Property Ratings at East Lake Club Apartments
Great pet-friendly community. Friendly office staff. Some renovated units. Near everything. Area is beautiful. I like that it's not too crowded.
Very nice and and clean. Close to everything. Friendly and helpfully in office and good maintenance crew.
Cheap, affordable, and SPACIOUS. Always willing to make improvements to their property while making it a pleasant but enjoyable place to live. As a single mother of a child of my own and one whom I just adopted we couldn't be more proud to live in such a warm and welcoming place. My apartment is surrounded by A schools and is located in the heart of all the action. No need to travel far groceries, schools, favorite restaurants when it is directly at your finger tips. My Kids and I have spacious rooms, I can't tell which one is the master. The staff are always willing to help and nice as an apple pie served with vanilla ice-cream. I am in love with my affordable but cheap, 3 bed-room apartment. Oh and my neighbors.....I didn't notice that I had any they are super quiet. I have been living here five going on six plus years. I am ready to commit ,to love, and live here for the rest of my life. All I can say is that the service here makes you just feel so special.

Hi there, Thank you so much for the kind review! We are extremely happy to hear that we've been able to provide you with a place you and your family are so proud to call home. Sincerely, The East Lake Club Team P.S. Apple pie and some vanilla ice cream sounds amazing right now!
If you are looking to live in Oldsmar, FL the price is right and the space is great. Eastlake Club Apartments are the largest apartments in the area and the rent is below most other properties within a 10 mile radius. There is a pool and workout center. You are walking distance to the movies and several restaurants and shopping. The people are great and very friendly if you take the time to introduce yourself to your neighbors. But beware. The county recently took over the management of the complex. They are not responsive to resident complaints and concerns. The property is older and under exterior remodeling but most of the units have not been updated. There are mold issues in many units, so make sure you ask about your particular unit before moving in. They do not pay for mold removal once you are in the apartment. Your apartment is entered every month for pest control and at least 2-3 times a year for other inspections. If you have pets you are required to contain them on the days that your unit is entered if you are not there. My advice is do your homework before choosing Eastlake Club Apartments. There are pros and cons and depending on what is most important to you, this could be the best or the worst place to live.

Hello, First we would like to thank you for taking the time to write a review, we learn from positive and negative reviews. The first half of your review is honest and fair, however the second portion has some inaccuracies that we find important that the public readers are getting correct information. The apartment complex is not owned by nor managed by the county. We don't rent apartments with mold problems, and to say we wouldn't fix an apartment with a problem that ever arises, that is nonsense. Yes, we have a very proactive approach to pest control and units are treated on a monthly basis. When you have 24 households connected in a single building we must take these steps to prevent problems. We agree with you on doing homework before moving here, or anywhere for that matter. Thank you again for the review, and if you are a current resident, thank you for choosing to make East Lake Club your home.
My family moved to our present apartment complex since we are seeking for a safe and quiet neighborhood. We considered Eastlake for the perfect school zoning for our 2 kids. My youngest goes to school less than a mile or 2 to where we live but it's quite a surprise and a plus for us that they provided a school bus for all the kids just for the property itself. We are so close to every store we need to go, a cinema just at the back gate of our community. The Mease Countryside Hospital is very close. A gym and a pool plus a hot tub is super plus!

We are happy to hear it sounds like we are located right where you need to be, and we're glad you have chosen to make East Lake Club your home. We hope you will be here for many years to come! Let's be honest, even with a decent income it is difficult to come across an affordable home if you aren't single. That difficulty is far worse if you have children depending on your state's laws about how many people are allowed per room (typically they don't count infants not yet 1 year of age). Pros: That being said, we fell in love with our apartment the moment we stepped foot in it and at long last our desperate search for a new home was at an end. The walls are thick and I've ever only heard our neighbors cupboards closing but barely. I've never had a problem with people loitering on the property and causing anyone to feel unsafe. There's a heated outdoor pool that is kept clean year round and a gym for residents to use. The appliances and countertops that come with the apartments are really nice. All in all it is one of nicest apartments I have ever had and the rent is fairly lower than most other rentals with the same amount of Sq footage. There's plenty of parking and optional garages residents can rent for an additional $50 a month. Most people use them as their man cave but they're large enough to fit most economical vehicles. There's a playground on the property for children, though it isn't very large, and I see children playing there all the time. It's a quiet and peaceful place. Cons: Not long after moving in we were notified that they would begin construction on all the buildings. It's been going on now for most the year and the construction workers have left screws and nails and trash all over the property. Hopefully it all gets cleaned up once they have finished, but the screws and nails are dangerous. I've seen residents cleaning them up and never once seen maintenance do it. I had to replace two of my tires because of the screws and it took an arm and a leg to get the office to agree to compensate me for them even though they notified all residents that they would do so, because they told me my tires needed to be replaced anyways. The office present themselves as kind, but we have had a couple instances where they have belittled us and later apologized when we took matters into our own hands and resolved our issues via alternate methods. It's a hit or miss with them really. One of the distasteful parts about living here though is that the entire complex has 1 dumpster area so if you live on the 3rd floor all the way across the complex you either have a long walk ahead of you or risk getting garbage juice on or in your car.
