Property Ratings at Eagle's Nest Apartments
Have lived here for a few years and love it! It’s really quiet and all the neighbors are really nice. My dog loves the dog park and he gets so excited that we get to go there everyday. The maintenance is very quick and helpful and the leasing office staff is also super friendly. Would recommend!

Thank you so much for the 5 star review! We are so happy that you are enjoying our dog park and that your dog has somewhere to exercise every day. It is great to hear that you have had great experiences with our staff. :)
The apartments are pretty nice and up-to-date, but beware of parking. There are very few guests spaces that are mostly used by tenants because management tells people that they can have more than two vehicles if they move the car everyday. So if you have more than two vehicles, find somewhere else to live and if you want guests over all the time, you should only have one vehicle. The worst part is that management could pave a small area on the property to accommodate more guest spaces. Also, if you get a downstairs apartment, be prepared for A LOT of noise. The stairs are very loud in the entry way. In addition to the stairs, you can hear people walking above you all the time. If they have kids, be prepared for an obnoxious amount of noise. I'm pretty sure they were rolling boulders down the stairs in their apartment one time. The only upside is that you don't get noise from your neighbors on either side of you. If these things don't bother you than move in, but remember that you were warned. I'm just glad I left when I did.

Hello, We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review of your experience at Eagle's Nest. We take our residents' satisfaction seriously and do our best to resolve any issues that are within our power to do so. Unfortunately, our property's footprint is very limited for parking which is why we include both the uncovered space and one stall garage with each apartment. Additionally, we encourage our residents to contact us directly with any concerns so we can address them in a timely manner. We only wish we could have discussed these issues when you lived at the community so we could have helped to make your time more enjoyable! Thank you again and best of luck in your new home, Eagle’s Nest Associates
Parking is atrocious, wiring done incorrectly, poor air circulation in 2 story apartment, cost for value, and management (detailed below) Parking: - There are maybe a total of 7 visitor spots of which a majority are used by tenants. - There's maybe 4 handicap however non-handicap tenants also use these spots regularly, the handicap spots are not up to code so police are of minimal help here (although they at least will talk to the tenants and get them to move). - Tenants also part in grassy areas as well as park outside their garage blocking the road area.(which we've been asked not to do by the management that does not enforce this) - All of these points had been brought to management's attention on SEVERAL occasions and the only response I received was that nothing could be done. However the ONE time I reported a boat that was on the premises there was an IMMEDIATE e-mail sent out to all residents reminding them that boats are not allowed. Wiring: The wiring in my stairwell was simply done wrong. You must have both light switches on for the lights to be on (rather than the usual one or the other). If this standard wiring practice was done incorrectly, I fear for what other wiring was also done incorrectly. Air: There is distribution of heat in extremely unbalanced. There is very noticeable difference between the 3rd story and main level, it feels like a 10 degree difference even with the window open in 20 degree weather. The bedroom on the second story is also slightly warmer than the living room space. Cost for Value: Considering all of the issues, this is well over priced. I have since moved into a 2,128 sqft house, 5 minutes up the road, 3 bedroom/2 living room/2 full bath, equally updated appliances, 2 stall garage, ridiculously too much storage, and a large driveway with parking slab, with same utilities price for only $100 more per month. If you like these apartments, you're better off renting a house or duplex in the same area. Management: Their response time is good, I will give them that. However if you are even slightly upset or frustrated about a situation they will lose their cool and tell you that you are too upset to deal with and pass you off to someone else. They will ignore communications to them. They will tell you there is nothing they can do. If you have given them your notice to move out early, they will not tell you want needs to be done until after you've turned in your keys and canceled your utilities.
