Great community and responsive management. I didn’t give 5 stars because the hallway walls and flooring is always filthy and pest control doesn’t seem to be doing a good job as spider webs continuously form outside front door and just about every corner of living areas inside apartment. But over all great apartment I’m enjoying everything else.

Tired of talking about this because nothing has happened but the hallways in my building always have dirty trash stains and dead bugs, spiderwebs everywhere in the stairwell. I wish someone would please powerwash the stairwells and stairs. I have requested this and it hasn't happened and i've been here almost 2 months and requested this almost right away.

Honestly the best complex I’ve stayed at since being here in austin I’ve stayed in three complexes so far and the ones that I’ve stayed at previously were pretty bad and they had put a bad taste in my mouth when it came to renting so I’m glad they were able to help me get that bad taste out of my mouth

It has been good living here so far. The apartments are modern. The atmosphere is quite but close to East 6th. Maintenance is pretty good at responding to requests.

I love living here because the location is so perfect for me. Far enough away from the downtown noise but close enough that isn’t not a hassle to go downtown. Maintenance does a pretty good job in the apartments and outside landscape.

Beautiful complex with a lot of great amenities! The front office and maintenance staff are very responsive and the location is hard to beat. The facility is also very dog friendly with a lot of room to go on walks and socialize with other dogs at the on-site dog park.

For various reasons I’ve lived in different units at EVR. Overall, I like the complex. The location is my favorite aspect of living at EVR. The fact that the gate typically works and there’s so many cute dogs around is an added bonus.

Here at East Vue Ranch the staff has been very helpful with answering all my questions and getting me all secure in my new place. I highly recommend Harley, she is the best. These are by far the best apartments I’ve stayed at and the amenities are great.

Moving in the community looks safe and clean. I like that the community is spread out over a couple of acres rather than all built on top of each other like all the apartments as you start approaching downtown. Lots of space all around the community allowing for easy dog walking.

It has been good living here so far. It is not far from the city, and it is quite. However, I would recommend they clean the hallways because they are dirty.

Overall, the actual units are very nice and I have had minimal issues that required maintenance. The maintenance staff and leasing office staff are great. The complex is nice, but there have been numerous car break ins and thefts just in the year I have lived here. I would say it is at least one a week based on what I have heard from other residents.

Living here has been great! The gym has several options and machines not always found at other apartment gyms, love it! The staff is always super friendly and incredibly helpful, and always remembers my roommate and I.

Enjoy the location. Peaceful. Not sure how much the rent will change when my lease is up. That’s the only downside. Leasing agents are very lovely. No issues with any neighbors. I would like them to clean the stairwell and hallways more. They get dirty pretty fast.

Experience has been great just people drive too fast in the apartment complex. The ladies in the office are great and very helpful. The apartments are taken care and maintenance is great as well. Just have to do something about the rate of speed cars drive when inside the complex

Move in was easy, residents are friendly, and the apartment has a lot of great features itself and was extremely clean at move in. The amenities are also great here, and package pickup / trash pickup are both super convenient.
