Property Ratings at Eastbrook and Village Green Apartments
Eastbrook Apartments has been the clean, safe, and professional neighborhood my daughter and I needed relocating to Greenville. They’re reasonably priced and always prompt with any communication.
I love how the staff are very nice and helpful. The maintenance is fast and reliable.
Ok I made the big move from NJ to Greenville. Totally out of my comfort zone. Brittanie and Stephanie along with a great staff including Graham are the best. I lived there for 2 years. Brittanie went above and beyond including making sure I got my deposit asap! Get this, Brittanie even said if I ever need to come back they would have some specials for me! Thanks so much Brittanie and Stephanie!!!
They are always looking out for the community. Always find ways for community engagement
My two children both have rented apartments from Eastbrook and our experience has been nothing short of exceptional. One of the most appealing aspects of this complex is its affordability without compromising on quality. The maintenance team has a quick response time. Whenever there's been an issue, they've been prompt and efficient in resolving it, which gives us peace of mind. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Water, sewer, cable, internet and washer and dryer are all included in the price. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to call home.

I lived at Eastbrook for 4 years. The rent gradually increased with each lease renewal, but the last time it was a lot more than the typical raise in rent. My apartment was outdated and with the rent increase I just couldn’t see staying there. Internet was included when I lived there, and a washer/dryer, so that was good. The internet is super slow though, so if you need more past laggy Netflix, you’ll have to pay for yourself. It was slow even after I had the router replaced. The carpet in my apartment started coming apart within the first year. The place definitely has that landlord special kind of vibe, with like 10 coats of white paint on everything. The size of the apartment was alright for a small family. I stayed in the 2 bed 1.5 bath. The half bath is very small, like you’re sitting on the toilet and your knees almost touch the wall. I enjoyed the pool. They got some new outdoor furniture right before I moved, which was needed. During the summer it can be super crowded and there were a few times where we left due to the cursing and abrasive behavior from adults that I didn’t want my small child around. The environment felt relatively safe. Although, you can tell drug use is prevalent there, mostly from watching the late night smoke circles at the picnic table. It’s kind of hard to cover that smell. Parking kind of sucks. There’s no assigned parking and limited parking in front of some of the buildings, so you may have to walk a bit from your car. (It was brutal living upstairs, especially bringing in groceries) And the people with dogs never picked up after them so being outside was like playing minesweeper. The maintenance people were quick at fixing some things. It took months to have someone come out and fix one of my kitchen drawers. It also took forever to get my stove replaced when it quit working. The moisture and pressboard combo in the kitchen made for flaky cabinets/drawers. After leaving, it took management well over a month to send me my deposit. They were not very responsive, waiting on an accountant etc. Had I not been persistent in calling, I doubt they’d have sent it when they did, which is ironic considering my rent was always on time and in full ??????? I never really had an issue with the management folks. Overall, I’d say it’s an ok place if you’re just looking for an average apartment in Greenville.
I love these apartments. There are any extras included. Whenever anything has needed to be fixed, maintenance comes immediately. The ladies in the office are always friendly and helpful. This is a quiet, family oriented neighborhood and I appreciate the calm atmosphere. These apartments are good to their tenants and do extras.
Really good apartments in Greenville and inexpensive compared to other apartments nearby. A lot of parking is available and maintenance is very quick and kind. Great location and quiet. I lived at Village Green while I was a student at ECU and there was a bus stop a minute walk from my front door.
I have lived at Eastbrook for two years now and I've been very happy with my experience. The staff is friendly, management is great, and maintenance is excellent. Over my time living here, I have never had to wait more than a day for a problem to be fixed by maintenance. Most of the time they resolve the issue in the same day. The apartments are older and unfurnished, but so much is included in rent, it is worth it. At Eastbrook, my washer and dryer came with the unit (a huge plus for me), it is quiet, I have never had any problems with my neighbors, and parking is good. I have never had to park far away from my building. Water, trash, sewer, cable, and internet are all included in the cost of rent. The only cost I pay separate from rent is electric, which does not get very high. Because the price of rent is lower than other places, you would think some things would be a little neglected (like landscaping, upkeep of buildings, etc) but it isn't. Maintenance is always trimming bushes, mowing grass, and ensuring that the apartment complex maintains a clean, pretty appearance. I have never felt unsafe at Eastbrook. Sometimes I work overnight and don't come home until after midnight, but I always feel safe walking into my apartment. I have thoroughly enjoyed living at Eastbrook and will continue to live here as long as I am in Greenville!
