Needs huge improvement on upkeep in the apartment hallways and grounds. Its so filthy. Lack of communication and honesty. Overall, 1 out of 10 would not recommend unless they start showing improvement.

I’m enjoying living here. And All my kids like to live here. Everything is near by.
The building is very dirty, smelly, and cracking. People walking on the top floor cause cracking sounds, especially at night time it is very bothering. Continuously homeless have been seen in the building which causes a break in the laundry room and a mess. They smoke inside the building. Maintenance is not showing for days when submitting a request online. I am very disappointed with all services. Packages have been lost so many times.
Beautiful apartment for a reasonable price with nice neighbors
Sandy Creek is in a great location in Moorhead. It is close to the interstate, grocery store, gas stations, and restaurants. It has a modern feel and great amenities at a reasonable cost.
Living @ Woodstone has improved drastically with better vetting of tenants & cleanliness of building has improved. Management has improved as well. I would recommend this building to individuals.
Very friendly friendly neighbors and a good location.
You can't beat the overall price and the location is great. The apartment has everything you need and it is within walking distance of schools grocery stores entertainment areas right near the intersection to work. And lots of take-out places and you can go into the office and pay your rent with a real person instead of doing things online with someone you don't know. It is also close to gas stations and hardware stores and Walmart as well. It has a park for children and it is quiet. And pet friendly. What more could you ask for.
A small apartment community that's in a nice, residential location. Very close to the riverside trail, which makes for some pleasant walks. The apartments are a good size and can hold a number of visitors comfortably.

no manager on site, tenants just throw garbage wherever they want, takes weeks to get an answer or maintence request completed.

Sandy Creek is a beautiful apartment property for anyone looking for a forever home. There are great amenities, modern styling, and its in a great location for any stage of life.
Management is awesome. They are very helpful with any questions that may arise. The apartment was very clean when we moved in.
Beautiful grounds, valuable amenities, secure buildings, and quiet neighborhood. Really happy with my apartment and the area i live in now. If your considering and upscale but reasonably price apartment check out Sandy Creek.
Very insecure property. I will never recommend anyone to live over here in South Park-II. A dirty and noisy building.
The maintenance in my apartment is one thing.. But the overall property and upkeep needs work. The surrounding area outside the entrances are dirty and main entrance is dirty. Management takes forever to return calls/ or doesn’t return them at all.
Good environment to live especially location comfortable
I moved into South Park by Griffin Court a few years ago. It wasn't great, but it was a lot better than now. The building is constantly vandalized, people use drugs and smoke in the hallways, mailboxes are broken into and mail and packages are stolen multiple days per week. Management makes false promises on resolving these issues. I haven't had any maintenance concerns. Overall, dealing with management isn't too bad, but I cannot overlook how poorly my concerns with vandalism and some of the other tenants have been unaddressed.
I would never run from goldmark unless I was already locked into at least I regret my decision it is a very poor company they do not take care of their properties or do their jobs at all
Management here is terrible. I’ve put in noise complaints a few things already with no resolve. The building is starting to go downhill and the maintenance in and around the building is not done regularly. I would think with rent jumping nearly $100 that the management would do a better job with the upkeep and resident concerns.
I don’t think anyone should move into this building until all the apartments have some maintenance. It is supposed to be a secure building but the locks are broken. It is filthy in the common areas. Extremely disappointed, what I saw on website and read are not what I got.
When you request the maintenance it will take so long for them to come Its always like that
Griffin Court is cozy. I love my apartment. It is designed to make your home cozy in some of the most warm and comfortable ways. I love my home. Thanks Griffin Court for giving me the opportunity to experience your comfort zones. I honesty appreciate it. My only concern is nosy neighbors, and lack of privacy. Otherwise, my living experience is one of the best apartments I've ever rented.

Dirty place place to live, trash all over the ground, not enough parking, building falling apart, poorly insulated buildings and doors. Very poor snow removal
Staff was very friendly and helpful when I moved in. Afterwards when I realized what a snake pit i moved into, and countless number of times I been robbed, staff couldn't help me. Wouldn't even let me out of my lease for safety reasons.

South Park II is a building with a very nice looking exterior and quite comfortable, spacious, and for the most part quiet apartments, but has some questionable characters as residents and visitors who are intimidating and treat the common areas very badly, including frequent vandalism. The neighborhood has a reputation for being a good one but in reality suffers a level of petty crime like many others.
Management is great to work with however the security and cleanliness of this building is ridiculous.
Office staff was very nice for Sandy Creek but hard to reach. Move in was subpar due to cleaners being here the day our lease started even though the apartment had been sitting vacant for a week and a half since signing the lease. The cleaners also missed many things in the apartment, like wiping down kitchen cabinets and washing walls. I took 2 hours of out my moving to deep clean the apartment. Also not sure if these carpets were professionally cleaned since after the cleaners were here, our personal vacuum was filled twice with dirt. When contacting the office I included pictures of things that were not noted in the move in list and asked to have walls repaired that were not fixed from the last tenant, I havent received a response and its been a week.
South Park is a great place to live. My move-in experience was excellent and very pain-free.
My experience, so far after 2 years, has been pretty bad. People in the building steal anything not locked down. From mail, to stuff on your porch and even if you happen to leave your car unlocked. Management has done nothing to fix the problem, let alone addressed the problem.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. I felt welcome before I even moved in my apartment. Huge shout out to Janie..

We live in Mallard Creek and every maintenance issue we have had, gets taken care of timely. I enjoy the community.
My kids really enjoy that they can go outside and play with other children and that I can see them from the balcony. Ive had zero issues with tenants or management since moving in. Honestly my 3 bedroom up on third floor is in a nice quietly located corner which is perfect for my three children and myself.
South Park 1 & 2 are a situation that I would hope people understand before they move in as far as many of the people whom spend time here are not people that respect the belongings and boundaries of those that pay to live here. I believe management tries but without hiring security at an inflated cost to the renters has a difficult time fixing this.

I love Creek apartment especially the design or apartment features. Though is an apartment, it feels like a home or maybe I should call it , Sandy Creek apartment home.

they are terrible, do NOT move here. your packages will be stolen, and they wont do anything about it. they wont fix anything for you unless you call them to complain about it every week

Woodstone Apartments is a beautiful complex. It is conveniently located near the interstate, walgreens, the New Ignite Church and food/gas. The best part though, it doesn't really feel like an apartment complex because it is one of the few apartments that is tucked inside a residential community so you feel a little more special. There are parks, your regular joggers and kids playing. The old couple taking their morning walk in the spring. I love it personally. . . Feel like home.
I appreciated how quickly I was able to move in from the start of the process to getting the keys.
Griffin Court Appartment's has been an awesome move in, the appartment is suitable for me and my son. Have had no trouble here & it is affordable.
Management has declined, the maintenance quality is poor, neighborhood is very poor
