From the moment I moved in, any concerns I brought up were taken care of immediately, which made living here stress-free. This complex is rittled with roaches and insects. From the first day I moved in, I've been fighting roaches and ants. The maintenance team are rude and will close out requests prior to be completed. There's always trash outside of the dumpsters leaving a horrible smell near the apartments near it. The administration staff are very rude and are not willing to work with anyone. The few times I've went in the office, they always looked at me as if I wasn't suppose to be there. The apartments are also rundown; there will be leaks, there will be mold in the bathroom or near the entrance into the apartment, and chucks of drywall or ceilling will fall down during rain storms. After a few months of living here, you will notice that some of the bumps on the walls are painted over dead insects. Our AC went out during the summer and we had to stay at a hotel since the comolex took a week to have someome fix it. This place is not fit for people to live in at all!!

And we're back again! Same old issues from almost a year ago and now that my lease is up for renewal that want me to pay MORE for my apt that has had reoccurring issues OR transfer me to a unit knowing the rent will of course be higher. If you want to live in a complex where they do not care about health issues this is the place for you. What a joke!

I have lived in these apartments for 3 years. At first the area was nice, and quiet. When I moved in, my unit had a bullet stuck in my patio door. That is still there. Once the people from under me left, my unit has been infested with roaches inside the sockets, cabinets, closet and refrigerator! The bathroom gets so humid that black mold grows and grows. The kitchen has a horrible roach smell that I cannot get rid of. I can’t even invite anyone over. The roaches crawl everywhere and my unit is kept spotless!!! As well as huge rats near the garbage disposal and around the units ground floor as well. Please don’t move here!!

The customer service sucks really back. I’ve been asking to fix my mailbox for 3 weeks now. Every time they say they will fix it. They never did. I had two of my packages stolen from there. But no one seems to care to fix the mailbox. Management sucks and the people are rude and unprofessional. I regretted ever moving here. And I only been here 5 months. The gates always broken. They always garbage everywhere on the property. It’s embarrassing driving around there. The place is not secure at all.

This is one of the worst apartments I ever lived in. I have been here for three years and I am finally at my breaking point with this place. The apartments are infested with roaches. So many roaches that one may think the roaches live in the walls. The tenet is required to pay for pest control every month but there is a list you have to be on in order to get your house serviced that week. Having your name on the list does not mean pest control will actually get to you. The office staff is rude and when you have issues you can never talk to anyone. They never return a call when they say they will and management always makes false promises. The dumpster area is always nasty and unpleasant looking. The list goes on with this place.. please don’t waste your time or money moving into these over priced roach infested apartments !!!!!!!!

I’ve been here 5 months and moving ASAP. I was recommended by my co worker and at first things were fine, 2 weeks into my move i knew i made a poor decision. The water pressure is terrible so it’s almost as if i don’t have hot water, the trash buildup in the entrance of the apartments is disgusting, ants are ridiculous and can’t get pest control though I pay for it monthly, and now that it’s summer time there are consistent gunshots all night. Breaking my lease & getting the hell on.

I recently moved to this apartment complex after my families house was flooded. Fredricka has made it such an easy transition. She made sure she kept in touch with me thru email as well as phone. She was very patient with all 1,000 questions i had for her lol. She even made went out of her way to drive me to my apartment. I appreciate her help so much. Even after my move in, she still was a great help. I also wanted to thank Dominique who's the finance manager who was also very pleasant with helping me. You guys never know what a person can be dealing with. So i appreciate all the kindness and understanding with my situation.-Tatianna Carpenter

I relocated my family here from Flordia on a job transfer. Fredrika was my leasing consultant and made the process quick and smooth. Her costumer service was phenomenal and my apartment home was ready upon our arrival. My wife who is picking really love the apartment. Thanks Fredrika for all your help in getting my family moved to the city! Sincerely the Flemming Family

Renters beware the management team especially Torey don’t care about the residents. I moved in these apartments in March 2018 when I first moved in everything was fine. As soon as April got here I started noticing gnats and more gnats still today in August I still have gnats and other flying bugs. I have reached out to the management company Ventron and still no resolution.

I had a long exhausting search for apartments because i didnt want to live in the dumps and my qualifications werent the best. Desmond was an amazing leasing agent. So courteous and swift on taking care of everything i had an amazing experience with him. He was not condescensing when i had hiccups, and he really fought for me. The property itself is beautiful and worth their excellent prices. Its not only nice to have a great place to stay, but to also have such a pleasant experience through the application process. Desmond made me feel at home right off the bat. The property and Desmond are highly reccomended by me! :)
What an awesome agent he was. He made sure that i was taken care of in proper time and he worked so much with me despite many obstacles. I reccomend Desmond and this beautiful property to anyone looking for a second chance! -Carla
The day we moved in the garbage disposal under the kitchen sink was leaking. We put in a work order and they sent someone for the disposal but the problem is that we were NOT NOTIFIED someone was coming, so they sent someone who knocked and came straight in as I was exiting the bathroom which is right down the hall and in eye sight of the front door. The maintenance person apologized and insisted he knocked and heard no one so he came in—he didn’t hear me because I was in the rest room and I asked why we weren’t notified that someone was coming or asked when it would be best for someone to come to which of course he said he didn’t know. He fixed the disposal fine, but we didn’t feel safe in the apartment afterwards. Even by Georgia Law stated in the Georgia Landlord/Tenant Handbook it states, “Typically, most leases stipulate that the landlord can have reasonable access WITH NOTICE. In such a case, landlords may be liable by entering the unit at unreasonable times." Afterwards we had an additional issue in regards to some leaking in the apartment below and the assumption that it was our tub. So, they send a maintenance person BUT they DID NOT NOTIFY us or set an appointment YET AGAIN. So someone came to inspect the tub as I am walking out the door to a doctor’s appointment for an Echo cardiogram that I cannot miss because my doctor thinks I may be in heart failure. The maintenance person insisted that it couldn’t wait and it needed to be done to move forward and I explained that I cannot be late or miss my doctor’s appointment, but he really didn’t seem to care. This has been going on for months. My husband works six days a week and goes to school for three while I work in a hospital (on a hospital schedule)—days I work are usually 17 hours long—and to have someone unexpectedly banging on your door when you have had only four or five hours of sleep max after having a 17 hour day is nothing short of disrespectful harassment. Ever since that day we have put in multiple work orders, people have come to look at it and put in for a contractor but they don’t CALL or NOTIFY us they just show up either when we are at work or when i am going to work or when i have a meeting. Essentially they send people when they want to and the ONE TIME they actually called and asked what time and date would work THEY DIDN’T SHOW UP! Nor did they answer when we called, or called us back, but they did send someone TWO DAYS LATER when I had plans already scheduled.
I have seen daily upgrades at this property ever since it came under new ownership and management. The staff is very responsive and friendly, particularly Pam G. and it has been a pleasure living here for the past few years. The entire management team for Ventron is excellent and it is a beautiful, large community. I would recommend EPP to anybody
Tina was so helpful in the moving process and the apartments are very nice and up kept ask for Tina !
I am a new college student looking for a place for my roomate and I . Josyln in office was very helpful with explaining and also very friendly . I will however be back to update throughout this process.
When I moved in 3/28/2015 on a 13 month lease, I was 9 1/2 months pregnant and boy the apartment was not in good condition. The laundry room door was loose and fell; almost falling on me, the carpet was terribly stained and had "crunchy" areas, the stove had to be from the 90's - which at the time was $80 more a month for new appliances, there was hair painted in the walls, and the sink in one of the bedrooms kept leaking bad- 9 rolls or toilet tissue and make up damaged. It took almost 2 months for these issues to be fixed, but they got "repaired." The first few months were very quiet and I started to think maybe this wasn't a bad move, WRONG! There were rounds of shooting left and right. A resident was murdered in front of his apartment either Christmas eve or Christmas day of 2015. The property had security at one point for about a month, but not sure why they don't anymore. The guest and resident entry gate worked for two weeks out of the entire 13 months that I lived there, which they charged $20 for a gate pass for the gate to never work. I bought a house, but even if I hadn't I was going to move from this property. This is definitely not a place to raise a child. I didn't even feel comfortable nor safe going for a walk, strolling my baby. I can say the leasing office staff is very nice. Another issue for me were the amenities such as the indoor pool and gym not being available. The gym just opened a few months ago and it was only opened during leasing office hours. My last month rent was prorated and because the information wasn't entered in, I received two unpaid balance notices on my door...how embarrassing. I definitely wouldn't refer a friend or prospect to move here
I just move here in September. These apartments were recomended to me by a friend. These apartments are huge. They are so roomy. Kitchens are large with lots of cabinets. Some have fireplaces, sunrooms or balconies, storage rooms and other amenities.
they suck we had no water for 3 days ,and they went up on all services ..... so dont move here because I am leaveing the staff sucks front office is mean ( Mrs Stephene is so nice. )
I like my space in my 2 bedroom apt. I have 3 bathrooms the apt is 1300"square feet, fireplace two pools indoor & outdoor tennis court, racket ball court, fitness center. I really enjoy my quiet space I can not hear neighbors which is good. East Perimeter Pointe Apt Homes 4946 Snapfinger woods Dr Decatur Ga 30035 770)987-7847 Ameena Ward
My apartment is perfectly suited for me and my 5 children it could use a little work but lovely overall. With the money saved paying rent I could make it homily.
I have been searching for a new apartment for The past few months. My car broke down so the rest has been, challenging to say the least. I have had horrible experiences with living with people. I wanted a place where i felt safe.Where I could take my kids to the park, and the pool. Somewhere with a Gym so i could work out! I read the previous reviews of the years before at my new place, but decided to check them out anyways. The improvements they have, and are making are incredible. And my leasing agent moved to a new property right in the middle of the process. But Stephanie, kept me informed and comfortable through the rest of the process. When I call the office, I always get a person and i love that I am a priority.
Minus the crime rate in the area poor customer service from management and high water bills. I say if u don't mind paying gas and electricity it would be an ideal place for a single family or bachelor.
They only have 2 trash cans out here which are usually overflowing with a moutain of trash bags.. people drop there trash in the road and everyone just runs it over... our refrigerator broke and all our food went bad and it took them a month to replace it... its new management and they are trying to make the property look better landscape wise, but they need to still do their part in making sure the apartment is fully functional...
THIS IS A TRUE REVIEW AND NOT ONE MADE UP BY THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY! Ever since the new company has taken over they have the absolute worst. Communication is poor, Customer Service is in the toilet. They are mainly concerned with trying to get new SUCKERS( tenants) rather then take care of the buildings themselves. Please allow me to list: ants are everywhere and get in everything, when you mention this to the front office they send someone to spray the kitchen counters only. He doesn't go into the cabinet to actually address the problem. Again this is management caring about appearance and not the actual taking care of the problem of course the staff is friendly when they are trying to sale you to come in , after you sign the lease they want nothing to do with you. If you have a question they snap, if you have a complaint they snap and blame you.
I stay at East Perimeter Pointe. When I moved here, it was Crestview Apartments and honestly it was not worth the move. It took forever to get maintenance and the place didn't look its potential. However, Since the new management has taken over, I have seen major improvements in less than a month. THe landscape has improved, the new renovations are fantastic, and they are even replacing some old outdated stuff like toilets, sinks, etc. The place has a great location, only 10 minutes from Atlanta, and everything from food, to shopping to hospitals are in 10 minute range. You wouldn't regret moving here
