You'll never get your security deposit back

Has roaches in there building and was load at times. The property manager lupe was amazing helped us with anything and everything we need. The landlord Greg never communicated back with us about out security deposit its been 2 year and still never got it back. Even though we were told the apartment was in perfect condition and we are getting our deposit back.
