do not move here! New property manager and she is horrible. There are 3 ladies in the clubhouse that never leave the clubhouse to see what kind of shape the complex is in. They can pay for a professional cleaner to come clean the clubhouse once a week (with our rent money & even though there's 3 of them that just sit there all day) yet us residents can't even get a gated apartment complex or new items in the dog park. Save your money and go to an actual arbor property!

horrible! do not move here. MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE! The ladies in the clubhouse are very fake. This complex has gone downhill. Trash/junk everywhere. Can't even get lights by the pool or for the gate to actually be a gate, instead its there for looks. But it's an "arbor property"

I spent four years here as a graduate student and could not have been happier. The location is quiet, cozy, super safe, and the staff is phenomenal. Every request I had was taken care of, and they are so proactive, too. I love the fun incentives each month to bring the residents together! Could not recommend a better community in Tallahassee!

Community and amenities are beautiful! The office and maintenance staff are wonderful to work with and do their best of handle things in a timely manner

Front office never fixes issues and you will have the most trashiest neighbors in existence . No cameras , gym has 4 working machines, dog park is filled with poop because people won’t clean it . You truly get what you pay for , avoid this place .

The front office staff is fake. That’s the easiest way to put it. They sound super friendly on the phone but they do not care about there tenants. They schedule all the apartment events during the week in the middle of the day so less people will come due to work. Maintenance isn’t the best either. Had one maintenance member walk in my bedroom while I was asleep, when the reason they were there was for our porch. Have talked to other members and they have had similar issues with maintenance.

They are very unprofessional to fix the issues. They like to do superficial work, always polite to say we will update with you, but never really resolve the problem no matter how much the issues really affect your normal life. Don't be fooled by the smile faces.

I definitely recommend leasing from Eagles Landing Property. Professional, friendly staff especially with Jonaca and Kirsten. Every time I called and spoke with Jonaca it’s like I’ve know her for years she cares and listens my urgency to get the apartment. Thank you for your time and dedication in finding us a place. You all are awesome!

I have lived at Eagles Landing for over four years. The office staff has been very warm and friendly. They are quick to address any issues and maintenance attends to problems quickly. The grounds are beautiful and are kept clean and attended to. The time I have lived here was my first experience at apartment living and I have had no experiences like the horror stories I heard of, and the warnings friends told me, about living in an apartment building. If you are looking for a happy, home-like, safe place to live, that is located close to everything you could possibly want... you should take a serious look at Eagles Landing. I think you will love it here.

Thin walls. Noisy floors. Kids running everywhere. Middle schoolers standing on your car. The office staff are unhelpful. Maintenance is a joke. Dog poop all over.

I have lived at Eagles Landing for about two years and I love it. It is by far the best complex I have lived in in my time in Tallahassee. The only reason I would leave would be if I got a job in another city. Maintenance is fantastic and fast. I've even referred friends to live here. Such a lovely place.
