Property Ratings at East Orange Village Apartments
The apartments and living conditions are ok but they do nothing at all to make sure you are secure. Mailboxes get broken into and nothing gets done. Shortly after one of the garage building get broken into, did they install cameras or get security? They sure didn't, my stuff was stolen a week after. They'll probly just replace the lock and it'll happen again.
Been living here for 7 years. Change of management since I moved in. New management are attentive and accommodating to new tenants, not so much to the tenured ones. Units for new tenants have been renovated from flooring in all rooms, appliances, bathrooms vanities,etc. old tenants such as myself n others have old carpeting, broken vanity, broken dishwashers, cracked tub, etc. they raised rent as well n have not upgraded like they do for the new tenants.
This apartment complex is under new management this year. A huge impact this management has made. They have re-painted and the maintenance has been fixing up EVERYTHING that has been needed to be done.
I've lived here since 2010 and its okay. The management could be more attentive of their tenants and of the property but it's a nice area
