, including the spectacular Falls Park on the Reedy and Greenville Zoo. White Horse Road extends through the center of the neighborhood and offers a variety of shops and restaurants.

Property Ratings at Eagle Trace
I’ve lived here since 2017 and really enjoy living out here. Honest maintenance men, polite customer service management. Response time for services is awesome. Eagle Trace property management works hard to make our little community safe- thanks.
Connie, Jenilee, and Heidy have been amazing. They helped make our move-in process so smooth. They were flexible with the fact that I had no credit score, even though my wife did haha. Not to mention, how superbly sympathetic and understanding they are to people's situations. The apartments are huge and the rent is easily one of the (if not the) lowest prices we found for the area. The maintenance men are such a delight and extremely professional. Everything about this place is great. Even the community is nice. Everyone will say hello or wave back at you. It's also a very quiet place. I work at 5am so getting to bed early in the evening is a must, and in the near 3 months we've been here, not a single time have I been woken up by neighbors.

The leasing consultant was very professional.Walked me through the whole process. I love the one that she picked out for me being that I was from out of town and Relocate to this area..She did a wonderful job and made the process go smoothly.

Thanks for saying so! We couldn't agree more with your five-star assessment of Eagle Trace, nor could we feel any luckier to call you a resident!
The new management team is amazing, they are literally correcting things within the complex that the previous management was slow to get to. But do far so good. I've been here for almost 2yrs and I love them already

This is not a good place to live. The ladies in the office are so rude, the maintenance doesn't respond and they try to avoid fixing things properly, there is criminal activity going on here. Absolutely no one cleans after their dogs and there is poop everywhere. People just dump their cat litter in the grass. The swimming pool hasn't been open in 7 years and this summer it was only open for a few weeks even though they charge you a $15 amenity fee. There are roaches. The backsplash in the kitchen is just peel and stick from what looks like the dollar store. Half of the washers in the very dirty laundry room doesn't work. There is only one laundry area for over 300 apartments. There is graffiti on both playgrounds and the basketball court. The basketball hoop is being help up with a bungee cord. I've seen homeless people sleeping in the laundry room. A man approached me while I was walking my dog and he was high asking if I know where to buy dr**s. I hate living here. It's not a safe place to live, especially with kids. Keep looking!
Friendly staff and affordable apartments. My apartment is renovated, spacious and beautiful. I am very happy.
THESE APARTMENTS ARE TRASHY , trashy maintenance, moldy apartments that they just gonna keep painting over til it comes back . Money hungry but never come fix nothing . Not worth the price , please move somewhere worth your money because this ain’t it ???? And this coming from someone who’s been staying here for two years now

I am so sorry that we did not meet your expectations. Please reach out to us at the office so we can correct any issues you are currently experiencing in your apartment home.
been here a while and already am over this place from the lazy way the maintanence handles issues to the crappy washers and dryers so far ive had issue with tons of roaches and flooding and issues with the air conditioning the maintainence guy when i needed to get air conditioner fixed came in and put his hand right up against the vent and said "its blowing air'' im sorry but barley trickling out through the vents and taking forever to cool down is not working seems to be excuse after excuse of why they cant get the ac working properly and now i got flooding happening in my apartment due to horrible repair job from maintainenece team members on upstaris unit. and after speaking with neighbor they said how they have put in work orders for same issues multiple times and the maintanence is not fixing anything they do patch jobs to do Just enough to temporarily correct an issue but then comes back same exact problem instead of fixing it the first time. i experienced similar with my stove issue they taped a damaged wire first but it was shorting out the plug and ended up burning the outlet and had to be replaced please if you have any respect dont move here. saving now to move asap as this is the worst place i have ever lived in been documenting every issue that is not conducive to a healthy living environment. which is what the management is supposed to provide to their tenants ive spoken to many fellow residents and they all feel the same that this is sub par living nor a safe environment and not worth the effort to live here . save yourselves headaches and aggravation
I have lived here for 3yrs and have went through 4 or 5 management companies. All were terrible. Things in my apartment remain incomplete, or terrible quick fixes. I still have mold they expect me to fix. I wish I could post pictures. So my son had surgery and I missed the date for rent. I told them I was able to prove that my son was in the hospital and she said no. I have to wait to get my apartment fixed simple as a light bulb and it's still not fixed. I told her I hate staying here she gave me steps of things to do before I leave. Instead of trying to solve the problem she gave me the thing to do list before I leave. I guess what else should I expect from another management company that does not plan on staying. Do Not Move Here
We’ve lived here since October. Worst decision ever. They have a bug problem. Our ceilings leak from the apartment above us. OFTEN. Our stove and oven doesn’t work right but they won’t come fix it. Our cabinet shelves are broken and have been since day one but they won’t come and replace them. Our bathtub leaks water all the time. In just an hour out tub was almost full and the knobs are turned off. Our kitchen outlets don’t even work but they are still waiting on the replacements. (Have been since we moved in) to top in all off we received a call the other day asking if we were satisfied with their work. NOTHING has Been fixed but they closed the work order. There are drugs and sex offenders all over this apartment complex. Right after we moved in the apartment above us was kicked in. RUN. Do NOT rent from them.

I really love my new apartment and the office staff is extremely nice!
Yes, the place was horrible, but since the new management took over, I can see the improvements. They can't be held responsible or the mess the previous owners made.

I was in desperate need of a place quickly! I had just accepted a postion and was moving out of state from New York. The staff was very professional and friendly. I was told the complex has recently changed management. I love the high end upgrades in my apartment and the rent is very reasonable. I really appreciate you guys.

This is wonderful to hear! We understand how stressful moving can be, so we were more than happy to help you have a smooth transition into your new home here at Eagle Trace. Please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you settle in further. Thanks again and welcome home!
This place deserves ZERO STARS! It's unsafe and not clean with non stop construction with no advance warning. Mgmt is constantly putting "memos" on your door threatening you with new fees. Bedbugs infestations everywhere! My rent went up all 3 yrs there by $12 with a renewal for the last yr being $100 HIGHER! Arneen-Leasing Agent is a LIAR! Taya-Leasing Agent(old one) had a nasty attitude! Refused to give my deposit back because of dirty carpet even though I complied with every detail of move out from my lease! And the carpet was replaced with tile upon my departure. Maint doesn't fix anything! Pool was never open. My car was hit/backed into 3 times! And the other one was stolen from here! Laundry mat is a drug den during the night and a play room for the kids during the day. Neighbors always knocking asking for stuff! Move here at your own risk! Good Luck!
This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with an apartment complex. The management is always doing some sort of upgrade on the building and not telling anyone in advance. I was unable to leave my apartment one day because they were painting the stairs and they needed to dry first. Most residents are awful. They throw loud parties and congregate in the common areas drinking and arguing all day into the night. Complaining to management does absolutely nothing. My lease states no loud disruptive gathering allowed. There is no longer a safety patrol, but the website says there is. I can’t get peace and quiet in my own home. I can’t wait until my lease is up.
Let's just say my heat went out last night 20 degrees outside called emergency maintenance and nobody has yet to return my call or to see if me and my 4 kids have heat yet
I wouldn't wish living here on my worst enemy, I understand if you need a cheap place to live how this place may seem like a good option but it is not worth it. Apartment looks clean when u move in, but is bug infested underneath. They will threaten to evict you every chance they get even if it's over 5 dollars- this has literally happened- and I pay rent on time everytime, apartments is under different management but don't get your hopes up, they are charging an extra 150-250 more dollars for rent and advertising for "unique community amenities" that they don't have yet and are charging u to build.
This place is horrible. They charge oneprice on paper then when you get to the office it's another. The apartments have roaches. I called about getting my apartment sprayed and it took forever to get someone to come out. The spray the maintenance crew used, did nothing but make the roaches worse. When Monica was there the only time she was nice was when she was trying to get you to join her club.
The apartment price of. Website is right, then when you go in to office they try to jump the price up on you by adding other things to the price of apartment a month. And they charge you a 50 dollar fee application fee when their website says 30 dollar application fee.
I just want to take the time out to show appreciation to Grove Station manager Monica and her staff. I thank God for you having a beautiful and understanding heart and God has placed his angle in a place that is most needed. I've been here since April 2014 and I have seen Monica give back to the community and showing love for the children we there arrival from school. I really can not get enough of saying thank you for being such a blessing in my life and my children appreciate it as well. Continue to be who you are, I pray that God will open doors that you have been praying for and favor rain on your life... Thank you and your staff for being a blessing....
The application process was speedy, staff was friendly. Although the apartments were smaller the location was quiet.
When I was living in the apartment, it needed updating. The office staff wasn't friendly. They have "rules", but they're not enforced. If I was rating this community on the scale of 1-10, I was give it a "0".
