The largest city in North Dakota, Fargo rests on the North Dakota-Minnesota border and the western banks of the Red River. However, Fargo residents affectionately refer to their location as “North of Normal.”
You might find that Fargo is a bit different when you stop by the Fargo-Moorhead Visitor Center and see the woodchipper from the movie Fargo. Maybe it’ll be when you start spotting members of the colorful herd of bison painted by various artists scattered all around town, and rightfully decide to go on a scavenger hunt to find them all. Perhaps you’ll find it unique that Wurst Bier Hall serves a rattlesnake rabbit bratwurst and indulge your curiosity. You’ll notice that North of Normal is a pretty interesting place to be.
There’s no shortage of things to do in Fargo. Plains Art Museum and Rourke Art Gallery and Museum offer residents and visitors endless opportunities to admire art with all kinds of rotating exhibits.

Property Ratings at East Bridge
Second floor laundry room flooded for 30 minutes until it was dripping from the first floor’s ceiling. We called the emergency line within 10 minutes and we’re told they will try to get someone out there. No one came until the water set off the fire alarm and the fire department stopped the leak so ig management did nothing. We got a package room but codes to get in the main door don’t work.People steal packages and trash the parking lot.Residents even put up signs saying management help! They’re stealing packages!Hence the package room that delivery drivers can’t even use.I talked to a resident who had a car stolen out of the lot and two others broken into.A person was never found though we have “cameras all over”I’m 99%sure don’t work.Another said he is now getting charged for utilities in the middle of his lease and that the lock on one of the doors was busted for over 6 months while management sat there. The laundry machines were raised to $1.75 per load to not dry the clothes.Key fobs rarely work to get into the laundry room.Someone broke into the garages. Never let us know what happened. They took away all front parking spots for maintenance and management only and tow your car if you park there but maintenance has yet to park in those spots and will instead block the roadway or garages to park. You get towed if your car isn’t displaying your parking pass, but get this, you get a single-stall garage and only ONE pass for every person not in the garage, so a resident WHO PAYS TO LIVE HERE could get towed if they park in the lot at night. The tow-free side street is always packed and at least a 2+ minute walk back to the apartment by the time you find a spot.Towing place doesn’t open until 8 a.m. and is $300+ to get the car back.In the winter they plow the lot 3 times max and we had so much ice that an ice pot hole formed and took out 2 bumpers and a tire (that I know of) while management did nothing even tho I called. The “Improved high-speed internet” has nothing fully loading on my phone or tv.Moved here to be close to NDSU and because it was relatively affordable but rent was raised $250 this year.Every concern is met with excuses or just completely ignored. Not to mention how loud it is having an airport, railyard and speed limit increase right next to the building. The heating in our apartment has never worked right, one bedroom will be 80° while the other is 65° and maintenance takes about 2-3 days to get to you. I don’t recommend moving to East Bridge.
Great location for college, but very noisy. The building is always hot and the internet is very slow
A nice, clean and quiet place to live. Close to everything you need. Great management, always there to support you.
Very professional and kind completing the work in an impressive amount of time .
Love the east bridge apartments! Great management. And safe , great location. , clean building .
Do not live here. Packages have been stolen and homeless people have been sleeping in the door ways. Management does not care about their tenants. Have been waiting 6 months for things to get fixed in apartment. Laundry is horrible. Overall horrible experience do not live here.
Building & property is increasingly becoming run down, month after month. The property needs better management presence & people to look after and care for it. Sidewalks have been buried in snow for 3 weeks and snow removal has been very poor this year.
It's been almost 3 years here at EastBridge, and we're so grateful for our experience. The location is very convenient, and all the amenities are available.
Moving in was a difficult process. There seemed to be a lack of communication among Goldmark employees. Other than that, I enjoy living here. The emergency maintenance is wonderful.
I have nothing good to say about this property. Management does not follow through with tenants requests. All requests are ignored and tenants are lied to about problems being worked on.
Great building to live in and in a great location!
We have only been here for a couple days and it feels so much like home! The staff is great and the apartment is fantastic! I would recommend East Bridge to anyone.
Excellent leasing staff, cleanliness of grounds and apartment, and very welcoming.
Now having been here for 7 months still loving it. Also very happy the parking lot stayed clean all winter
East Bridge is great! Looks great, always clean, I love the open floor layout in the apartment and my neighbors are friendly.
The apartment feels pretty new, clean, spacious. All the vacant spaces have been optimally used for the utilities. Also, The balcony is pretty big for kicking back on a nice chair on a fine evening.
A friendly, warm, and responsive community.
East Bridge has been a very nice facility to live in. Management is helpful and cooperative, and no significant issues have arisen.
Great place, awesome rooms, perfect location! Couldnt ask for much more
I really like Eastbridge, I like how it is close to campus but also very low key it feels like home.
A good, quality apartment that is close to campus.
Excellent location, great staff, very nice apartments
East Bridges is a great place with friendly staff. The location is perfect for students, the apartments have nice layouts, and if you have any problems maintenance puts you as a priority.
East bridge has a very kind staff. The atmosphere of the apartment has helped turn it into our home, rather than just an apartment here in Fargo.
East Bridge is a great place to live. The location is super convenient if you’re attending NDSU, and the management is very helpful and on top of things.
