The staff does a great job of keeping the apartment complex clean. This area is a great place for someone in their 20's to live, but wouldn't recommend it to anyone older than that.
The apartment is perfect and the office personnel are extremely nice.

Beautiful apartments, quiet community (minus stomping neighbor upstairs) and friendly office staff.
I would absolutely recommend Eastbridge. I have lived in my fair share of apartments and this has been hands-down the best experience I have had. The staff is friendly and always super helpful. I feel safe here and the noise is so minimal. The location feels removed from the city while stilling giving me (walking) accessibility to all the fun things Dallas has to offer! Eastbridge is definitely home.
Location is awesome, most of the facilities are great, and my apartment is actually really quiet considering the neighborhood. But this construction and confusion over parking is a nuisance.
The management office is friendly and extremely responsive. Anytime I've had a maintenance request, it has been responded too quickly and to my complete satisfaction.
The only con about the apartment complex is the parking situation. Building two has a limited amount of parking in the garage and on the second level. Multiple covered spots on the second level of the parking garage are not being used. Building two residents shouldn't have to park on the street or across the street when the parking garage is full and the non covered spots on the parking garage are full. The unused covered parking spots should be first come first serve.
I would not recommend this apartment community due to the fact that I can always hear the people who live above me. Every single step that’s taken I can hear. I’ve also had issues with water leaking through the windows when it rains and i’ve Complained but it hasn’t been fixed.
Impressed by the amenities, location, and staff. I'm not impressed easily. I have not felt this good about committing to rent in a community EVER. I love Eastbridge.
