Things were going well until this new parking issue. Here's the bottom line. If you have two, car driving tenants, don't even think of renting here with a garage. You can only double stack the vehicles, which results in constant flip flopping, and a ridiculous inconvenience for the two occupants. So, if you don't want a garage you will be fine. The solution. give up the garage, get two lot stickers and you can park anywhere you want. So I will pocket the $100 per month while I look for a new place to live. Recently, there has been more noise, and howling dogs, a situation yet to be addressed by management. On a positive note, Dave is fantastic and the maintenance is never an issue. Folks at the office have been less responsive since Grant left, but still seem OK. They just have left the impression, that you're the tenant if you don't like our new policy's find somewhere else to live.
Maintenance is awesome. The main issue is the parking. If you live alone or only have one car then you are good. My situation is that I work nights and the person I live with works days, because he has a garage I have to park either in the garage or outside the garage and nowhere else. Basically me coming home at night parking outside garage, he wakes up in the morning, he has to move my car out of the way and then put my car in the garage. I hope they change that policy, besides that it's okay. But def ask about the green and blue parking stickers.
This is an amazing place to live for a number of reasons. The Apartment is beautiful, the grounds are well kept, and the Staff is amazing. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a lovely apartment in Frederick.
I am renting a one bedroom apartment. This is a beautiful place. From the updated, stainless steel appliances, to the floor and crown molding. Has a HUGE walk-in closet with the washer and dryer inside. The 9 ft ceilings do a decent job of dimming the noise from the upstairs neighbors. Has nice amenities as well. The pool and gym are a little small, but it works for me. The staff here is helpful and timely with responding to questions/concerns. The main downside is that it is a little pricey. I pay over $1400 for my one bedroom. Overall, I would recommend this apartment complex.
