Eaglewood Lofts

When putting our 60 day notice we called to ask how to put it in and someone not even supposed to be working there that was just there for the day told us we just had to email our 60 day notice. So I emailed, and the next day I called to confirm and was told that wasn’t true and I had to have it written down and turned in and signed. Our 60 day notice was late which is our fault but when asking if we would be able to live in the apartment for the days after our lease ends and until the 60 day notice was up they said no and we had to move out when our lease ended and not the day our 60 day notice ended. Calling to confirm payments today I was told our move out day is actually tomorrow which is the 60 day notice date and the lease end date was weeks ago. We were lied to about many things with the lease. They changed our lease date to the 60 day notice date without notifying us as well as they told us they would follow the day we sent the email instead of the day we turned the paper in. Even before the new management took over we were told and it was put on paper our move in date was July 4th but the office was closed then so we had to move in the day before and pay an additional fee. The experience of living here was fine except when the amenities they had were hardly ever open such as the pools or the gym for a little while. The hallways were also never kept up as there was always bird poop everywhere. Overall the employees and management don’t abide by some of the things they promise or tell you.

I really like living here. The staff are very kind and excellent at what they do. And knowledgeable and helpful.

Perfectly clean community. The additional services provided such as valet trash makes life so much easier. It’s a quiet and safe community. Overall the best apartment experience I have ever had.

Great apartments! We have a corner 3bed 2 bath that overlooks the western Salt Lake Valley, and the sunsets are breathtaking.

Personally I can only say good things about this place, the leasing agents are all very friendly and willing to help with any questions or concerns that may come up while I’m here. Well Maintained property and overall can’t complain about anything here.

This is an enjoyable place to live. Its easy acess to freeway. Nice dog park for pets

Great place to live. Super luxurious lofts. staff is super friendly and accommodating . Two pools to choose from. Nice gym with a variety of equiptment to choose from. Pet friendly for all your fur babies !!!

Really great and well maintained place to live, with great amenities

Love this place, it's in a great location and has very spacious, light apartments, and is pet friendly! Also right next to the highway 89 so makes for a super quick commute into the city. We have a 2b 2b and it feels like the perfect amt of space. I also really love the office staff as they are always friendly and helpful when things come up.

Great place to live, staff is awesome! The gym could use a stair-stepper, otherwise it's fantastic.

Great pool, great staff and amazing complex. Had bbq's here, pool parties, quiet area, had no issues with the neighbors.

Nice apartments & dog park. Rent is outrageous, but it's comparable to all the other apartments in the area. Maintenance isn't too quick to fix things, but they're nice.

Amazing staff! Has Ana answer for any question you have! Elyse was so helpful every step of the way of the application process. The area is close to everything, the apartment is also kept clean, I would 100% recommend living here!

My experience so far at Eaglewood Lofts has been great. Love the amenities, the clean community and how quiet and how conveniently it is located to freeway entrance and lots of places. I show to place because it was closer to my work and I don’t regret moving here. I love this place and management is great too, they are easy to talk to and are very helpful.

The apartments are well kept and nice. The community of people are good people to live around, for the most part quiet. The leasing and maintenance teams are outstanding!

Office staff was very friendly and helpful during our application and move in process. Our apartment was clean and beautiful with just a couple of very minor issues-which maintenance took care of very quickly and efficiently. We love our new home and look forward to living here for a while. :)

Maintenance team is on top of work orders and very informative on what the issue was.

Do not rent this place. Way too expensive for the quality of the apartment. They try to do whatever they can to charge you money.

Don't expect fast results if you need something fixed or replaced

Very overpriced, constant construction noises, and unable to communicate with staff via email.

The community itself is beautiful, but what truly sets Eaglewood Lofts ll apart is the staff. Both the leasing office and management really make you feel at home. They treat you like you’re family from the very first phone call and continue to do so even after you’ve signed your lease.

Overall, it’s been a frustrating experience to be here. We hope things will improve now that we have finally settled in and have a clean apartment.

This place is absolutely amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and easy to work with. The apartments are beautiful. Highly recommend.

The year round hot tub and seasonal pool are convenient (when they aren't closed). The lawns are actually mosquito breeding ground due to wasteful watering practices. Maintenance doesn't call to arrange a time (despite what the website says), they just knock on the door and hope you're there. And for this, you are granted the privilege of paying luxury-apartment prices for what is really 2 steps above low income housing.

This is a nice place to live. The Managers are quick to respond, professional and friendly. The maintenance team is awesome. They always get the job done and are respectful.

I just moved into Eaglewood Lofts and they made the experience nearly seamless and easy. I appreciate that very much since the moving experience can be very stressful.

Eaglewood Lofts has gorgeous apartments for great base rates with the most manageable and clear cut fees of all the places we looked at. The sheer amount of storage and natural light without seeming intrusive or taking away from privacy is fantastic. Matt in the leasing office is the most amazing human being and the most helpful of everyone we met besides maintenance who was able to easily resolve the minor issues we had with some leaky appliances. Absolutely recommend living here.

I really enjoy living here at Eaglewood Lofts, really friendly and clean community, pet friendly with a nice clean dog park and a safe environment.

Rent is incredibly overpriced. Though the prices initially look good, they pile on a bunch of additional costs on the back end that increases rent by nearly $400. Additionally, the care of the community is poor, with lots of theft (we had stuff stolen from the garage - under lock and key), noise, and there have been many events where new residents have had their cars towed while trying to sort out the parking situation. To add more, the front office staff is incredibly short-staffed, hardly ever answers the phone, and is hardly available at the front. Because they are over-worked, they often come across stressed, frustrated, and a little condescending - not entirely their fault, though! They are always trying to help, but hardly anything comes of it, especially when there are continuous problems with pool closures and Luxer outages. Overall, I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to live here - we've heard the same from many of the residents still stuck under lease here, as well. There is just a lack of care to the residents.

I think the rent is over priced for being a luxury community. I think maintenance is not up to par and have worked in industry for many years . I would not recommend living in the community to anyone .

I have no positives to shout out a community that considers themselves a higher end community ! Most of the extras dont work half the time the grills are a health code violation the pools and hot tubs the year I have been here is disgusting how about the roaches ! The list goes on

Overall it's a nice community. Expensive, my parents just bought a house and their mortgage is less than my rent on a 2 bedroom. But I guess that's just how rent is these days

Eaglewood Lofts is a beautiful complex complete with a rare floor plan design, (9 ft, ceilings, granite countertops), Smart Home and Wifi wiring, close to I-15, with EXTRA amenities, including two pools, a dog park, garden plots and a fishing pond! I love it here:)

Super friendly and professional staff. Great apartment community just needs work in the maintenance department.

The apartment amenities are nice. The staff has been nice as well. The apartment had issues when we moved in. The holes werent patched the apartment was not clean. Especially the shower heads. As much as you pay a month little things like this should be taken care of. Just make sure when you move in to do a tour first to make sure you know what youre getting.

Looks like a nice apartment complex but terrible area a lot of break ins, north salt police have said this is the worst apartment complex. The Mai fence staff will only fix minor issues and cant bother to be concerned with any major issues or things they dont know how to fix. Overpriced for the way tenanted are treated.

My husband and I had been looking for an apartment that would suit our needs. We toured many apartments and none of them were as clean or as safe as Eaglewood Lofts. The staff was friendly and courteous. I made several changes to my lease and the staff was so kind about it. They never made me feel frustrated or like a burden. They do an extensive background check which I was so glad for. Having a baby that was important to me. The other residence in my building have been very nice and quiet. We have lived here for over a month and I have no complaints at all. Maintenance was quick to help when something went wrong. The pools and community areas are so clean and nice. The rent is a little higher than my husband and I initially wanted to spend, but after some time we feel like the price was worth it. There is quick access to the freeway but we don't have a lot of noise pollution from the freeway at all which was a pleasant surprise. Getting your packages is excellent. Say goodbye to porch pirates, they have a secure system for all of your packages that requires a key and a code to open the lockers inside. The only exception to this is amazon packages. They deliver so many the locker system can't handle it. But if you worried you can get a ring doorbell for your peephole. But honestly, I have seen nothing yet to suggest that would even be needed.

Awesome high ceilings, modern appliances, smart home, its quiet, close to downtown, nice modern floor plans, and great community.

I love how modern and smart the community is! Its perfect for dog owners and the staff is really friendly. I also love the floor plan and how spacious the apartments are!
