Don't do it.

DON'T DO IT. I stayed here for about a year and it was uncomfortable to say the least. You can hear absolutely everything your neighbors are doing. I can could hear every footstep, his alarm in the morning, TV, EVERYTHING. There is mold everywhere due to the HVAC unit and I always had a infestation of fruit flies since the windows were not sealed property. Back in July, contractors from Freeman & Webb accidentally left the toilet line running in the upstairs apartment. My bathroom flooded with water the entire night and the emergency maintenance line didn't answer. They NEVER fixed the damage to the ceilings of the bathroom and of course I got sick from the mold. Brenda (property manager) did NOTHING to resolve the issue. The only thing that was placed in my bathroom was an industrial fan to "dry up" the water for two days. I was sick for weeks. It is too overpriced to be dealing with all that and a disgusting laundry facility that often had bugs in the machines and barely ever worked. Just don't do it.

Please DO NOT live here.

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT live here. I've been living year 1 year, my lease ends next month. From the beginning I've had problems with this place. When we first did a walkthrough, I asked that my tub drain be unclogged, and the tub faucet to be fixed to not drip. I had to leave a review before anyone came to my apartment to fix the drain, and the worker ignored the drip, even though it was listed on his paperwork. I live in a two bedroom, and only one has a ceiling fan, but my boyfriend and I now sleep in the living room, because the ceiling fan in that room collects dust daily, and mold from the vents, and I was breaking out into full body hives due to it. Before this, we had an infestation of flies our house against our window in the living room, because it was not sealed properly, and the flies were breeding in the HVAC below. We had to diffuse that situation on our own. The breaker pops in the kitchen when we use more than one appliance on the same outlet, keep in mind there are only two, and one of the counter spaces is only large enough for a dish rack. The living room also has no light for some reason, which we thought we would get over, but it is really inconvenient especially with safety issues, and I do not suggest anyone deal with that. The walls are too thin to hang anything remotely heavy, we tried to hang an entertainment center in the studs and with a light push it fell right back out. We had an issue with someone coming to the door and wiggling the doorknob, and when we reported it, we got the response of "There's nothing we can do." The parking lot outside has streetlights that don't always work, and we skipped the office and reported it to the city and nothing has been done. Our parking lot borders a neighborhood, and we have witnessed people jumping the fence at night. Today, they are doing construction on the rain gutter and I assume the roof from what I see, and got no notice what so ever that this was going to be going on at 4o'clock in the afternoon in the middle of the week. Also, don't be fooled by the laundry room, the appliances never work, and they say it is not their fault and it is another company's appliances, and when they don't get fixed for a week, they email saying you can call yourself or tell you to go to the laundromat down the road that costs $25 for the same size load.

Excellent place

A great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The laundry rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with excellent management

Me and My Fiancé Came To Wallace to Find an Apartment. They Are Afforadable but Most Importantly The staff Is Amazing ! They Are Very sweet, nice, and always Looking forward to Helping You!
