Literally this place is living hell. WORST MANAGEMENT EVER. I've lived here for almost a year and a half now and I could not be more excited to move out. They never answer the phone, elevators are always broken, maintenance never comes/answers, key fob (door access) is always broken so be ready to be locked out, fire alarm is constantly broken/going off, my bike got stolen out the cycle room and they did absolutely nothing about it , I could go on and on about how horrible this place is! Definitely worth breaking a lease. It’s continuously getting worse by the day . Everyone in the leasing office does not care to help you with any problems you have. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME !!! DONT LIVE HERE ITS NOT WORTH THE CONSTANT HEADACHE

I love the apartments, after a lot of searching I think I found what I was looking for in Eastbank, the area, the proximity to everything, the amenities and general condition of the complex are aspects that I really liked. They kept $975 of mine in deposits, before I even signed the lease. If this is resolved, I'll be happy to remove my review, but as of now, I'm pretty disappointed in the ethics of the property's deposit process. I was interested in renting an apartment but had to back out due to learning it was not in the school district I thought it was it. I'm a single mom, and was looking for a good location/school district for my son, and ultimately it was not a good fit for us. I understand that some deposits are not refundable but to keep all of my $975 just to apply is downright upsetting. I never signed a lease. I paid: Online application: $75 Online admin fee: $150 Floorplan Deposit: $250 Pet deposit: $500 I'm completely happy to accept that the application, admin, and even the floorpan deposit is non-refundable, but to keep the $500 pet deposit is wrong. I didn't sign a lease, hence never living at the property, yet lost so much money. This is not good business. I recommend that everyone who is interested in these apartments, to be cautious of how much of your money you give them -- be 100% certain that you are leasing, or else you will lose a lot of your money. They will demand the pet deposit to be paid before you sign your lease, even months in advance. The property is beautiful, and so are the apartments. Melissa had great customer service, and I'm sure this is not her fault - it's the fault of the company as a whole. I've already reached out to their corporate office to try to resolve this and be shown physical proof that the $500 pet deposit clearly states that it is non-refundable (BEFORE signing the lease). I cannot believe how much money I lost because of this, it's really disheartening and upsetting how they will nickel-and-dime you for every dollar before you're even a resident, and before even coming to a rental agreement.

To answer the question as to why the pet deposit and pet fee are paid upfront is so your lease documents being sent to you to sign prior to your move in are accurate with the amount paid for your deposit and pet deposit and pet fee. I apologizes for the error and management reached out to you Monday when returning to the office to clarify what funds are non refundable due to cancelling your application. I have lived here for over two years and have had a wonderful experience. The location is great and the amenities are nice and well-maintained. The staff has been friendly and so kind to me and my dog. The maintenance team has responded to issues quickly and effectively. Given all apartment living has some downsides but overall living here has been a great experience.

I've been at Eastbank at Waterside for 16 months now and into my second lease term. There was a change in management about 4 months ago, and I am noticing a very positive outcome. The maintenance team has always been excellent with my requests, before and since the management change. The office management and responses have been noticeably more responsive and respectful since the management change.

Service was so terrible at walk in, I’ve learned that this is what’s to come through your lease at apartments. I traveled 40 min out of town apartment hunting. I brought my ID, was prepared as this was the only day I could look for an apartment with my work schedule. This particular complex scans your ID, they dont just hold it, but their scanner wasn’t working. Agent spoke with manager, I thought “surely they’ll just keep my ID since they have no idea what it took for me to come in person.” To my surprise, they turned me away from seeing any properties. The manager made the decision and had her employee tell me this, didnt even come over to tell me considering the inconvenience it might have caused and the impression it left. This one decision says a lot about management and how my experience would be through a lease. It’s never good to risk a complex where management doesn’t possess basic customer service solutions/skills. This IT issue was not my problem. They should never have their customers pay for something that’s not their fault. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt like I wasn’t important to the staff. Front employee looked like she was having a personal convo on the phone, looked bothered and was very quick and willing to pass me off to the person I spoke with on the phone. Her reasons were valid since I worked with the other person before, but her demeanor was obvious she didn’t want to help me. You can always tell when employees are unhappy, this starts with management as well. Second employee helped me and was more genuine. However, when she put my email in their system, I received an email immediately saying “we are out of the office today!” I asked her about this and she said “that’s weird!” She wasn’t proactive to finding a solution. This is another training flaw in their management. After searching many apartments that day, this one is by far the worst and has absolutely nothing on the service of other complexes. It was a night and day difference to the other 5 complexes I visited. My decision is easy to not choose this complex. Dodging several bullets by not living here! You would too.

I truly believe that Rivervue is a great place to stay if you want some peace, safety and quality. I have yet to experience any encounters that make me regret moving here. Of course every place have there pros and cons but overall this is a really one of the best apartment complexes in Tarrant County!

Looks very nice. But underneath things are only meh. There is a lot of shoddy construction using cheap materials. The cabinets are damaged quite easily and have chips/scratches. The counter seams are uneven. And there are multiple maintenance issues. In the two years I have lived here, I have had the refrigerator die 3 times, the stove die once, and a leak under the kitchen sink 3 times. Also, moving in and out is very difficult. For some bizarre reason, the complex is designed in such a way that they force moving trucks to park on the street. You have to carry your items over a grassy hill and then into a door that has stairs (NOT a ramp). There are several other doors on the property that are level to the ground or with a ramp, but they don't allow moving trucks to park near them. Also, visitors are not allowed to park on the property. Only one door has the place to enter the code to call your apartment. Its' very difficult to have visitors because they process for them to figure out where to park and which door to use is pretty complicated. That said, all the staff are very nice and they do respond quickly to maintenance requests. They communicated well about issues during Snowmageddon. But for the money they are charging, I would expect more.

This is the best apartment I've ever had and I absolutely love the decor around the building. Love it that they enforce no-smoking policies on the premises. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Relaxing just seeing the kids running around and having fun in the evenings in the front terrace. Great, friendly neighbors. Prior to covid, they use to have a free happy-hour every other Friday. That was pretty cool and a great way to get to know your neighbors and even mingle.??

This is 5th time we are sitting here at 3am outside in the cold waiting for the fire alarm to stop malfunctioning. Watching the fire department arrive eventually to turn it off so we can go back to sleep. The alarm is deafening inside of the bedroom so you have no choice. We have been promised it will be fixed, or sometimes no one on the management even mentions it. They use their notification system to tell us about delaying recycle pickup instead.

Okay I don’t ever write reviews on things like this but the management was THAT bad. We had to go in to sign some documents for our new apartment and Kilee and one other worker there was very rude, condescending, and honestly one looked scared and confused by her job in it’s entirety. I honestly dread having to walk in there and deal with them again. Anyway- people leave trash in the hallways, elevators are sketch and it always smells like dog pee. Good luck ever having by visitors. There is literally no parking for visitors and now of your DoorDash/favor people will know how to get here. Can’t wait to move!

The apartments are located in one of the best locations in Fort Worth. Beautiful area next to Trinity River, close to many shopping areas & restaurants and easy access to Chisholm Trail Parkway. The complex has the best package delivery service with Fetch. You can schedule you packages by date and time for deliveries to your door. Also love the resident portal which makes paying rent, submitting work requests & correspondence with the staff a breeze. You can also advertise items for sale or other items of interest to residents. Security & safety of the complex is excellent with gated garages & key fob controlled entrances. Plus the apartments are located behind Waterside shopping and secluded from main road & more private than most other apartments in the area.

From the moment we moved into RiverVue I noticed how nice all the neighbors were. When we went to collect our keys and packet on move in day we were greeted by a very nice staff member. She made the process very smooth and explained everything easily. We love going to the gym and love the convenience of the location of the apartment.
