For all the money I’m paying this is the WORST apartment complex ! I’ve been expressing my concerns about my noisy upstairs neighbors since I moved in and the only thing they have done was “talk” to them . I tried to move but then they wanted 2 months rent and for me to pay rent again after we JUST paid that months rent (idk how much money they think I have ) .Ive also been letting them know about my concerns that there is MOLD in my apartment but no one has come for that either ! In my opinion it’s unorganized they let people really do whatever they want to do and it’s SAD!
I have been here for 5 years. The new staff is amazing and have been upgrading the complex since they took over. Satisfied with my home
Moving for a job at FLETEC and came across Eagles Pointe. The office was very busy but professional and prompt. Tamaira was overly helpful and offered to tour me at a very busy time of the day. I look forward to moving into my new apartment soon.
me and my fiance moved from FL to Brunswick and fell in love with eagles pointe right away. we love our new home and can't wait to see what Brunswick offers.
My inquiry for a 1 bedroom which is advertised is not available at this property. Receiving a follow up call by office personnel was not welcoming nor was I offered an option to a 2 bedroom. The conversation was not what I expected for an apartment employee seeking tenants. It wasn’t hard to hear she wasn’t interested in my questions or the fact she had to return the call. That unpleasant experience verified I should look else where. Thanks but no thanks, I don’t want to force anyone to be pleasant to me. Beautifully located and never had a chance.
