Property Ratings at Eagleview Apartments
No parking available. There are way too many residents who are unable to park within the lines and the car limits stated in the lease are not enforced. Don't count on being able to park near your door. I feel so unsafe having to walk around the parking lots and apartments in the dark before I go to work and when I get home. When I buy groceries, I cannot get more than a couple of bags because I have to have my hands free to defend myself.
I love how this place is smoker friendly! You can light up right outside your apartment and toss your butts on the ground for the neighborhood dogs to eat and get sick! Oh, and you can smoke all kinds of stuff, not just tobacco!
This location gives you the best of everything. Access to the interstate, grocery, gas, and other assorted shopping stores are all near by. You are kind of in the midst of town which is convenient. The apartment complex is nicely maintained and apartment issues are resolved quickly. I find it great to have the central air and having laundry appliances in the apartment is a huge plus! Storage can be a little tight, but I opted to rent a garage also and that resolved that issue. It really is a nice community of people out here who look out for one another!
I'd love to give this place 5 stars, because the area is nice & the apartments are clean and quiet..but RENTER BEWARE.. The "Property Manager" Mindy is the most unprofessional, rude and vindictive individual i have ever met. Make sure you have EVERYTHING in writing..and good luck trying to move out before your lease is up! She conveniently withholds an "early termination of lease agreement" from the original lease...it states that you'll owe them 2 additional months rent, they'll keep your security deposit and if they re-let your apartment, you WON'T get reimbursed. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.
